Organic-inorganic double-coated aluminum nanopowders (HTPB/Cu/nAl) were synthesized using a one-pot method. The morphology and structure were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The analysis revealed that Cu particles were uniformly dispersed around the nAl core, while HTPB formed a coating on the Cu/nAl surface. The thermal oxidation kinetics and catalytic effects on ammonium perchlorate (AP) were investigated through differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The results indicated a 9% increase in the active aluminum content of the double-coated nanopowders compared to uncoated nAl, and a reduction in the average activation energy for thermal oxidation from 297.75 kJ·mol-1 to 218.85 kJ·mol-1. The HTPB coating enhanced the friction and impact sensitivity of the Cu/nAl particles. Adding 5% HTPB/Cu/nAl to AP advanced the low- and high-temperature decomposition peaks by 5°C and 40°C, respectively, while reducing the activation energy of AP from 85.61 kJ·mol-1 to 79.79 kJ·mol-1. The main objective was to establish a prognostic model utilising long non‐coding RNAs associated with disulfidptosis and cuproptosis. The data for RNA‐Sequence and clinicopathological information of Colon adenocarcinoma (COAD) were acquired from The Cancer Genome Atlas. A prognostic model was constructed using Cox regression and the Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator method. The model's predictive ability was assessed through principal component analysis, Kaplan–Meier analysis, nomogram etc. The ability of identifying the rates of overall survival, infiltration of immune cells, and chemosensitivity was also explored. In vitro experiments were conducted for the validation of differential expression and function of lncRNAs. A disulfidptosis and cuproptosis‐related lncRNA prognostic model was constructed. The prognostic model exhibits excellent independent predictive capability for patient outcomes. Based on the authors' model, the high‐risk group exhibited higher tumour mutation burdened worse survival. Besides, differences in immune cell infiltration and responsiveness to chemotherapeutic medications exist among patients with different risk scores. Furthermore, aberrant expressions in certain lncRNAs have been validated in HCT116 cells. In particular, FENDRR and SNHG7 could affect the proliferation and migration of colorectal cancer cells. Ten Gigabit-capable ethernet passive optical network (GEPON) can quickly improve network bandwidth, meet multilevel business needs, and quickly improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the network. It is well known that the 10G EPON access network technology is used to carry IPTV services, VoIP services and high-speed Internet access, known as "triple play", and IPTV services have been particularly popular in recent years. As the demand for IPTV service increases exponentially, a large amount of data will be generated, occupying a large access bandwidth and causing an impact on other services. Therefore, reasonable scheduling of IPTV service queue is an urgent problem to be solved under multiservice environment at present. Therefore, the design of PON bearing IPTV robustness algorithm to meet user experience is the focus of this paper. This paper proposes a Forward Error Correction with Weight Round Robin algorithm (FWRR), which adopts RS error correction code and Weighted Round Robin algorithm based on IP layer. When IPTV packet is lost at optical line terminal (OLT) end, downlink optical network unit (ONU) can recover the lost data through received packets. This mechanism can effectively solve the problem of packet loss caused by the blocking of OLT end, and realize the scheme of PON carrying IPTV multicast service. Simulations results in OPNET show that compared with weighted round robin (WRR) algorithm and round robin (RR) algorithm, FWRR mechanism can reduce packet loss, delay and jitter, in addition, improve the robustness of IPTV service in GEPON. The dwarf-male-sterile (DMS) wheat has been used as a convenient cross breeding tool. We have upgraded DMS wheat breeding system, which included as follows: (1) development of a series of DMS wheat parental near-isogenic lines by backcrossing the DMS wheat with elite wheat parental varieties; (2) establishment of a large-scale backcrossing population by crossing the DMS wheat parental near-isogenic lines to the cultivars (lines) with the traits of interests in the breeding program; (3) application of marker-assisted selection for the major target genes; (4) induction of DMS double-haploid (DH) lines using maize pollen pollination; and (5) approach of shuttle breeding for off-season traits evaluation. By applying this system, we successfully introduced the Fusarium head blight (FHB) resistance gene Fhb1 into the genetic background of elite wheat varieties in Yellow-Huai River Valley Winter Wheat Region of China. A number of high-yielding and FHB resistance wheat lines were developed with 2--3 years in advance comparing with conventional breeding method.
