Ultra high frequency (UHF) partial discharge (PD) detection is a common method for transformer oil-paper insulation defect location. However, the accuracy of PD positioning in practical application is easily affected by noise and sensor layout. In order to ensure the effectiveness of PD positioning detection of transformer oil-paper insulation defect, an UHF PD positioning detection platform for oil-paper insulation defects is established. Based on the conventional K-means method, a modified clustering demarcation PD anti-interference positioning method is proposed, which effectively reduces the positioning error. Aiming at the problem of sample clustering demarcation aliasing, when the optimal correction coefficient L is 1.1, the UHF PD positioning error can be reduced to less than 0.1 m, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method. Finally, the variation law of positioning error of different sensor layout is analyzed, and the optimal layout scheme of UHF sensor for transformer oil-paper insulation defect detection is proposed, which can provide reference for the layout and positioning of transformer on-line monitoring sensor.

The construction of ecological performance evaluation index system of beautiful rural construction aims to promote the benign and high-quality development of rural ecological construction with the evaluation of rural ecological performance, and ultimately help to achieve the goal of regional "rural revitalization". Focusing on the ecological performance evaluation of rural construction in eastern Zhejiang Province, this paper screened and tested the evaluation indexes, and each index was given different weights based on the existing ecological performance evaluation index system combined with pre-selected evaluation indexes such as literature search and field research by means of expert consultation, questionnaire survey and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The evaluation index system of ecological performance of beautiful rural construction was initially constructed with 2 first-class indexes, 11 secondclass indexes and 29 third-class indexes in order to improve the rural ecological space environment, enhance the rural ecological civilization, develop the quality of life of villagers, and promote rural revitalization.

Optical observations from a ground-based astrometric instrument provide a unique set of data sensitive to variations of local plumb line, which represent the change of local gravitational field on the ground. The local gravitational change could be caused by density variation or movement of underground mass in addition to tidal action. Earthquake was found to be related with gravitational change. A seismic zone could have abnormal underground material density, causing the variation of plume line on the ground. In this frame, the astrometric telescope can measure the variation of local plumb line by observing the local astronomical longitudes and latitudes from stars in the Hipparcos catalog. In this study, we estimate the deflection angle of the plumb line on a ground site, and give a relation between the angle, abnormal mass and site distance (depth and horizontal distance). Then we derive the abnormality of underground material density using the plumb lines measured at different sites, and study the earthquake gestation, development and occurrence. Using the deflection angles of plumb lines observed at two sites, we give a method to calculate the mass and the center of gravity of underground materials. We also estimate the abnormal masses of latent seismic zones with different energy, using thermodynamic relations, and introduce a new optical astrometric instrument we had developed.

The novel diagnostic term Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatotic Liver Disease (MASLD) requires at least one cardiovascular risk factor for diagnosis. While the relationship between gallstones and Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) has been debated, the association between MASLD and gallstones remains unclear. This cross-sectional study aimed to explore this relationship using National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) data from 2017 to 2020. Participants were stratified into two groups based on MASLD diagnosis, and propensity score matching (PSM) was employed to reduce biases. Of 15,560 participants, 7922 met the inclusion criteria, with 2697 (34.0%) diagnosed with MASLD. Gallstone prevalence was higher in the MASLD group (14.2%) compared to the non-MASLD group (8.5%). After PSM, 4536 participants were analyzed, revealing a significant association between MASLD and gallstones (OR = 1.30, 95% CI 1.09–1.56, P = 0.003). This association remained robust across crude and adjusted analyses, with subgroup and sensitivity analyses further supporting the findings. In conclusion, MASLD is significantly associated with an increased risk of gallstones in the US population. The cyclic nucleotide-gated ion channel (CNGC), as a non-selective cation channel, plays a pivotal role in plant growth and stress response. A systematic analysis and identification of the BnCNGC gene family in Brassica napus is crucial for uncovering its biological functions and potential applications in plant science. In this study, we identified 61 BnCNGC members in the B. napus genome, which are phylogenetically similar to Arabidopsis and can be classified into Groups I-IV (with Group IV further subdivided into IV-a and IV-b). Collinearity analysis with other species provided insights into the evolution of BnCNGC. By homology modeling, we predicted the three-dimensional structure of BnCNGC proteins and analyzed cis-acting elements in their promoters, revealing diverse roles in hormone regulation, growth, and stress response. Notably, overexpression of BnCNGC57 (BnaC09g42460D) significantly increased seed size, possibly through regulating cell proliferation via the MAPK signaling pathway. Our findings contribute to a better understanding of the BnCNGC gene family and highlight the potential regulatory role of BnCNGC57 in the seed development of B. napus. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
