The aim of study: the current study has been caried out in order to find the anxiety-affective symptomatology persistence duration (AASPD) under standard antidepressants therapy and its neurobiological and premorbid personality predictors in different diagnostic groups.Patients and methods: 191 patients were included into study. Among them 57 patients with organic anxiety affective disorder (OAAD), 41 with endogenous depression (ED), 14 with anxiety neurotic disorder (AND) and 93 with schizophrenia. The Munich personality test and Toronto alexithymia scale were used for assessment of premorbid personality, while SCL-90 and MMSE — for the assessment of psychopathology structure. For the assessment of handedness Annett scale has been used. The product moment correlation analysis was performed for the assessment of relationships between premorbid personality, MMSE and Annett scale score and psychopathology persistence.Results: the symptomatology persistence was maximal in OAAD (21.37 ± 8.33) and smallest in ED (16.27 ± 4.38). Neuroticism correlated positively with AASPD in ED (r = 0.481; р = 0.001). Duration of disorder correlated positively with AASPD (r = 0,286; p = 0.031), while MMSE correlated negatively (r = –0.267; p = 0.045) in OAAD. In AND the negative correlation between MMSE and AASPD (r = –0.585; p = 0.028) and between Annett score and AASPD (r = –0.617; p = 0.032). No stochastically significant correlations were revealed in schizophrenia.Conclusion: the data obtained are important both for further study of the pathogenesis of these disorders and for the prediction and prevention of affective disorders in clinical practice.

The article discusses the role of the central nervous system, including mental disorders, in bronchial asthma in children. This problem has been of interest to practicing pediatricians and researchers for a long time, but so far it has not had unambiguous solutions. The authors have a diverse approach to its assessment, leaning towards the modern concept of ‘psychopathological’ or ‘psychological’ diathesis put forward by S.Yu. Tsyrkin. On specific clinical examples, the authors clearly demonstrated the influence of mental disorders on the course of bronchial asthma in children, which, of course, must be taken into account in practical work by pediatric pulmonologists.

Introduction: A substantial body of research indicates that starting school is associated with increased anxiety, fears and behavioral disorders among children. However, little is known whether emotional problems in children are associated with school type. Aim: To study whether the emotional health of first-graders in a boarding school is different from that in a regular school in a Russian setting. Methods: Altogether, 48 first-graders from a regular school and 48 first graders from a boarding school in Arkhangelsk participated in a cross-sectional studyWell-being, Activity, Mood (WAM) questionnaire, Phillips school anxiety scale; René Gilles projective method were applied. In addition, "Fears in the houses"; "The Ladder technique", "Houses", "Educational motivation" techniques were used. Subjective well-being was studied using Arkhireeva's questionnaire. Mann-Whitney U-tests were applied to compare central tendencies in two independent groups. The alfa-error level was set at 5 %. Principal component analysis with varimax normalized rotation was used out to identify the most important characteristics of the emotional health of the first-graders. Results: We observed substantial and statistically significant differences in emotional health among the first-graders in different schools. Children attending the boarding school had higher levels of activity (p = 0.004), feeling well (p = 0.005), satisfaction with relationships (p = 0.019), subjective well-being (p = 0.015), learning motivation (p = 0.014). Life management (p = 0.001), attitude towards a teacher (p = 0,022), sociability (p = 0,000) were included in the risk zone in this group. Children from a regular school had higher levels of sociability (p < 0.001), life management (p = 0.001) and emotional warmth towards the teacher (p = 0.022). Areas of concern among these children were psychological tension related to being at school (p = 0.013) and doing homework (p = 0.004), social stress (p = 0.012), proneness to conflict (p = 0.018), frustration related to the need to be successful at school (p = 0.003). Conclusions: Significant differences in first-graders' emotional health by school type were observed. Our results warrant development and implementation of mental- and emotional health promotion programs among schoolchildren, which should take into account the differences between regular- and boarding schools.

The results of the clinical approbation of Patient-specific therapy of bronchial asthma in children using the course method of applicationof the monoclonal antibodies (anti-IgE-therapy) by the Ministry of Health are summarized in order to assess the effect of this typeof treatment on the disease exacerbation rate, including those associated with the seasonal acute respiratory infections. The conclusion was made regarding the high clinical efficiency in relation to all parameters studied and safety of this type of the treatment. Itwas determined that the monitoring of the level of specific IgE receptors on basophils using the cytoflowmetry method, which is concomitant to anti-IgE therapy, makes it possible to predict the efficiency and individual duration of anti-IgE therapy for uncontrolledatopic bronchial asthma in children.

We presented analysis of the influence of spring wheat seeds sowing qualities on the yield. Experimental studies were carried out in 2010-2017 in Altai Krai. The seed divided into fractions in the air stream differs significantly in its characteristics. The ratio of fractions significantly depends on the conditions of the year and has a significant impact on the formation of the potential yield of spring wheat. Seeds isolated at an air speed of 8 m/s are a highly significant limiting factor in achieving the maximum yield of spring wheat. An increase in their share for every 10% in the seed can lead to a yield shortfall of up to 5.5 c/ha. Sowing should be carried out with the most complete seed fractions, with a 1000 grain weight of 31.8-38.0 g, obtained at an air flow rate of 9 m/s. Their share in the seed used by the farms of the region is 34.8 - 52.7%. We studied the speech function parameters in first-graders from the groups of low, moderate and high risk in terms of adverse biomedical factors in early ontogenesis. The study included 1162 first-graders living in Arkhangelsk. A comparative analysis showed that the number of biomedical risk factors in early development correlates positively with the risk of impaired speech development and verbal thinking. In the low-risk group, the speech development parameters were within normal range; in the high-risk group, the parameter values of both speech development and verbal thinking were low. The construction of regression models in the examined sample of children suggests that the most significant risk factor closely related to speech development is “prematurity.” The parameters such as “maternal occupational hazards” and “maternal exposure to medications during pregnancy” also make a significant contribution.

The X-ray diffraction patterns of polymers containing an active filler show reflections indicating formation of two to three kinds of nanostructures in them. Nanostructures 2–10 nm in size with the smallest average interplanar distances (2.1–4.0 A) and, accordingly, with a strength higher than that of nanostructures in the polymer matrix of a blend are formed immediately around filler particles. A change in the structure of polymer nano-organization is provided by a local decrease in the flexibility of its passage chains owing to adsorption on the filler surface and is related to an increase in free volume in its disordered part when the concentration of the filler is smaller than the critical value. It is shown that the molecular weight affects the structure of nano-organization of the filled polymer. The mosaic model is advanced for the structure of nano-organization of the polymers containing active fillers.

We studied the priming effect parameters in preschool children with autism spectrum disorder. We compared the temporal dynamics of the influence of pre-exposure to visual image on the accuracy and speed of sound differentiation in children with normal development and with autism spectrum disorder. We observed significant differences in the severity of the priming effect and the temporal dynamics of the facilitation effect in recognition on presentation of congruent and incongruent combinations of stimuli in these groups. No significant differences were found between the groups of children with low and high severities of autistic disorder. After the training session with the recognition of simultaneous heteromodal complex signals, the facilitation of reaction to congruent combinations of stimuli with the introduction of incongruent combinations was close to that in the group of children with normal development. The characteristics of the manifestation of the priming effect in this case depended on the severity of the autistic syndrome.

The article explores the texts on the Battle of Kulikovo that comprise the so-called "Kulikovsky Cycle". The pieces in question are chronicle stories (a short story in the "Svod of 1408" and the "Chronicle Story of the Battle of Kulikovo"), the "Story of the Bloody Battle of Mamai", and "Zadonshchina". The author suggests a new outlook on the sequence of emergence of these texts, their special features and mutual relations.

The steppe zone has always attracted people with its resources, despite the fact that it is a zone of risky agriculture. In this research we discovered that soil water balance under the spring soft wheat was negative most of the time of the vegetation period in the Rebrikhinsky district of the Altai Region, and soil moisture consumption during the observation period depends on the technology options and an average values was in the range from 100.9 mm to 131.9 mm. An average soil moisture consumption was 42.5% of spring moisture reserves. In the plots where autumn soil cultivation was not carried out, the average water consumption for the vegetation period was 41.7% of the spring moisture reserves, while in those plots where it was 43.2%, i.e., only 1.5% more. The absence of both autumn and spring tillage led to the consumption of 38.8% moisture from spring soil moisture reserves during the growing season. In the case when only spring tillage was carried out, this value was 44.7%, and if both cultivations were carried out - 43.2%. The difference in the sowing rates practically did not affect the total moisture consumption from the soil, it amounted to 42.2-42.8% of the spring moisture reserves. The maximum difference in water consumption was found when comparing the equipment used for spring tillage and sowing. So, when using Catros and DMC-9000, respectively, an average of 47.5% of spring moisture reserves was spent during the growing season, while using Russian-made equipment – KPE-3,8 or BDM-6*4 and SZP-3.6А, it was 38.9%. The moisture reserves in the meter soil layer decreased in direct proportion to the increase in average plant height. The article presents characteristics of the dynamic component of postural balance and its features in elderly women with postural deficit. The assessment of the dynamic component of postural balance was performed on a computer stabilometric complex «Balance Manager» in women aged 60-74 with and without a history of falls. The most significant changes are manifested by an increase in the time of implementation and a decrease in the effectiveness of performing complex motor acts. In the factor structure of indicators of the dynamic component of postural balance in postural deficit, the leading factor is the factor that characterizes speed and power indicators in the implementation of complex motor acts. The study of the dynamic component of postural balance is recommended to be included in the comprehensive diagnosis of walking disorders in the elderly and in evaluating the effectiveness of treatment and rehabilitation measures.В статье представлена характеристика динамического компонента постурального баланса и выявлены его особенности у женщин пожилого возраста с постуральным дефицитом. Оценку динамического компонента постурального баланса проводили на компьютерном стабилометрическом комплексе «Balance Manager» у женщин 60–74 лет с падениями в анамнезе и без них. При постуральном дефиците наиболее значимые изменения проявляются в увеличении времени реализации и снижении эффективности выполнения сложных двигательных актов. В факторной структуре показателей динамического компонента постурального баланса при постуральном дефиците ведущим является фактор, характеризующий скоростные и силовые показатели при реализации сложных двигательных актов. Исследование динамического компонента постурального баланса рекомендуется включать в комплексную диагностику нарушений ходьбы у лиц пожилого возраста и при оценке эффективности лечебных и реабилитационных мер.

The long-term field experience has been carried out in the LLC Farm Enterprise “Partner”, Mikhailovsky District of the Altai Region, one of the basic sites of the “Kulunda” project. The field experience was founded in 2013, implemented over the next four years in a similar way; the alternation of crops was carried out in accordance to the crop rotation. In total, there were four sets of experiments in eight variants in triple number of replications. There were four variants of row spacing implemented: 25.0 cm, 33.3 cm, 37.5 cm, and 50.0 cm. We also used two seeding rates for every crop: spring wheat - 75 and 120 kg/ha; rapeseed – 2 and 4 kg/ha; peas – 140 and 180 kg/ha. The sowing was made with an expimental grain seeder “Cornor-DMC” with chisel-shaped copying coulters, the “Amazone” company production. Combine harvesters “Lexion” (peas and rapeseed) and “Sampo” (wheat) carried out harvesting in August-September. As an object of research, the technological process of cultivation of agricultural crops in the crop rotation of spring wheat–pea–spring wheat–rape was considered. The influence of the row spacing and the seeding rate on the yield was evaluated. An increase in row spacing from 25 cm to 50 cm leads to an almost linear decrease in the yield of crops. The increasing of the seeding rate in the studied limits leads to the yield enhancement. The obtained data will allow substantiating the rational row spacing, design of the sowing complex and seeding rate. This is extremely important for introducing the “No-Till” technology in the arid steppe of the Altai Region. The article substantiates the urgency of environmental optimization of steppe land use, aimed at overcoming the acute challenges of our time, associated with the depletion of natural resources, climate change and food tension. The article analyzes the main problems of nature use, typical for steppe regions of Russia at a modern geoecological state of landscapes. The transboundary character of the territory under consideration is noted and the evolution of its landscapes under the influence of natural and anthropogenic factors, which make the study of the issues of rational use of natural resources and sustainable development of steppe regions actual, is described. The attention is focused on the significant participation of the mesoregion under consideration, which has the main share of the area of spread of black earths, in the production of agricultural products and strategic importance for the sustainable functioning of the Russian economy. Correlation-regression relations of the main ecological factors with productivity of grain agrocenoses are analyzed and ecologically oriented methods of increasing the efficiency of bioclimatic resources use of the mentioned territory are substantiated. Promising technological solutions, the introduction of which guarantees the maintenance of social and food security, will ensure the inexhaustible use of soil and land resources and reduce the anthropogenic impact on natural ecosystems, the preservation of biological diversity in the steppe regions in their agricultural use. The conclusion is made about the possibility of increasing the economic feasibility of crop production and noticeable soil-restoring and medium improving effects, new reserves to meet the needs of the modern generation and ensure social justice, while reducing the risks of impoverishment of the environment and limiting the life opportunities of future generations. The liver flukes Opisthorchis felineus, O. viverrini and Clonorchis sinensis are endemic in Russia, Southeast Asia and Far East where more than 18 million people are estimated to be infected. Opisthorchiasis remains the public health significance in Russia, and Western Siberia must be considered as highly endemic region for opisthorchiasis in the Russian Federation. High infection rates result from hazardous behaviours, centuries-old raw-food culture, a poor knowledge of opisthorchiasis, ecological complexities and complex biology. The infection is associated with several hepatobiliary diseases, including cholangiocarcinoma. Praziquantel is the only option for treatment of Opisthorchiasis . The detection the parasite’s eggs in stool still referred as gold standard. Recent research has provided new diagnostic technologies applicable to diagnosis, treatment and control. Despite some progress in their control, liver flukes continue to be a major public health problem in endemic areas.

The article presents data on the psychological health characteristics of the first-graders of different groups, depending on the prevalence of the number of medical and biological risk factors in early ontogeny. 193 first-graders of Arkhangelsk schools were examined with a set of sixteen techniques that allow describe the characteristics of personal health at the physiological, psychophysiological, psychological, and socio-psychological levels. Statistical analysis carried out with the methods of descriptive statistics and stepwise discriminant analysis. Data processing performed using SPSS 22.00 software package. Based on the results obtained, the authors conclude that with an increase in the number of biomedical risk factors of dysontogenesis in a child’s anamnesis, there is an increase in the scope of their influence on the different levels and characteristics of the psychological health of the sampled schoolchildren. First-graders of the group with the least amount of biomedical risk factors are characterized by higher characteristics of personal health. A combination of biomedical risk factors in the early periods of ontogenetic development of first-graders can lead to disadaptation processes in the physiological, psychophysiological, cognitive, emotional, regulatory, communicative, spiritual and moral spheres, various somatic health disorders and school difficulties. The number of biomedical risk factors in early ontogeny is a barometer for predicting personal health impairments, which, in turn, requires timely prevention and correction.

Primary ciliary dyskinesia is a rare genetically determined pathology leading to the development of chronic inflammatory lesions of the respiratory system in children, impaired fertile function in older patients. The disease is characterized by an autosomal recessive mode of inheritance with marked genetic heterogeneity. In this research, we investigated the comparative analysis of weeds species composition in the crops of spring soft wheat cultivated using organic and intensive technologies (on the example of Altai Krai) in 2019-2020. On average, over two years, the intensive technology of growing spring wheat has shown better results than the organic one. So, weediness in crops with organic technology was 4 times higher than with intensive technology. Annual monocotyledonous prevailed 133.2 psc/m2 (organic technology), with intensive technology there were 98.4 psc/m2 less. Without the use of chemicals for plant protection and fertilization, in our experience, not only there were more weeds, but this directly influenced the yield of this crop.

The article presents the results of studying the effect of growth-stimulating preparations on the spring wheat yield: humates and obtained by explosive autohydrolysis from vegetable raw materials (pine needles, oat chaff, sunflower husks, high-moor peat). The experiment was carried out in the Ob region forest-steppe conditions. It is shown that the highest yields are formed when seeds are treated with the preparations based on pine needles and Lignohumate. The coefficient of variability of the attribute “Yield” over the years did not exceed 10%, which shows the stability of it formation by the experimental variants.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the long-term consequences of the influence of unfavorable facts and situations in the preschool period on the success of the child's adaptation to school. The aim of the work was to study the relationship between the indicators of the preschool development period and the characteristics of the cognitive, emotional, behavioral components of the first-formers school adaptation. Methods. To identify the developmental features before the school and the characteristics of school adaptation 193 first-formers in Arkhangelsk were examined. Results. It is shown that as the child grows, the interrelation between the developmental features of the child and the components of school adaptation increases: if the indicators of the infant period are associated with the emotional component and the characteristics of the early childhood period (1-3 years) are associated with the emotional and behavioral characteristics, the characteristics of the pre-school development period (3-7 years) have high correlation with the cognitive, emotional and behavioral components of school adaptation. Conclusions. The findings suggest that the developmental features of a child aged 3 to 7 years, more than other previous stages of ontogeny, affect the ability of a first-year student to adapt to systematic learning activity. The construction of regression models revealed the key interrelationships between the investigated indicators of the child's preschool development and the components of school adaptation. The authors emphasize that the analysis of the child's developmental features before school makes it possible to get an idea of presence of dysontogenesis risk factors and to determine the focus in the corrective-developing work taking into account individual characteristics.

In areas with high prevalence, intensity and incidence of soil-transmitted helminthosis four main soil-transmitted helminth infections, ascariasis, trichuriasis, strongyloidiasis and hookworm, are common clinical disorders in man. Mebendazole, albendazole, ivermectin and pyrantel are commonly used to remove these infections. The use of these drugs is not limited to treatment of symptomatic soil-transmitted helminth infections, but also for large-scale prevention of morbidity in children living in endemic areas. Recent research has provided new diagnostic technologies applicable to diagnosis, treatment and control. Despite some progress in their control, intestinal nematode infections continue to be a major public health problem in many regions.

The article considersthe etiological factors, clinical manifestations and diagnostic signs of the alveolar hemorrhagic syndrome, which is rare in the pediatric clinical practice, using the example of the group of the patients with orphan lung pathological condition observed in the Pulmonology Clinic of the Institute. The prevailing number of the patients consists of the children with the rare disease; that is the idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis. That is why the clinical manifestations of the alveolar hemorrhagic syndrome in the presence of this pathological condition are discussed, the algorithm of the diagnostic measures and the long-term observation results (including the disease outcomes) for the children received the different variants of the immunosuppressive therapy are presented.

We performed field research with the purpose of increasing the efficiency of the technology of spring soft wheat, pea and rape cultivation in the GPR “Timiryazevsky” in the Mamontovsky District of the Altai Territory within the framework of the international research project "Kulunda" in 2013-2016. The technological process of crop cultivation in the rotation of wheat-pea-wheat-rape was chosen as an object of research. The subject of the study was the interrelation of technology of cultivation of crops, water regime of soil and yield. Variable factors in the experiment for each culture were the methods of autumn soil cultivation, pre-sowing treatment and sowing aggregates. As a result of the analysis of the data obtained, a tendency has been found to reduce the specific consumption of moisture with a decrease in the intensity of autumn soil cultivation, as well as variants of agricultural technologies with a maximum crop yield of the studied crops has been found.

Two cases of New World cutaneous leishmaniasis acquired by Russian tourists in Peru and possibly in Bolivia are presented. L. viannia ( L.braziliensis complex) was identified in Liverpool School of Tropical medicine in the patient travelled to Bolivia. The present study aimed to investigate Balsamum peruvianum one of the product of folk medicine of Indians of Amazon region against local species of Leishmania resulted in healing the ulcers. Leishmaniasis is a major public health problem, and the alarming spread of parasite resistance has increased the importance of discovering new therapeutic products.

The paper presents the results of a three-year field experiment on the influence of different sowing options on the yield of spring wheat. Sowing units for direct seeding with different types of working elements (lance-foot-SZS-2.1 and chisel at Condor 12000 and Sead Hawk 1200L) were considered as variable factors, as well as the seeding rate of spring wheat seeds, the fertilizer application rate during sowing, and their mode of application (with seeds and separately). The obtained results revealed an ambiguous nature of the influence of factors on the yield under different conditions of vegetation. Evaluation of the significance of the factors studied for three years of research showed that the conditions of the period of vegetation had the greatest impact on the yield. In second place - the rate of sowing seeds, and the third - the dose of fertilization. Thus, the variability of weather conditions over the years of research led to a change in yield almost twice. The increase in the sowing rate within the studied limits (102-151 kg/ha) reduced the yield by an average of 3.6 kg/ha, and the increase in the fertilizer application rate from 0 to 134 kg/ha raised the yield by 1.6 kg/ha. Moreover, the joint application of seeds and fertilizers using the "No-Till" technology (sowing by Condor) gave a significant effect under the conditions of high moisture supply of the vegetation period - a yield increase of 7.2 kg/ha on average, and separate application of seeds and fertilizers (sowing by Seed Hawk) - in conditions of low moisture supply of vegetation - an increase in the yield of an average of 4.2 kg/ha. The application of direct sowing of SZS-2.1 gave an effect, in comparison with Condor, only in arid conditions (+ 2.6 kg/ha).

Hypersensitive pneumonitis (HP) is an interstitial lung disease occuring in childhood. This article demonstrates own long-running monitoring of a girl with HP at the age of 8. The development of the disease is linked to the home ecology. The diagnosis was based on data from the history, clinical symptoms with respiratory deficiency and crepitating wheezing in the lungs, characteristicfunctional and X-ray manifestations; it was proved by detection in the plasma of the blood of specific immunoglobulins of class G to cause-significant allergens. Elimination interventions and adequate treatment have enabled positive dynamics to be achieved during the disease

The article presents the results of a study of visual retention of the elderly people with different productivity reading. The importance of the reading process in the actualization of the psychic functions and their functional systems (for example, visual retention) has been described. It confirms the role of a reader's activities in the maintenance of cognitive reserve on the optimal level. The study included 89 people (aged 60-74 years old) born and permanently residing on the territory of the Arkhangelsk region. The technique of V.A. Borodina, S.M. Borodin was used to evaluate the productivity of reading skills. In order to study the features of the visual retention A. Benton test was used. The results of the study showed that in elderly age to safe the reading skills operations to retain clear visual images of letter marks, comparison of the optical performance with acoustic and speech motor components are relevant, otherwise it can lead to the degradation of a reader's activity. The results of correlation analysis revealed the relationship between deformations of the structural-spatial organization of the figures with the reading indicators: speed, digestion and reading productivity decrease with increase of such errors number as rotation, confabulation and distortion. Surveyed elderly patients with high reading productivity had safe function of cognitive control, reception, processing and storage of information.

The reflection indicating the presence of nanostructures with a coherence length of ~10 nm is found for the first time on the wide-angle X-ray diffraction patterns of amorphous polymers. It is shown that the structural organization in the amorphous polymers is formed much more rapidly and effectively if macromolecules contain regions with increased local flexibility or short spacings with another mechanism of hindered internal rotation around single bonds than that in the chain. Average intermolecular distances in the polymers with nanostructures are substantially smaller than those in the structureless ones. The temperature range of existence of the structural organization in the amorphous polymers above their glass-transition temperature becomes narrower with an increase in the kinetic rigidity of macromolecules.

Cases of acute and chronic Strongyloides stercoralis are presented as tourists travelled to Thailand, the coast of Black sea in Russia and Abkhazia. A high level of clinical suspicion is required to make the diagnosis of strongyloidiasis in at-risk patients presenting with peripheral eosinophilia, unexplained intermittent diarrhea, abdominal discomfort and skin rashes. Owing to increased risk of developing disseminated disease or hyperinfection syndrome, early detection and treatment of strongyloidiasis are extremely important. Strongyloidiasis should be routinely investigated in patients with chronic diseases who will undergo immunosuppressive therapy. Ivermectin or thiabendazole currently is the treatment of choice which are more effective than albendazole.

В Западной Сибири проблема получения полноценных всходов зерновых культур обусловлена гидротермическими условиями в период посев – всходы, вредителями и болезнями и в значительной степени агротехническими приемами посева. При прямом посеве зерновых культур наиболее распространенными типами рабочих органов посевных машин являются стрельчатая лапа, долото и диск. Эффективность их использования в условиях сухой степи Алтайского края изучена крайне слабо. С целью установления наиболее эффективного высевающего сошника в 26 хозяйствах сухой части края с 2005 по 2012 годы были проведены исследования по изучению сеялок с двухдисковыми сошниками, с сошниками в виде стрельчатых лап отечественного и зарубежного производства, а также с долотообразными сошниками. Годы исследований (2006-2011) характеризовались влагообеспеченностью ниже средней (вегетационные осадки 80% нормы), 2012 г. – как острозасушливый (40 % нормы). Наиболее эффективными сеялками при возделывании яровой пшеницы в сухой степи являются сеялки, оснащенные долотообразными сошниками. Они позволяют лучше сохранять почвенную влагу (на 17-28 мм к контролю) в посевной период, повышать качество посевов, а также полевую всхожесть на 4,8 – 12,0% и в результате за счет улучшения показателей структуры урожая увеличивать урожайность пшеницы. В острозасушливый год 2012 год она составила по пару 1,26 т/га, по гороху 0,81 т/га, по пшенице 0,46 т/га соответственно при 0,64, 0,59 и 0,25 т/га на контроле (двухдисковый сошник СЗП-3,6). Сеялки со стрельчатыми высевающими рабочими органами как отечественного, так и зарубежного производства, по урожайности пшеницы не имели существенных различий, но превосходили контроль в условиях острозасушливого года на 0,21 – 0,59 т/га в зависимости от предшественника.

For the regional implementation of new land-use technologies, the practical cooperation of science, enterprises of the agricultural sector, machine builders and dealers are crucial. The knowledge exchange of these actors makes a great contribution to the introduction of new technology, their adaptation to regionally specific requirements and further development of innovative practices. ‘Field days’ have proven to be a very effective model in bringing engineers, dealers and farmers together to dispute over usage and perfection of new machines.

In the first part of the article, the overview of different periods of agricultural development in Kulunda Steppe is presented. The next part shows the materials and methods of the research as well as the variants of tilling technologies and crop rotations. In the third part, the change of precipitation and temperatures during the growing season 2013–2016 is described. Furthermore, information on the water regime of the soils, an analysis of the rate of moisture from the meter layer of soil during the vegetation, follows. After that, there is crop yield data in dependence of agricultural technologies and conclusions.

The first part of this article gives an overview of soil preparation in the Altai region. In the second step, materials and methods of the research are presented and variants of soil preparation technologies as well as crop rotations outlined. Thereafter, information of water regime of the soils will be provided and the moisture rate of the meter soil layer during the growing season analyzed. Finally, crop yields and relative water rate are considered with respect to soil preparation technologies from which conclusions will be drawn.

The article introduces the development of crop farming since the beginning of the Virgin Lands Campaign in the Kulunda Steppe. For this purpose, it describes the significant stages and their influence on the land use, explains the different cropping systems and outlines the consequences of intensive land use. Afterwards, the current limiting factors are classified according to natural and anthropogenic origin, then analysed and assessed. The final part of the article articulates the requirements for a modern farming system to provide a framework of evaluation for the topics and methodology of the examinations which are presented in the following articles.

The paper presents data on the influence of the preceding crops on the soil moisture content under the spring soft wheat fields in the conditions of the moderately dry steppe in Altai Krai. The wheat was sown after three different predecessors: legumes, row crops and fallows. The total soil moisture content in the one-meter layer had been decreased from the beginning to the end of the vegetation period. The preceding crops have a significant influence on this indicator. This must be taken into account for the development of technology for environmentally sustainable and efficient spring soft wheat production.
