Populus × tomentiglandulosa (PT), a tree endemic to Korea, shows promising potential as a natural therapeutic agent owing to its potent anti-inflammatory properties. However, the isolation and analysis of phytochemical compounds in PT and related species remains underexplored. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the biochemical profile of PT and evaluate its extracts and fractions for anti-inflammatory activities. Nine compounds were isolated, including two novel flavonoids (luteolin 7-O-β-d-glucuronide butyl ester and chrysoeriol 7-O-β-d-glucuronide butyl ester) from the Salicaceae family for the first time. The ethyl acetate fraction exhibited significant radical scavenging activity against various radicals, including DPPH, ABTS+, •OH, and O2– radicals. PT extracts and the ethyl acetate fraction showed minimal cytotoxicity in Raw 264.7 macrophages at concentrations below 500 and 100 μg/mL, respectively. Furthermore, PT extracts and fractions significantly suppressed the protein expression of proinflammatory mediators (iNOS and IL-6) in LPS-stimulated Raw 264.7 macrophages, highlighting their potent anti-inflammatory effects. These findings suggest that PT holds promise as a valuable natural therapeutic intervention for various oxidative stress and inflammation-related disorders, underscoring the need for further exploration of its clinical applications.

Glehnia littoralis F. (GLF), a perennial herb indigenous to the coastal areas of northern Pacific countries is widely utilized in medicine for various diseases and symptoms. The current study aimed to determine the relationship between phytochemicals and their diverse functional abilities. High-performance liquid chromatography and a photodiode array detector were used to identify chlorogenic acid (1), rutin (2), isoquercitrin (3), psoralen (4), 8-methoxy psoralen (5), and bergapten (6). 2,2′-Azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS+)- and 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH)-radical-scavenging assays were conducted. It was found that GLF from the Chungnam Province had a higher content of compounds 4–6 contents of approximately 51.29 µmoL/g, which was primarily composed of bergapten (6) (44.44 µmoL/g). Moreover, GLF from Jeju Island exhibited the strongest ABTS+- and DPPH-radical-scavenging activities, with IC50 values of 6.69 mg/mL and 10.26 mg/mL, respectively, followed by Chungnam Province and Jeonnam Province. In contrast, the radical-scavenging activities of GLF did not correlate with compounds 4–6 (furanocoumarins) and were predicted to be related to compounds 1–3. These differences in chemical composition and biological functions are consistent with differences in environmental conditions. Therefore, GLF with high amounts of flavonoid compounds such as rutin and isoquercitrin could potentially be utilized as herbal medicines; however, further research into their additional biological effects is needed.

Abstract This study was to understand the genetic structure and diversity of the Korean Malus species. We used genotyping-by-sequencing (GBS) technology to analyze samples of 112 individuals belonging to 18 populations of wild Malus spp. Using GBS, we identified thousands of single nucleotide polymorphisms in the species analyzed. M. baccata and M. toringo, two dominant mainland species of the Korean Peninsula, were distinguishable based on their genetic structure. However, M. toringo collected from Jeju Island exhibited a different genetic profile than that from the mainland. We identified M. cf. micromalus as a hybrid resulting from the Jeju Island M. toringo (pollen donor) and the mainland M. baccata, (pollen recipient). Putative M. mandshurica distributed on the Korean Peninsula showed a high structural and genetic similarity with M. baccata, indicating that it might be an ecotype. Overall, this study contributes to the understanding of the population history and genetic structure of Malus in the Korean Peninsula.

Lespedeza tricolor is a species found in the southern province of Korea, thought to be endemic to Korea. The complete plastid genome of this legume was sequenced in this study. DNA from L. tricolor was extracted, sequenced, and assembled into the complete plastid genome. We used 18 species of the family Fabaceae and 77 protein-coding genes to perform phylogenetic analysis. The plastid genome is 149,038 bp in length, with large (82,495 bp) and small (18,889 bp) single-copy regions, separated by a pair of inverted repeat regions (23,827 bp). It contains 83 protein-coding genes, eight rRNAs, 37 tRNAs, and two pseudogenes (rpl22 and infA). Our phylogenetic analysis suggests that the genus Lespedeza is monophyletic and L. tricolor is closely related to L. maritima and L. buergeri. In this study, we identified the phylogenetic position of L. tricolor and provided the data that can be used in various ways in future studies.

Syneilesis aconitifolia is an herbaceous perennial of the Asteraceae family native to forests in China, Korea, Japan, and eastern Russia. In Korea, the young leaves of the plant are edible and the extract is known to have antitumor effects. The length of the complete plastome was found to be 150,773 bp, including 130 genes, consisting of 85 protein-coding genes, 37 tRNA genes, and 8 rRNA genes. The assembled plastome showed typical structure and gene content of the angiosperm plastome, which includes two inverted repeats (IR) regions of 24839 bp, a large single copy (LSC) region of 82911 bp, and a small single-copy (SSC) region of 18184 bp. The total G/C content in the S. aconitifolia plastome was 37.5%. The maximum likelihood (ML) phylogenetic tree strongly supports that S. aconitifolia is closely related to the hosts of Ligularia fischeri. This study reports the first complete chloroplast genome of the genus Syneilesis and will contribute to the phylogenetics of the family Asteraceae.

Lamyropappus is a monotypic genus in Asteraceae with the area to southwest part of Pribalkhash desert, deserts and mountains in the lower part of Naryn river basin. Since this genus is similar to Cirsium Mill., it was described as C. schakaptaricum O. Fedtsch. & B. Fedtsch at the first time. Later, based on some characters of a flower, Lamyropappus has been become independent from Cirsium as a monotypic genus. The main habitats of this species located in Kyrgyzstan territory. Since the mid 1970’s, potential habitats in Uzbekistan have been mastered and the populations of this species were not found during the field studies. As a result of recently field studies, this genus was found in southern slopes of the Chatkal ridge within Uzbekistan territory in field study of Green Road Project Team. Hedysarum gypsaceum Korotkova is one of narrow endemics of Chatkal Range and known from only boundary area between Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. The last time the species was collected from the territory of Uzbekistan in 1956. According to the field surveys of 2015, the species is rare in the Uzbekistan part of the Chatkal range. Primula comprises many species of horticultural value. In Korea, six species grow in the wild. Yamazaki classified the variety Primula modesta var. fauriei into P. modesta var. hannasanensis and P. modesta var. koreana based on the differences in leaf morphology. We compared the chloroplast genome sequences of the two Korean endemic Primula varieties and found that both had the typical quadripartite structure of angiosperms. The chloroplast genome size of P. modesta var. hannasanensis is 154,772 bp, including an 85,238 bp large single-copy region and a 17,790 bp small single-copy region, whereas that of P. modesta var. koreana is 154,667 bp, including an 85,152 bp large single-copy region and a 17,771 bp small single-copy region. The inverted repeat region is 25,872 bp in both varieties. We predicted 129 genes—84 protein-coding genes, 8 rRNAs, and 37 tRNAs. We identified 536 single-nucleotide polymorphisms and 501 indels between the varieties. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that the two varieties formed a sister group in the clade P. knuthiana–P. stenocalyx. This study will contribute to phylogenetic, taxonomic, and evolutionary studies of the genus Primula; it will also contribute to the analysis of the genetic diversity of the two varieties, and to the development of identification markers.

Abstract Background Hybridization is an important evolutionary process that results in increased plant diversity. Flowering Prunus includes popular cherry species that are appreciated worldwide for their flowers. The ornamental characteristics were acquired both naturally and through artificially hybridizing species with heterozygous genomes. Therefore, the genome of hybrid flowering Prunus presents important challenges both in plant genomics and evolutionary biology. Results We use long reads to sequence and analyze the highly heterozygous genome of wild Prunus yedoensis. The genome assembly covers > 93% of the gene space; annotation identified 41,294 protein-coding genes. Comparative analysis of the genome with 16 accessions of six related taxa shows that 41% of the genes were assigned into the maternal or paternal state. This indicates that wild P. yedoensis is an F1 hybrid originating from a cross between maternal P. pendula f. ascendens and paternal P. jamasakura, and it can be clearly distinguished from its confusing taxon, Yoshino cherry. A focused analysis of the S-locus haplotypes of closely related taxa distributed in a sympatric natural habitat suggests that reduced restriction of inter-specific hybridization due to strong gametophytic self-incompatibility is likely to promote complex hybridization of wild Prunus species and the development of a hybrid swarm. Conclusions We report the draft genome assembly of a natural hybrid Prunus species using long-read sequencing and sequence phasing. Based on a comprehensive comparative genome analysis with related taxa, it appears that cross-species hybridization in sympatric habitats is an ongoing process that facilitates the diversification of flowering Prunus.

A new variety of Adonis amurensis from East Asia, A. amurensis var. pilosissima, is described and illustrated. The new variety is morphologically related to A. amurensis var. amurensis and Adonis pseudoamurensis, but differs from the former by its densely pilose stem and leaves with abundant short hairs not becoming glabrate in fruiting season, and from the latter by its unbranched stem, precocious leaves, and sepals longer than petals. The conservation status of A. amurensis var. pilosissima was assessed according to the IUCN Red List criteria. A distribution map for the species and identification key for all 14 Adonis taxa from East Asia are also provided.

Cladistic analysis was conducted for 11 taxa belonging to sect. Adonanthe in the gen. Adonis in East Asia on the basis of morphological and cytological characters, and the evolutionary change of major diagnostic characters and the validity of the existing taxonomic system were reviewed. Adonis davidii has been considered the most primitive species of the 11 treated taxa. However, cladistic analysis indicated that A. davidii differentiated since A. sutchuenensis branched. Evolutionary tendencies of taxonomic characters were generally orthogenesis. However, a few characters evolved in the reverse direction. Meanwhile, the cladistic analysis did not support the classification system proposed by Wang, who classified sect. Adonanthe into four series, as most of these were found to be rather polyphyletic or paraphyletic. The differences between these proposed four series were thought to be attributed to the adaptation of only a few morphological characters that pertained to the leaves shape and the petals color.

We report a complete chloroplast genome sequence of Malus sieversii. The CP genome was 160,223 bp in length with a typical quadripartite structure. Length of large single-copy (LSC) was 88,334 bp, whereas small single-copy (SSC) was 19,179 bp in length. A pair of inverted repeats (IR) were 26,355 bp. In total, 128 genes were found including 83 protein-coding genes, 37 tRNA genes, and 8 rRNA genes. The phylogenetic analysis on concatenated data set retrieved from 78 protein-coding genes revealed that M. sieversii was closely related with both M. ×domestica and M. sylvestris.

The plant chloroplast (cp) genome has maintained a relatively conserved structure and gene content throughout evolution. Cp genome sequences have been used widely for resolving evolutionary and phylogenetic issues at various taxonomic levels of plants. Here, we report the complete cp genome of Abies nephrolepis. The A. nephrolepis cp genome is 121,336 base pairs (bp) in length including a pair of short inverted repeat regions (IRa and IRb) of 139 bp each separated by a small single copy (SSC) region of 54,323 bp (SSC) and a large single copy region of 66,735 bp (LSC). It contains 114 genes, 68 of which are protein coding genes, 35 tRNA and four rRNA genes, six open reading frames, and one pseudogene. Seventeen repeat units and 64 simple sequence repeats (SSR) have been detected in A. nephrolepis cp genome. Large IR sequences locate in 42-kb inversion points (1186 bp). The A. nephrolepis cp genome is identical to Abies koreana’s which is closely related to taxa. Pairwise comparison between two cp genomes revealed 140 polymorphic sites in each. Complete cp genome sequence of A. nephrolepis has a significant potential to provide information on the evolutionary pattern of Abietoideae and valuable data for development of DNA markers for easy identification and classification.

Previous studies on the chloroplast genome in Clematis focused on the chloroplast structure within Anemoneae. The chloroplast genomes of Cleamtis were sequenced to provide information for studies on phylogeny and evolution. Two Korean endemic Clematis chloroplast genomes (Clematis brachyura and C. trichotoma) range from 159,170 to 159,532 bp, containing 134 identical genes. Comparing the coding and non-coding regions among 12 Clematis species revealed divergent sites, with carination occurring in the petD-rpoA region. Comparing other Clematis chloroplast genomes suggested that Clematis has two inversions (trnH-rps16 and rps4), reposition (trnL-ndhC), and inverted repeat (IR) region expansion. For phylogenetic analysis, 71 protein-coding genes were aligned from 36 Ranunculaceae chloroplast genomes. Anemoneae (Anemoclema, Pulsatilla, Anemone, and Clematis) clades were monophyletic and well-supported by the bootstrap value (100%). Based on 70 chloroplast protein-coding genes, we compared nonsynonymous (dN) and synonymous (dS) substitution rates among Clematis, Anemoneae (excluding Clematis), and other Ranunculaceae species. The average synonymoussubstitution rates (dS)of large single copy (LSC), small single copy (SSC), and IR genes in Anemoneae and Clematis were significantly higher than those of other Ranunculaceae species, but not the nonsynonymous substitution rates (dN). This study provides fundamental information on plastid genome evolution in the Ranunculaceae.

The complete chloroplast genome sequence of Liparis yongnoana was determined and analyzed in this study. The chloroplast genome size is 153,165 bp in length with 36.9% GC content. It comprises a large single-copy region (LSC) of 83,690 bp, a small single copy region (SSC) of 17,661 bp, and a pair of inverted repeat regions (IRa and IRb) of 25,907 bp separated by the SSC. The genome contains 132 genes, including 86 protein-coding, eight ribosomal RNA, and 38 transfer RNA genes. Phylogenetic analysis inferred from 16 Orchidaceae chloroplast genomes suggested that L. yongnoana was closely related to L. loeselii.

Tribe Forsythieae (Oleaceae), containing two genera (Abeliophyllum and Forsythia) and 13 species, is economically important plants used as ornamentals and in traditional medicine. This tribe species occur primarily in mountainous regions of Eurasia with the highest species diversity in East Asia. Here, we examine 11 complete chloroplast genome and nuclear cycloidea2 (cyc2) DNA sequences of 10 Forsythia species and Abeliophyllum distichum using Illumina platform to provide the phylogeny and biogeographic history of the tribe. The chloroplast genomes of the 11 Forsythieae species are highly conserved, except for a deletion of about 400 bp in the accD–psaI region detected only in Abeliophyllum. Within Forsythieae species, analysis of repetitive sequences revealed a total of 51 repeats comprising 26 forward repeats, 22 palindromic repeats, and 3 reverse repeats. Of those, 19 repeats were common and 32 were unique to one or more Forsythieae species. Our phylogenetic analyses supported the monophyly of Forsythia and its sister group is Abeliophyllum using the concatenated dataset of 78 chloroplast genes. Within Forsythia, Forsythia likiangensis and F. giraldiana were basal lineages followed by F. europaea; the three species are characterized by minutely serrate or entire leaf margins. The remaining species, which are distributed in East Asia, formed two major clades. One clade included F. ovata, F. velutina, and F. japonica; they are morphologically supported by broadly ovate leaves. Another clade of F. suspensa, F. saxatilis, F. viridissima, and F. koreana characterized by lanceolate leaves (except F. suspensa which have broad ovate leaves). Although cyc2 phylogeny is largely congruent to chloroplast genome phylogeny, we find the discordance between two phylogenies in the position of F. ovata suggesting that introgression of the chloroplast genome from one species into the nuclear background of another by interspecific hybridization in East Asian Forsythia species. Molecular dating and biogeographic reconstructions suggest an origin of the Forsythieae species in East China in the Miocene. Distribution patterns in Forsythia indicated that the species were radially differentiated from East China, and the speciation of the European F. europaea was the result of both vicariance and dispersal in the late Miocene to Pliocene.

The complete chloroplast genome sequence of Sparganium eurycarpum subsp. coreanum was determined. The genome size was 161,761 bp in length with 36.9% GC content. It included a pair of inverted repeats (IRa and IRb) of 26,886 bp, which were separated by small single copy (SSC: 19,029 bp) and large single copy (LSC: 88,960 bp) regions. The cp genome contained 112 genes, including 79 protein-coding genes, 29 tRNA genes, and 4 rRNA genes. Phylogenetic analysis of the combined 79 protein-coding genes showed that S. eurycarpum subsp. coreanum was most closely related to Typha latifolia.

Salvia chanryoenica is an endemic species, which locates on the ridges of mountains in South Korea. In this study, we determined the complete chloroplast (cp) genome sequence of S. chanryoenica; cp genome of S. chanryoenica is 151,689 bp in length and consists of a large (82,903 bp) and small (17,634 bp) single-copy regions, separated by a pair of identical inverted repeats (25,576 bp). This genome contains unique 79 protein-coding genes, 30 tRNA, and 4 rRNA. The gene order and organization of the S. chanryoenica are consistent with those of other Lamiaceae cp genomes. The overall GC content of the whole genome was 37.9%. Phylogenetic tree constructed based on 71 protein-coding genes demonstrated a sister relationship within genus Salvia.

In this paper, we analyze the Network and System Management (NSM) requirements and NSM data objects for the intrusion detection of power systems; NSM is an IEC 62351-7 standard. We analyze a SYN flood attack and a buffer overflow attack to cause the Denial of Service (DoS) attack described in NSM. After mounting the attack in our attack testbed, we collect a data set, which is based on attributes for the attack. We then run several data mining methods with the data set using the Waikato Environment for Knowledge Analysis (WEKA). In the results, we select the decision tree algorithms with high detection rates, and choose key attributes in high level components of the trees. When we run several data mining methods again with the data set of chosen key attributes, the detection rates of most data mining methods are higher than before. We prove that our selected attack attributes, and the proposed detection process, are efficient and suitable for intrusion detection in the smart grid environment.

Hydrangea luteovenosa is a member of the family Hydrangeaceae. The complete chloroplast genome sequence of H. luteovenosa was characterized from MiSeq (Illumina Co.) pair-end sequencing data. The chloroplast genome of H. luteovenosa was 157,494 bp in length with a pair of inverted repeats (IRs) (25,126 bp) which were separated by a large single-copy (LSC) (86,596 bp) and a small single-copy regions (SSC) (18,646 bp). It contained 129 genes including 85 protein-coding genes, 36 tRNA genes, and 8 ribosomal RNA genes. The maximum-likelihood phylogenetic analysis with the previously reported chloroplast genomes showed that H. luteovenosa is most closely related to the tribe Hydrangeeae.

We propose a secure and lightweight key distribution mechanism using ZigBee Pro for ubiquitous sensor networks. ZigBee consumes low power and provides security in wireless sensor networks. ZigBee Pro provides more security than ZigBee and offers two security modes, standard security mode and high security mode. Despite high security mode, ZigBee Pro has weakness of key distribution. We use enhanced ECDH for secure key distribution in high security mode. Our simulation results show that the energy consumption of our approach decreases and the average run time is decreased by 39%. Moreover, the proposed scheme enhances security, that is, confidentiality, message authentication, and integrity. We also prove that the proposed key distribution can resist man-in-the-middle attack and replay attack.

Background/Aim: Regulatory T cells (Tregs) play a crucial role in inflammatory responses by regulating the activity of various immune cells. M2 macrophages induced by IL-10 and TGF-ß exhibit anti-inflammatory functions and induce Treg differentiation. Although the beneficial effects of 3-bromo-4,5-dihydroxybenzaldehyde (BDB) on various diseases have been widely reported, the mechanisms, through which it alleviates allergic contact dermatitis (ACD) via Tregs and macrophages, are not well understood. Therefore, this study aimed to explore whether BDB suppresses ACD and induces Treg generation. Materials and Methods: Mice were sensitized with 1% dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB), followed by the application of 0.3% DNCB to their ears every 3 days for 31 days. BDB (100 mg/kg) was administered orally once daily throughout the 31 days. Cytokine and transcription factor expression were analyzed via real-time PCR and western blotting, while CD4+Foxp3+ T cell differentiation and T cell proliferation were evaluated using flow cytometry. Results: BDB exhibited therapeutic efficacy in mice with ACD. In this study, the administration of BDB promoted the upregulation of transforming growth factor beta (TGF-ß)-dependent CD4+Foxp3+ T cells. BDB elicited T cell hypo-responsiveness and suppressed the expression of cytokines related to the Th1, Th2, and Th17 cell subsets. BDB-M2 macrophages directly mediated the differentiation of CD4+Foxp3+ T cells from CD4+ T cells and concurrently suppressed the proliferation of CD4+ T cells. Conclusion: BDB augments M2 macrophage function and induction of Tregs confers effective protection against ACD in mice. Consequently, BDB may represent a promising therapeutic approach for the treatment of inflammatory skin diseases. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: This study aimed to investigate the effect of three-dimensional (3D) printed clear aligners (CA) with different designs on the extrusion of mandibular premolars using a force/moment measurement system and digital image correlation (DIC). Methods: The forces and moments applied to the mandibular canines, first and second premolars were measured using a multi-axis force/ moment transducer when an extrusion of 0.5 mm was planned, assuming the mandibular first premolars were intruded by 1 mm. In addition, displacement and strain changes in the CA were analyzed using the DIC method. CA designs were categorized based on the presence of first premolar attachment and subdivided into equigingival margins, 1-mm extended margins, equi-margins with 1-mm thickness and height, and equi-margins with 1-mm reduced buccolingual width. The CA was printed directly at a thickness of 0.5 mm, and the experiments were conducted at 37°C. Results: The results showed that attachment played an important role in the extrusion of first premolars in both the force/moment measurement system and the DIC method. Intrusion was observed without attachment, even though extrusion was planned. CA designs apply greater force to the cervical region by extending the margin or reducing the buccolingual width, thereby improving extrusion efficiency. Conclusions: Force and moment changes in direct 3D printed CA are complex and difficult to predict; however, modifying aligner designs, such as extending the margin or reducing buccolingual width, and using appropriate attachments could minimize unwanted tooth movement, optimize planned treatment, and increase treatment predictability. Purpose: This study aimed to assess the real-world clinical outcomes of consolidative durvalumab in patients with unresectable locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer (LA-NSCLC) and to explore the role of radiotherapy in the era of immunotherapy. Materials and Methods: This retrospective study assessed 171 patients with unresectable LA-NSCLC who underwent concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT) with or without consolidative durvalumab at Asan Medical Center between May 2018 and May 2021. Primary outcomes included freedom from locoregional failure (FFLRF), distant metastasis-free survival (DMFS), progression-free survival (PFS), and overall survival (OS). Results: Durvalumab following CCRT demonstrated a prolonged median PFS of 20.9 months (p=0.048) and a 3-year FFLRF rate of 57.3% (p=0.008), compared to 13.7 months and 38.8%, respectively, with CCRT alone. Furthermore, the incidence of in-field recurrence was significantly greater in the CCRT-alone group compared to the durvalumab group (26.8% vs. 12.4%, p=0.027). While median OS was not reached with durvalumab, it was 35.4 months in patients receiving CCRT alone (p=0.010). Patients positive for programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) expression showed notably better outcomes, including FFLRF, DMFS, PFS, and OS. Adherence to PACIFIC trial eligibility criteria identified 100 patients (58.5%) as ineligible. The use of durvalumab demonstrated better survival regardless of eligibility criteria. Conclusion The use of durvalumab consolidation following CCRT significantly enhanced locoregional control and OS in patients with unresectable LA-NSCLC, especially in those with PD-L1-positive tumors, thereby validating the role of durvalumab in standard care. Tegoprazan orally disintegrating tablet (ODT) formulation is a novel formulation to improve a convenience in comparison to taking the conventional tablet of tegoprazan, a potassiumcompetitive acid blocker. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the pharmacokinetic and safety profiles of tegoprazan ODT when administered via two routes: nasogastric tube or oral dosing. This study is expected to expand the administration route of tegoprazan ODT. The study was conducted in an open-label, randomized, single-dose, two-way crossover design with a 1-week washout period. Healthy subjects aged 19 to 45 years were administered 50 mg of tegoprazan ODT orally or dissolved in water via nasogastric tube. Tegoprazan, the active ingredient, was quantified using a ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectroscopy (UPLC-MS/MS), and pharmacokinetic parameters were determined through non-compartmental analysis. Safety was monitored throughout the study. A total of 48 subjects, successfully completed the trial. The geometric mean ratios for log-transformed Cmax and AUCt, representing the ratio of nasogastric tube group to oral dosing group, along with 90% confidence intervals, were 1.1087 (1.0243-1.2000) and 1.0023 (0.9620-1.0442), respectively. All adverse events were unrelated to tegoprazan and mild in intensity. The pharmacokinetic profiles of tegoprazan ODT were equivalent between the nasogastric tube and oral administration. Considering the demonstrated linear pharmacokinetics and concentration-dependent pharmacodynamics of tegoprazan, the administration via nasogastric tube is expected to yield effects equivalent to those of oral administration.
