The potential mechanisms of probiotics include anti-cancer activity, preventing and treating immune system-related diseases, and slowing the development of Alzheimer's disease and Huntington's disease. This is due to the gut–brain axis of probiotics, which provides a range of health benefits beyond the digestive and gastrointestinal systems. Probiotics reduce tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukins through the nuclear factor-kappa B and mitogen-activated protein kinase pathways. They have been shown to protect against colon cancer and colitis by interfering with the adhesion of harmful bacteria in the gut. This paper investigated the effect of dance and exercise on the health promotion of adults with mental health disorders. As mental health is a social issue, the characteristics of physical movement through dance and exercise were reviewed to find ways to effectively approach mental health services and treatment. Based on existing papers, a systematic review was conducted using Web of Science, Google Scholar, and Scopus to comprehensively investigate and organise the correlation between physical movement and mental health, the characteristics of dance therapy, and psychotherapy of exercise. Studies have shown that dance and exercise therapy helps reduce side effects, relieve depression and anxiety from actual antipsychotics, and helps to recognise one's problems and increase the willingness to treat them. The term "flavonoid" encompasses a group of plant compounds, predominantly flavonoids, present in fruits, vegetables, and other plant-based foods. These compounds deliver significant health benefits, including potent antioxidant properties that protect cells from free radicals, thereby mitigating aging and disease. We assessed study quality and bias using the Cochrane Risk of Bias tool and the Newcastle−Ottawa Scale. Inclusion criteria specified that the studies must examine a natural flavonoid from fruits, must involve animal or human trials, must be original studies, and must be English articles on the flavonoid's health and cancer-prevention effects, excluding conference abstracts and single-case studies. We conducted a comprehensive search of major databases including PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, SCOPUS, and Google Scholar, reviewing six clinical trials with total sample sizes of over 50 to 1500 participants. The results indicate that consuming flavonoid-rich fruits can aid in cancer prevention by targeting angiogenic and cancer-protective pathways. We specifically selected tomatoes, mulberries, Amazon grapes, apples, and citrus fruits due to their well-documented high levels of flavonoids and the robust clinical evidence supporting their physiological effects. In particular, citrus fruits contain additional beneficial phytochemicals that complement the action of flavonoids, enhancing their overall health effects. The anti-cancer mechanisms of flavonoids are not well-defined in the scientific literature, suggesting a gap that this study aims to address. Our study provides novel contributions by demonstrating how flavonoid supplementation induces anti-cancer effects through angiogenesis, anti-inflammatory actions, antioxidant-induced apoptosis, and modulation of pathways like PI3K/Akt and MAPK. These effects were particularly notable in the prevention and progression of breast, colon, liver, and lung cancers, with statistical significance (p < 0.05). By elucidating specific mechanisms and pathways, this study contributes to the understanding of flavonoids' role in cancer prevention and underscores the potential for developing natural anti-cancer therapeutics through the inclusion of flavonoid-rich fruits in the diet. Future research should focus on randomized controlled trials assessing long-term effects of flavonoid supplementation in diverse populations, exploring optimal dosages, and understanding interactions with conventional cancer therapies to provide comprehensive evidence for clinical applications. This literature review assesses the factors that influence the quality of life of migrant women in the diasporic with the goal of improving their quality of life and creating more supportive social adjustment in the public health field. Methods: The systematic review was conducted in accordance with the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. We searched the databases of Scopus, PubMed, SAGE journal, Springer, and Google Scholar for scientific articles on the quality of life of diasporic and migrant women. We screened and removed duplicates, analyzed the full text of the articles to identify potentially relevant studies, and extracted data from matched articles. Results: The literature search yielded 34 articles. Only 10 articles that met all inclusion criteria were included in the systematic review after peer review. Conclusion: The literature shows that the quality of life of diasporic women is influenced by four main factors: sociodemographic predictors, social adjustment predictors, health-related predictors, and psychological predictors. Identifying them is important to improve quality of life and find the right solutions to improve the quality of life of marginalized groups in society. To improve the quality of life for diasporic women, I suggest implementing government policies such as language education, vocational training, stronger protection laws, and better healthcare access. Body image is an important area for everyone because it affects self-esteem. A positive body image has also been found to have the potential to reduce unhealthy dieting behaviors. People who are more likely to engage in healthy weight control are associated with high self-esteem. Therefore, it was to investigate the relationship between body image, diet behavior, and self-esteem, and the mediating role of diet behavior in the relationship between body image and self-esteem. The cross-sectional study collected data from 386 workers (211 male, 175 female) in their 20s and 40s living in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. Body image was found to significant influence on diet behavior and self-esteem. Diet behavior was also found to have a significant influence on self-esteem, and diet behavior appeared to play a partial mediating role in the relationship between body image and self-esteem. Diet behavior can vary depending on how one perceives the concept of diet and participates in healthy weight control, which may also affect self-esteem. Body image can also be an important source of self-esteem evaluation and emphasizes that diet behavior, which has shown a mediating role, introduces a positive challenge that contributes to self-esteem. Skin symptoms (such as itching from mask use) pose public health concerns with potential repercussions, even after the pandemic. This study used an extensive literature review to explore the factors of wearing masks that tended to impair skin health during the pandemic and to identify prevention protocols for potential skin symptoms. We performed a literature search using PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, and ResearchGate; a traditional literature review was conducted on the value of skincare protocols for post-pandemic skin symptoms. The risk factors associated with wearing masks during the pandemic have been shown to worsen skin symptoms not only among healthcare workers but also among the general population. To minimize this, it is important to apply a preventive protocol. Given the skin issues of wearing masks, education on appropriate prevention should be considered. Early identification of risk factors that worsen skin symptoms of wearing masks can raise awareness of these concerns. Skincare protocols can help prevent skin issues during similar pandemics or epidemics in the future and can inform health educators and CHES® of their areas of responsibility and competencies to improve interventions to reduce mask-related skin issues among the public. Bread is considered a staple food around the world. Potassium bromate is one of the oxidising agents used throughout the baking process for fermentation and ripening purposes. It also has an important influence on the structure and rheological properties of the dough. Due to these properties, potassium bromate is widely used in bread to improve the baking effect and is a permitted food additive. The amount allowed depends on national regulations but, following directives from the European Union and other countries, the FAO/WHO Expert Panel has banned potassium bromate as a flour additive. This is because flour containing potassium bromate has been reported to cause acute health problems such as abdominal pain, diarrhoea, irritation of the mucous membranes of the upper digestive tract, and vomiting. Sometimes, under optimal conditions, it is converted to potassium bromide, which is not harmful to ingest, but it cannot be assumed that all bromate is reduced to bromide. Therefore, it is possible that some residue remains in finished baked goods. Consumption of bread with potassium bromate residues is also associated with an increased incidence of cancer and oxidative stress. In light of global public health and consumer demand for a healthy diet, we have reviewed the composition of bread and its impact on human health when potassium bromate is included in the staple food of bread. Advances in food processing have made meat available in a variety of forms, including fresh and frozen. This has led to a growing interest in sustainable diets, as it has been shown that the increase in meat consumption affects both our health and the environment. In fact, the consumption of beef is closely linked to the environment: the amount of methane emitted by a single cow is estimated to be around 47 kg per year, and 15-20% of all atmospheric methane comes from animal agriculture. The increased number of livestock due to the increase in meat consumption generates huge amounts of manure. Due to its high content of organic matter and nitrogen, livestock manure causes soil and water pollution. As a result, there is are many ongoing discussions about meat taxes, also known as sin taxes in Europe. Sin taxes are taxes imposed to reduce consumption of certain things that have a negative impact on society, which includes tobacco taxes, sugar taxes, etc. Meat taxes are another example of an effort to change meat-oriented eating habits with the main objective of protecting the environment. However, it is important to recognise that the introduction of such taxes may lead to compensatory behaviour in people and create a perverse incentive to consume meat.
