Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the long-term impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on participation, support, and barriers at home in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and without ADHD. Design and methods: This study included a total of 227 participants with a mean age of 11.93 ± 2.96 years, comprising 116 children and adolescents with ADHD and 111 without ADHD. The parents or primary caregivers of all the children completed the Participation and Environment Measure for Children and Youth (PEM-CY), which was used to assess participation and environmental factors in the home. The Student's t-test was used to compare numeric data and Chi-square test to categorical data between children and adolescents with ADHD and those without ADHD in all three settings. Aim: In this study, we aimed to investigate the effects of the telerehabilitation-based BBAT (Basic Body Awareness Therapy) approach on body awareness, musculoskeletal pain, sleep, and quality of life (QoL) in university students during the COVID-19 social isolation and home quarantine period. Material and Methods: The study was designed as a randomized controlled trial. A total of 40 university students participated in the study. Patients were divided into two groups: the treatment group who received the BBAT (n=20) and the control group who refused to receive treatment (n=20). BBAT was applied to the treatment group on an online platform for three days a week (60 minutes per session) for six weeks. Pre-and post-treatment self-reported questionnaire data were used. Pain severity was assessed using the McGill Pain Questionnaire (MPQ), sleep quality using the Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), body awareness using the Body Awareness Questionnaire (BAQ), and QoL using the World Health Organization Quality of Life (WHOQoL) questionnaire. Results: In the treatment group, there was a statistically significant difference between the participants' pre-treatment and post-treatment scores in MPQ, PSQI and BAQ, as well as in the psychological health, social relationships and environment domains and general health facet of the WHOQoL questionnaire (p0.05). Amaç: Bu çalışmada Türkiye’deki COVID-19 pandemisi ve sosyal izolasyon sırasında alt ekstremite amputelerinin dışarıda geçirdikleri vakit ile fiziksel aktivite seviyelerini raporlamak, protez memnuniyeti ve yaşam kalitesi ile ilişki ve farkını araştırmak amaçlandı. Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırmaya farklı seviyelerde alt ekstremite amputasyonu olan 77 (K:18, E:59) birey katıldı. Sosyal izolasyon sırasında dışarıda geçirilen vakit, fiziksel aktivite düzeyi (Uluslararası Fiziksel Aktivite Anketi - UFAA), yaşam kalitesi (Nottingham Sağlık Profili Skalası- NSPS) ve protez memnuniyeti (Trinity Amputasyon ve Protez Deneyim Ölçeği - TAPDÖ) çevrimiçi anket aracılığı ile sorgulandı.
