International Commercial Arbitration is subject of Article 27, Law of the Russian Federation No. 5338‑1, July 07, 1993, while Arbitration Proceedings in the Russian Federation are described in Article 30, Federal Law No. 382-FZ of December 29, 2015. If a dispute settlement goes to institutional arbitration, a party or an arbitration court has the right to apply to a competent court with a subpoena of evidence. This article features the publication and execution of subpoena of evidence by arbitration court for the recovery of evidence. This category differs from other arbitration proceedings in that it requires a procedural appeal that initiates the proceedings, i.e., the subpoena of the arbitration court, and an applicant, i.e., the institutional arbitration court that is seeking assistance in the dispute. The author used the methods of teleological interpretation and functional analysis to justify the admissibility of normative provisions that exclude the right to issue a subpoena by ad hoc arbitrators and to send subpoena of evidence directly by the parties to the arbitration proceedings. The parties to the arbitration should be involved as interested parties. The applicant and the stakeholders have limited procedural rights and obligations since the court neither carries out jurisdictional activities nor considers the dispute per se, but coordinates assistance functions. As a result, some procedural shortcomings make it impossible to clarify the form and content of subpoena, as well as the type and content of documents that should be attached to it, e.g., an arbitration agreement, a state fee payment confirmation, a resolution on the arbitral panel, etc. The author also analyzed grounds for refusal to execute a subpoena of evidence. Excessive discretion and Delphic language should not violate the rights and legitimate interests of third parties, thus preventing them from participating in the arbitration.

Abstract The molecular events underlying the development, manifestation, and course of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and major depressive disorder span from embryonic life to advanced age. However, little is known about the early dynamics of gene expression in these disorders due to their relatively late manifestation. To address this, we conducted a secondary analysis of post-mortem prefrontal cortex datasets using bioinformatics and machine learning techniques to identify differentially expressed gene modules associated with aging and the diseases, determine their time-perturbation points, and assess enrichment with expression quantitative trait loci (eQTL) genes. Our findings revealed early, mid, and late deregulation of expression of functional gene modules involved in neurodevelopment, plasticity, homeostasis, and immune response. This supports the hypothesis that multiple hits throughout life contribute to disease manifestation rather than a single early-life event. Moreover, the time-perturbed functional gene modules were associated with genetic loci affecting gene expression, highlighting the role of genetic factors in gene expression dynamics and the development of disease phenotypes. Our findings emphasize the importance of investigating time-dependent perturbations in gene expression before the age of onset in elucidating the molecular mechanisms of psychiatric disorders.

The current paper is devoted to experimental tests of working protection means in the construction of which concrete in liquid state is used. Such means of protection are most vulnerable to irreversible deformations during the period of their hardening, which coincides with the period of intensive growth of pressure on them from the side of the rock massif. Studies have shown that the pressure of fake rocks on the working protection means depends significantly on the depth of its location and the category of collapse of the roof of the coal seam. The maximum pressure is reached at the moment before the collapse of the roof, that is, at the maximum values of the length of the console of fake rocks, which hangs over the produced longwall space and rests on the working protection means. It was established that the pressure of the fake roof of the coal seam and the relative vertical deformation of the district roadway protection means increase according to the logarithmic dependence of the distance to the longwall outcrop and the time of concrete hardening. With heavy and medium roof collapse, these processes are divided into two stages: in the first stage (the length of which corresponds to the step of the roof collapse), as the longwall moves, the pressure increases intensively, at the moment of collapse it drops by 15-20%, and in the second stage again increases, but 6-8 times more slowly than in the first one, and, provided the relative vertical deformation of the protective device stabilises, passes into a stable mode. With an easily collapsed roof, the step of its collapse does not have a significant effect on the growth and stabilisation of the stress-deformed state of the protective device. The mechanism was revealed and the regularities of loading and deformation of district roadway protection means from a quick-setting mixture depending on the time of its hardening and the distance to the outcrop of longwall, taking into account the category of stability of the roof of the coal seam, were established. Implementation of recommendations for the parameters and technology of the construction of a guard-isolation wall in the conditions of the "Chervonogradska" and "Lisova" mines of the SE "Lvivvugilya" made it possible to reduce the costs of cement-mineral mixture by 27% and save the belt roadways No. 562 and No. 166 for reuse in the production as ventilation during the working out of the adjacent trench column.

Relevance of the study. The infrastructure of rural settlements has a significant impact on the quality of life of the rural population and, as a result, on the development of the infrastructure of the agro-industrial complex. Objective. The purpose of this study is to develop scientific and methodological provisions for improving the infrastructure of agricultural services. Materials and methods. The research methodology includes bibliographic analysis, as well as analysis of statistical data. To identify the most significant factors for ordinary agricultural workers, the method of expert assessments is used. Results. Studies have been conducted on the agro-industrial complex organizations of the Altai Territory. The main part of the article identifies external and internal factors that determine the quality of working conditions in agriculture. Using the method of expert assessments, the most significant factors for ordinary agricultural workers were identified. In order to introduce digitalization in the agro-industrial complex, software and hardware unmanned complexes designed to perform certain functions in crop production are considered. Digital solutions designed to perform the functions of interaction with suppliers, consumers and transportation of agricultural products are described. The issues of environmental safety of workplaces in the agro-industrial complex are considered. Conclusion. It is revealed that in order to effectively develop the infrastructure of rural settlements as a tool to improve the quality of life of the rural population, it is necessary to abandon the policy of maximum coverage in favor of a policy of concentrating efforts on a certain territory on the basis of a comprehensive plan covering all spheres of society and involving sectoral authorities in its implementation within a single project.

Background: There are no echocardiographic (echoCG) criteria to predict whether adult patients with an atrial septal defect (ASD) will develop post-procedural left ventricular (LV) failure after the defect closure. Aim: To evaluate the LV diastolic function before and after the intervention in ASD patients depending on their age and, based on this, to identify potential echoCG risk factors for the development of acute heart failure immediately after the ASD closure. Materials and methods: This retrospective study included 69 patients with the mean age of 44.2 14.5 years and 57 (82.6%) being women. The patients were divided into 2 age groups: group 1 included 39 (56.5%) patients aged 18 to 49 years (mean SD, 35.4 9.4 years) and group 2, 30 (43.5%) patients aged 50 to 74 years (mean SD, 60.1 6.1 years). The characteristics of the ASD, heart chambers and LV diastolic function were assessed with transthoracic and transesophageal echoCG. The indexed indicators of the left atrial (LA) and LV volumes were measured before the intervention and in the postoperative period and compared. LV diastolic function was assessed by the e lateral (determined by tissue Doppler imaging, TDI) and E/e ratio (reference values 10 cm/s and 8, respectively). Results: The indexed LA volume at baseline in the second group was slightly higher than in the first one (27.6 9.8 ml/m2 and 25.4 7.1 ml/m2; p = 0.311), whereas there was no between-group difference in the baseline indexed LV volume parameters (41.8 7.9 ml/m2 and 42.4 8.6 ml/m2, respectively; p = 0.768). Immediately after the closure of the ASD, LV diastolic function deteriorated. In the patients below 50 years of age, this difference was non-significant, despite significant changes in the E/e values (from 7.6 3.6 to 9.9 4.1; p = 0.012). In the second age group, this parameter increased significantly (from 9.2 5.7 to 13.1 4.3, respectively; p = 0.005). The TDI index (e lateral) decreased in both groups: in the group 1, from 11.9 2.5 to 9.1 2.2 (p 0.001) and in the group 2, from 9.3 3.6 to 7.9 1.6 (p = 0.061). Two patients of the elderly group, in whom sings of LV failure were identified immediately after the defect closure, by echoCG showed the lowest TDI values (е lateral) (7.8 and 8.0 cm/sec before closure and 6.4 and 7.0 cm/sec thereafter), as well as the highest values E/e before closure (13.4 and 13.1, respectively). In the long-term (12.5 6.5 months on average), the E/e index decreased in both age groups, compared to that in the early postoperative period, approaching the preoperative parameters (group 50 years of age: 7.6 3.6 9.9 4.1 8.7 4.8, group 50 years of age, 9.2 5.7 13.1 4.3 10.8 5.6). The TDI e indicators also shifted close to their initial values, increasing from 9.1 2.2 to 11.6 1.9 in the group 50 years of age and from 7.9 1.6 to 8.9 2.8 in the group 50 years of age. In the long-term, the LA volume index in both groups was unchanged, compared to its baseline values. The indexed LV end diastolic volume and end diastolic diameter increased significantly at one year after the ASD closure in both groups; however, they did not fall outside the reference ranges, and the LV systolic function indicators remained at the same level. Conclusion: LA volumes and LV function demonstrated the expected positive remodeling after the transcatheter ASD closure. Potential echoCG risk factors for the development of acute heart failure immediately after the ASD closure were identified. These were low baseline rates of early diastolic velocity of the mitral ring (TDI e lateral) of less than 8.0 cm/sec and high LV filling pressure (E/e) of more than 13 in the patients with ASD.

Leveraging graph partitioning techniques is a fundamental framework. This research paper presents an innovative method accompanied by heuristic algorithms designed for the mapping of parallel MPI-programs for hierarchical HPC systems. The proposed approach aims to enhance performance by distributing highly interactive processes to processor cores interconnected through high-speed communication channels. Notably, our method takes into meticulous account all hierarchical layers within the communication network of the HPC systems. Additionally, we offer empirical insights derived from the mapping of MPI programs extracted from the SPEC MPI and NAS Parallel Benchmarks collections into a geographically distributed multi-cluster HPC system.

The results of the study of the crystal structure, magnetic properties, as well as of micro-and domain structure of the surface of a series of compounds Tb0,16Ho0,84Fe2,00-xCox (x = 0,1; 0,2; 0,3; 0,4) are presented. It is shown that an increase in the relative content of cobalt leads to a decrease in the crystal lattice parameter a from 7,310 Å at x = 0,1 to 7,304Å at x = 0,4. At the same time, the Curie temperature increases accordingly from 581 to 614 K. It has been experimentally established that, as x increases, the specific saturation magnetization decreases linearly with increasing temperature. It has been found that the mechanical impact on the surface of sections during polishing can lead to the appearance of a regular microrelief. The results of studying the domain structure of the surface are presented. It is shown that the configuration and linear dimensions of the domains change as a result of the impact on the surface of the samples.

Abstract The stishovite to post‐stishovite phase transition may modify the scattering of seismic waves by stishovite‐bearing rocks in the Earth's lower mantle. A series of continuous compression experiments on sintered polycrystalline stishovite was performed to study the effect of stress on the phase transition. The experimental results show that the phase transition shifts to lower pressures as the magnitude of deviatoric stress increases. Our results further show that the bulk modulus of sintered polycrystalline stishovite differs from that derived from single crystal measurements and decreases at the phase transition. In cold regions, such as subducted slabs, stresses may accumulate and shift the phase transition to a shallower depth. In hot regions with less stress, such as rising plumes, the phase transition is shifted to a greater depth. In addition, the phase transition may have varying seismic signatures depending on the behavior of the grain boundaries in mantle rocks and the micro‐stresses present in neighboring grains.

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is considered the most common chronic liver disease worldwide, affecting nearly 25% of the global adult population. Increasing evidence suggests that functional and compositional changes in the gut microbiota may contribute to the development and promote the progression of NAFLD. 16S rRNA gene next-generation sequencing is widely used to determine specific features of the NAFLD microbiome, but a complex system such as the gut microbiota requires a comprehensive approach. We used three different approaches: MALDI-TOF-MS of bacterial cultures, qPCR, and 16S NGS sequencing, as well as a wide variety of statistical methods to assess the differences in gut microbiota composition between NAFLD patients without significant fibrosis and the control group. The listed methods showed enrichment in Collinsella sp. and Oscillospiraceae for the control samples and enrichment in Lachnospiraceae (and in particular Dorea sp.) and Veillonellaceae in NAFLD. The families, Bifidobacteriaceae, Lactobacillaceae, and Enterococcaceae (particularly Enterococcus faecium and Enterococcus faecalis), were also found to be important taxa for NAFLD microbiome evaluation. Considering individual method observations, an increase in Candida krusei and a decrease in Bacteroides uniformis for NAFLD patients were detected using MALDI-TOF-MS. An increase in Gracilibacteraceae, Chitinophagaceae, Pirellulaceae, Erysipelatoclostridiaceae, Muribaculaceae, and Comamonadaceae, and a decrease in Acidaminococcaceae in NAFLD were observed with 16S NGS, and enrichment in Fusobacterium nucleatum was shown using qPCR analysis. These findings confirm that NAFLD is associated with changes in gut microbiota composition. Further investigations are required to determine the cause-and-effect relationships and the impact of microbiota-derived compounds on the development and progression of NAFLD.
