1. Instruments to assess patient satisfaction after teleconsultation and triage: a systematic review

Two reviewers independently screened all obtained references for eligibility and extracted data from the eligible articles. The results were presented using summary tables.Results: We included 31 publications, describing 16 instruments in our review. The reporting on test development and psychometric characteristics was incomplete. The development process, described by ten of 16 instruments, included a review of the literature (n=7), patient or stakeholder interviews (n=5), and expert consultations (n=3). Four instruments evaluated factor structure, reliability, and validity; two of those four demonstrated low levels of reliability for some of their subscales.Conclusion: A majority of instruments on patient satisfaction after teleconsultation showed methodological limitations and lack rigorous evaluation. Users should carefully reflect on the content of the questionnaires and their relevance to the application. Abstract

The sources of international law regulate how international rules are made. Article 38 of the ICJ Statute has traditionally been seen as the starting point for an exploration of the sources of international law, famously referring to three sources: treaties, custom, and general principles. However, to fully understand the doctrine of the sources, it is necessary to look beyond article 38. For example, the practice of international actors has furthered the theory of these sources and there is growing academic support for the development of international law beyond these categories. The aim of this chapter is to introduce the different sources of international law and the relationships between them.

The half-life of the beta-decay of 198Au has been measured for room temperature and 12 K. The resulting values of T(RT) = 2.684 +- 0.004 d and T(12 K) = 2.687 +- 0.005 d agree well within statistical uncertainties. Abstract

The rate of the hydrogen-burning carbon-nitrogen-oxygen (CNO) cycle is controlled by the slowest process, 14N(p,gamma)15O, which proceeds by capture to the ground and several excited states in 15O. Previous extrapolations for the ground state contribution disagreed by a factor 2, corresponding to 15% uncertainty in the total astrophysical S-factor. At the Laboratory for Underground Nuclear Astrophysics (LUNA) 400 kV accelerator placed deep underground in the Gran Sasso facility in Italy, a new experiment on ground state capture has been carried out at 317.8, 334.4, and 353.3 keV center-of-mass energy. Systematic corrections have been reduced considerably with respect to previous studies by using a Clover detector and by adopting a relative analysis. The previous discrepancy has been resolved, and ground state capture no longer dominates the uncertainty of the total S-factor., Comment: Phys. Rev. C, rapid comm., accepted

Abstract

We report on a new lifetime measurement of the E_x=6792 keV state in 15O via the Doppler-shift attenuation method at the E=259 keV resonance in the reaction 14N(p,g)15O. This subthreshold state is of particular importance for the determination of the ground state astrophysical S factor of 14N(p,g)15O at stellar energies. The measurement technique has been significantly improved compared with previous work. The conclusion of a finite lifetime drawn there cannot be confirmed with the present data. In addition, the lifetime of the two states at E_x=5181 and 6172 keV have been measured with the same technique in order to verify the experimental method. We observe an attenuation factor F(tau)>0.98 for the E_x =6172 and 6792 keV states, respectively, corresponding to tau<0.77 fs. The attenuation factor for the E_x=5181 keV state results in F(tau)=0.78+/-0.02 corresponding to tau=8.4+/-1.0 fs in excellent agreement with literature., Comment: 7 pages, 9 figures, accepted for publication in PRC

The total cross section of 12C(alpha,gamma)16O was measured for the first time by a direct and ungated detection of the 16O recoils. This measurement in inverse kinematics using the recoil mass separator ERNA in combination with a windowless He gas target allowed to collect data with high precision in the energy range E=1.9 to 4.9 MeV. Item does not contain fulltext, OBJECTIVE: Synthesising evidence of the effects of interventions to improve work participation among people with health problems is currently difficult due to heterogeneity in outcome measurements. A core outcome set for work participation is needed. STUDY DESIGN AND SETTING: Following the Core Outcome Measures in Effectiveness Trials methodology, we used a five-step approach to reach international multistakeholder consensus on a core outcome set for work participation. Five subgroups of stakeholders took part in two rounds of discussions and completed two Delphi voting rounds on 26 outcomes. A consensus of ≥80% determined core outcomes and 50%-80% consensus was required for candidate outcomes. RESULTS: Fifty-eight stakeholders took part in the Delphi rounds. Core outcomes were: 'any type of employment including self-employment', 'proportion of workers that return to work after being absent because of illness' and 'time to return to work'. Ten candidate outcomes were proposed, among others: 'sustainable employment', 'work productivity' and 'workers' perception of return to work'. CONCLUSION: As a minimum, all studies evaluating the impact of interventions on work participation should include one employment outcome and two return to work outcomes if workers are on sick leave prior to the intervention.

Abstract

Alltagsdinge und Artefakte rücken im Kontext der Forschung zur materiellen Kultur zunehmend in den Fokus der Praktischen Theologie. Der vorliegende Band verortet sich in diesem interdisziplinären Diskurs und verbindet den performative und material turn in den Kulturwissenschaften mit spezifisch praktisch-theologischen Fragestellungen. Die Beiträge reflektieren Grundlagen des Diskurses und stellen aus unterschiedlichen theologischen Fachperspektiven Dinge wie z.B. Becher, Kreuz, Brot, Tintenfass, Glocke, Salböl, Kerze, Kanzel, Losungsbuch, Kalender, Sitzkissen, Grabstein, Bergschuhe, Schieferplatten, Tattoo, Maske oder Smartphone ins Zentrum und entfalten ihre ästhetische, religionskulturelle und (praktisch-)theologische Relevanz. Es wird gefragt, welche Rolle die Dinge in religiösen Praxen spielen, welche Deutungsprozesse sie anstoßen und wie sie in symbolische Kommunikation integriert werden. Dabei werden sowohl Bezüge zu verschiedenen Handlungsfeldern der Praktischen Theologie hergestellt als auch lebensweltliche Kontexte religionshermeneutisch erschlossen. Die exemplarischen Erkundungsgänge und Sondierungen wollen zu eigenen Entdeckungen im Kontext von Ding- und Zeichenwelten in praktisch-theologischer Perspektive anregen.

20. Stingless bees (Hymenoptera: Apidae) in Holocene copal and Defaunation resin from Eastern Africa indicate Recent biodiversity change

Abstract

Although specimens in fossil to Recent resins are remarkable for their fidelity of preservation, amber is well known and studied, unlike the younger resins as Pleistocene copal (2.58–0.0117 Ma) and Holocene copal (0.0117 Ma–1760 AD), or Defaunation resin, which is resin produced after 1760 AD. However, the scientific relevance of these younger resins preserving arthropods that lived in pre-Anthropocene time is often underestimated. Here, we present specimens of workers of stingless bees included in copal and Defaunation resin, from the coastal vichaka forests in Tanzania, and from northwest Madagascar, ranging in age from almost 3000 BP years to only 80 ± 30 BP years and from 2015, respectively. Three known species Hypotrigona gribodoi, Liotrigona bouyssoui, and Liotrigona nilssoni and two new species Axestotrigona kitingae sp. nov. and Hypotrigona kleineri sp. nov. have been discovered from 36 studied specimens. We also noted that the holotype of Trigona richardsi is a junior subjective synonym of Axestotrigona ferruginea ferruginea. The coastal forests in the East Africa region and in East Madagascar are now highly fragmented so that we can expect that the new species are already extinct. Here we demonstrate that the study of inclusions in copal and Defaunation resin can document losses of local biodiversity resulting, for example, from deforestation and they also bring proof of this potential anthropic defaunation.
