This case report aims to present a novel method for immediate aesthetic rehabilitation in a periodontally compromised patient using a natural tooth pontic supported by Ribbond fiber splinting. A 42-year-old male patient with a horizontal root fracture in the maxillary left central incisor and severe periodontal disease was treated using a conservative approach. The fractured tooth was extracted, and a natural tooth pontic was fabricated from the extracted tooth. The pontic was secured using a Ribbond fiber splint, providing a biocompatible, noninvasive framework. The patient's periodontal health was closely monitored throughout the treatment. The procedure successfully provided immediate aesthetic and functional rehabilitation, with the patient expressing high satisfaction. The Ribbond fiber splint showed stability and preserved periodontal health during follow-up. Ribbond fiber splinting with a natural tooth pontic offers a conservative, aesthetic solution in periodontally compromised patients, preserving natural dentition and maintaining periodontal stability, highlighting its potential as a valuable technique in restorative dentistry.
