The purpose of this research is to answer questions from the problem formulation of the research, namely: how are the views of Management Study Program students at UMSIDA university about the ease and the benefit of shopee e-commerce; what are the views of UMSIDA Management Study Program students about the ease and the benefit of Tokopedia e-commerce; and how is the comparative analysis of the ease and the benefit both Shopee & Tokopedia among Umsida students. The research method used is a qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was done by interviewing 100 students. It turned out that the researcher took 7 informants who met the criteria as users and transacted in both shopee and Tokopedia e-commerce. Informants taken in this study were Management Study Program students at UMSIDA batch 2018. From the results of the research taken by the researcher is both Shopee and Tokopedia are very good to be used as online shopping sites. Many students use online shop sites to find all their needs through shopee and Tokopedia. From the previous explanation, it has been explained that the convenience and benefits of shopee and Tokopedia have an important role for students. Students are millennials who want to suit their needs easily. Shopee and Tokopedia are good online shops for students because they provide all their needs they want. However, students of Management study program at UMSIDA are more interested in using shopee than Tokopedia because they think that the products offered by Tokopedia are more expensive and less complete than shopee. By shopping at both shopee and Tokopedia, students can access the online shop anywhere and anytime.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job training, work discipline and compensation partially (individually) and simultaneously (together) on employee performance at the Sidotopo train depo. The approach used in this research is quantitative, which is an approach based on the results of the answers to the questionnaires that have been distributed. The sampling technique used was the saturated sample technique with 37 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, partial test, simultaneous test of multiple correlation coefficient test, and multiple determination test of respondents with software SPSS version 24 software. The results of this study state that job training has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, and job training, work discipline, compensation simultaneously (simultaneously) affect employee performance.

This study aims to find out Work-Family Conflict, Job Stress and Its Relationship with Performance Experienced by Female Honorer Teachers During the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach with data collection methods, namely interviews, observations and documentation. The informants in this study were ten honorer teachers who had multiple roles. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The results showed that there was work-family conflict, work stress and had a relationship with performance in the lives of female honorer teachers. The factor of housewives to work outside the home is due to economic factors, educational factors, factors to fill spare time and also the dream factor. Individual conflicts, fatigue factors and the lack of time sharing between the dual roles they have. So that it triggers the emergence of work-family conflict, work stress and also the performance relationship in his life.

This research is a quantitative research, and the location of this research is UD. Macheasy Sidoarjo Cooking Seasoning. The population in this study were all UD employees. Macheasy's Seasoning Sidoarjo which has a total of 100 employees. The sample used is 100 people, using a total sampling saturation. used a questionnaire to collect data. With the help of SPSS data processing software, multiple linear regression was used for data analysis. The results showed that there was a partial effect of workload, compensation, and motivation on employee performance at UD. Macheasy Sidoarjo Cooking Seasoning. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational culture and perceptions of organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior in employees of PT. EMKL Transindra Perkasa Surabaya. This research is a quantitative research type. This research used a sample of 60 employees of PT. EMKL Transindra Perkasa Surabaya. This study uses multiple linear analysis as an analytical technique with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) version 18.0 application. This study uses primary data and secondary data obtained from the company. Questionnaires are used in research as a tool for statistical testing. The results of the study prove that job satisfaction has an effect on OCB, organizational culture has an effect on OCB, perceptions of organizational support have an effect on OCB. And job satisfaction, organizational culture and perceived organizational support simultaneously affect OCB.

Artikel ini membahas kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan dalam Program Kemitraan Masyarakat di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Muhammadiyah 9 Boarding School Tanggulangin di kabupaten Sidoarjo. Kegiatan tersebut berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada para guru untuk bisa mengembangkan materi Bahasa Inggris dalam berbagai kegiatan di luar jam sekolah. Rangkaiankegiatan dimulai dengan mengindentifikasi kebutuhan dan peluang yang dimiliki oleh sekolah yang berbentuk boarding school atau pondok. Selanjutnya, diadakan pelatihan kepada seluruh guru dengan materi yang berhubungan dengan pengembangan materi Bahasa Inggris untuk kegiatan luar sekolah. Tantangan yang sangat terasa adalah adanya pandemic Covid-19 yang mengakibatkan kegiatan pendampingan harus diganti melalui komunikasi jarak jauh. Oleh karenanya, kegiatan pendampingan dilaksanakan sebagian besar dengan cara online. Sekolah memberikan apresiasi yang baik dalam kegiatan ini, terbukti dengan hadirnya seluruh guru dalam kegiatan pelatihan serta terjalinnya komunikasi yang baik selama pendampingan. Diharapkan melalui kegiatan ini, para guru di sekolah bisa mengembangkan dan menerapkan materi atau bahan ajar yang sesuai dengankebutuhan siswa serta kekhasan sekolah.

Investment decisions in Islamic Crowdfunding have many determinants, including: project quality, creator abilities, social network creators, reputation and entrepreneur experiences. This study examines the influence of significant and insignificant determinants of investment in Islamic Crowdfunding. It uses a random sampling technique with Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (PLS) as the analysis model. The results show that social creators and entrepreneur experiences have a significant effect on investment in Islamic Crowdfunding. Contrastingly, project quality, creator ability, and reputation have insignificant influences. Entrepreneur experiences and reputation of the platform have dominant and least influence on investment in Islamic crowdfunding, respectively. Creator’s ability has a dominant-negative effect on Islamic Crowdfunding, and therefore, it requires special attention. The sharia values contained in all investment determinants are the primary consideration by investors. Therefore, increasingly inevitable sharia compliance is a necessity from time to time.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, commitment and work discipline on employee performance at CV. Indo Prima Plastik. This research uses quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 50 employees at CV. Indo Prima Plastik. The analytical tool used in this research is using IBM SPSS statistical software version 2.5.0, this study aims to determine the effect of compensation, commitment and work discipline. Primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires. The results of this study prove that (1) compensation has an effect on employee performance, (2) commitment has an effect on employee performance, (3) work discipline has an effect on employee performance.

Islamic economy in Indonesia is in continuous development qualitatively and quantitatively. There are products of Islamic financial institutions which innovatively developed. However, there are findings which stated that the Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia still not in full compliance with the Shariah, especially in terms of fulfilling the justice experienced by Islamic bank’s mudarabah contract customers. The injustice is on the nisbah or ratio between the capital owner and the capital manager. There ara model or proposal to how to determine the profit sharing ratio, however, there is still none of them which dwelling on the idea of justice in profit sharing ratio. This research, using an explorative and qualitative approach contributes to the philosophical basis in determining the just profit sharing ratio. The reason for the research is since justice is one of the Islamic economy pillars in Islamic economy paradigm. By this research, it is hoped that the future practice of profit sharing ratio will be just for the actors of the Muḍārabah contract.

Dengan kata lain ekonomi Isalam adalah ekonomi lama yang didasarkan atas wahyu Allah yang dibingkai dalam konteks ilmiah (scientific). Ekonomi Islam membentangkan pengetahuan bagaimana seorang Muslim harus bertindak secara ekonomi sehingga bisa mewujudkan kehidupan yang kaffah dismping keilmuan Islam lainnya.

One of the main factors making up the basis of civilization or Madani society or civil society, which is also part of the social capital, is the confidence (trust) both horizontally and verticallyamong individuals between individuals and institutions so as to create an effective partnership. Islamic Economics is an economic system based on Islamic principles. Inside there is a contract ofMudharabah contract based on the belief that investors give full trust to capital manager with the agreement of the losses in the initial contract. In this study concluded that the higher the level of consumption in society Mudharabah contract is higher level then the level of civilization of society. This is because Mudharabah is directly proportional to the level of public confidence.
