The world economy has been stable by emerging into online business and activity with increased online users. There is likelihood to escalate the fraud activity and misuse the corporation's network. Hence, strengthening of network security is necessary to prevent such unwanted activities. In this work, Anomaly Detection System (ADS) is proposed to detect the anomalous activities in the network. Firstly, network packets with the tagging are trained with the k-nearest neighbor algorithm (KNN) and Kohonen’s Self-Organizing Maps (KSOM) algorithm clusters the network packets. Initially, the Tagging Application (TA) dataset is created that contains network packets with the labelling of applications by extracting captured live packets using high computing server that is configured in data center which are used for the proposed Fix Weight Kohonen's Self-Organizing Maps (FW-KSOM) to cluster different activities in the network. Implementation of the proposed ADS model for labelling and clustering is carried out in real time networking scenario to identify the applications for anomaly detection.

An instrument that rated overall satisfaction with pharmacy services was used to conduct research on people's thoughts towards pharmacy services. The patient's perspective on the available pharmacy services, as well as their expectations for such services, was the primary emphasis of the instrument. The instrument had a total of twenty questions, all of which were categorised into one of eight distinct dimensions based on their level of similarity to one another. These dimensions were as follows: general satisfaction; interpersonal skill; evaluation; gathering non-medical information; trust; helping patients; explanation; and finances. The participants in the study were members of the general public who were above the age of 18 years old. The sampling method used was chance random sampling. The participants' opinions on the kinds of pharmacy services that are available now and those that are preferred were the primary focus of this study's outcome measurement. There will be a presentation of descriptive data for the satisfaction dimension score. A comparison was made between the levels of satisfaction felt by those with varying demographic profiles on the various aspects. The findings of the research showed that there are considerable differences between the sexes in terms of both general satisfaction and interpersonal competence. Helping patients, evaluating situations, and explaining things were all areas in which the various age groups shown quite different levels of competence. The education level of the pharmacist was shown to have a substantial impact on their ability to evaluate, gather information that is not medically related, assist patients, and explain complex concepts. A total satisfaction dimension score of 56.83 percent was achieved in the existing practise, whereas a score of 68.83 percent was achieved in the intended practise. The growth of the pharmacy profession in our nation will be directly correlated to the increased visibility of pharmacy services continuing education programmes for working pharmacists.

The field of pharmacy is an essential component of any country's healthcare infrastructure across the globe. A pharmacy that has a practice that is well-organized may go a long way toward ensuring that the patient receives high-quality medical treatment. In years gone by, pharmacists were solely responsible for the distribution of various drugs. The traditional function of pharmacists is gradually being expanded, and nowadays, pharmacists are increasingly playing an important part in the direct treatment that is provided to patients. This is particularly true with the current generation of pharmacists who have earned their Pharm. D degrees. Pharmacists play a significant part in the delivery of healthcare services by means of community pharmacy services in rural areas that either lack access to physicians or have access to physicians whose services are prohibitively expensive for the purpose of meeting the basic healthcare requirements. There are still a lot of changes that need to be made before Indian pharmacists will be happier in their jobs. Some of these changes include higher salaries, more job opportunities in government offices, recognition of pharmacists as professionals in the health care field, and modifications to the Pharm. D and pharmacy curriculum. This research examines the present problems facing the profession of pharmacy in India and offers various ideas to increase work satisfaction among pharmacists in India.

Polycystic ovary syndrome is a relatively common hormonal disorder that causes a number of different symptoms in women of reproductive age. In such conditions, enlarged ovaries containing multiple small cysts (polycystic ovaries), are found. Although most women with PCOS have polycystic ovaries, some affected women do not. Common to all women with PCOS is an irregularity in menstrual cycle and the presence of excess male hormones (androgen). It disrupts the functioning of the reproductive organs that produce progesterone and estrogen, the hormones that regulate the menstrual cycle. A prospective observational study was carried out in 125 inpatients, after taking written informed consent from patients those who met the study criteria. A total of 125 patients were enrolled in the study, it was observed that 17.74% have experienced moderate depression, 18.54% patients experienced major irregular menstrual period problem, 2-25% of the patients were dealing with body weight, and 6.45% patients were identified that the growth of visible hair on the upper lip as a major problem. It was also found that 8.87% of patients experienced major menstrual cramps and patients were found worried about PCOS and hence disturbing their quality of life. Various long-term complication and co morbidities have been associated with PCOS and early diagnosed and therapeutic interventions are needed. PCOS is a chronic disease with manifestations across the life span and represents a major health and economic burden. Management should focus on support, education, addressing physiological factors and strongly emphasizing healthy lifestyle with targeted medical therapy as required. Addressing hyperandrogenism is clinically important and monitoring for and managing longer-term metabolic complications including dyslipidemia, IGT, DM2, cardiovascular risk factors, is crucial. Overall, further research is needed in this complex condition.

The research activities in mobile computing and wireless networks strongly indicates that mobile computers and their wireless communication links will be an integral part of the current internet works. Communication over wireless links is characterised by limited bandwidth, high latency, high bit-error rates and temporary disconnections. Most often, networks with wireless links and mobile hosts incur significant losses due to handoff. It is also most important that in wireless environment TCP (transmission control protocol) causes degraded end-to-end performance. In this paper, we tried to give solutions to these problems. We adopt a new method to improve the end-to-end reliable transport performance in mobile wireless environment by incorporating changes to network-layer at the base station and mobile host and preserve end-to-end semantics of TCP. The methodology employs NDG (normalised delay gradient) loss-predictor function to determine congestion losses from that of transmission loss. The sender window can adjust its size depending on the loss information. If the loss is due to congestion, congestion control algorithm is invoked to decrease the flow rate. If the loss is due to handoff (transmission loss), immediate-recovery algorithm is invoked to recover the losses caused by the sender TCP. Stochastic equations are used to analyse, i) arrival rate handoff calls, ii) blocking probability of handoff request, iii) distinguish packet loss due to congestion or handoff, iv) dynamics of sender window, v) queue length at the ingress point of the BS router , vi) throughput, and vii) the losses due to congestion and handoff blocking. Our results provide better way understanding the problem of calls drop due to handoff, and providing most accurate solutions for mobile wireless system.

The decisions made by admission control algorithms are based on the availability of network resources viz. bandwidth, energy, memory buffers, etc., without degrading the Quality-of-Service (QoS) requirement of applications that are admitted. In this paper, we present an energy-aware admission control (EAAC) scheme which provides admission control for flows in an ad hoc network based on the knowledge of the present and future residual energy of the intermediate nodes along the routing path. The aim of EAAC is to quantify the energy that the new flow will consume so that it can be decided whether the future residual energy of the nodes along the routing path can satisfy the energy requirement. In other words, this energy-aware routing admits a new flow iff any node in the routing path does not run out of its energy during the transmission of packets. The future residual energy of a node is predicted using the Multi-layer Neural Network (MNN) model. Simulation results shows that the proposed scheme increases the network lifetime.
