本稿では、教員の実践的指導力を支え向上を目指す役割を担っている教育センターが令和2年度に取り組んだ研究主題について調査した。そこからは令和時代に入り直面している教育課題についての全体的な傾向と教員養成系の学生も含め教員が今後取り組むべき教育の方向性が示唆された。, In this paper, we present the results of a survey of research theme that the education center, which plays a role in supporting and improving the practical leadership skills of teachers, conducted in 2020. The results suggest a general trend in the educational issues facing us in the Reiwa era, and the direction of education that teachers, including students in teacher-training courses, should take in the future.

R3.1.26答申では，令和の日本型学校教育は「個別最適な学び」と「協働的な学び」を一体的に充実することを目指すものであるとしている。生活科においては，これまでも個別的な学びや協同的な学びを重視してきた。そのような意味では，生活科の学習活動が大きく変わるわけではない。本稿では，個に応じ，個を生かす生活科の学びについて改めて確認し，答申を踏まえ今後どのように学習を展開していくかについて考察する。, The R3.1.26 report states that the current Japanese-style school education aims to enhance "optimal individual learning" and "cooperative learning" in an integrated manner. In Living Environment Studies, the emphasis has always been on both individualized and cooperative learning. In this sense, the learning activities of the Living Environment Studies department will not change significantly. In this paper, we reaffirm this core concept of teaching Living Environment Studies on the basis of individual learning, and consider which future teaching strategies to develop based on the report.

児童生徒の学びに欠かせない教科書の採択の権限は地方教育委員会にあり, その採択審議に際しよりどころとする資料のうち大きな比重を占めるのは, 選定委員会が調査研究した報告書と思われる。 本稿においては、2020年度使用の教科書の採択地区から3つの政令都市を抽出し, 公立小学校用に採択された教科書の審議資料のうち選定委員会の「生活科」「道徳科」の調査研究報告書に焦点をあて, どのような選定組織と手続きのもとそれが作成されていったのかについて調査し考察する。, The local boards of education have the authority to adopt textbooks, which are indispensable for the learning of students. The survey and research reports by the selection committee are considered to be the most important source in information. In this paper, three government ordinance-designated cities have been selected from the districts that adopted the textbooks for use in the 2020 academic year. Among the textbooks adopted for public elementary schools, this paper focuses on the "Living Environment Studies" and "Ethics" research reports by the selection committee and investigates and reviews the selection organization and procedures under which they were prepared.

様々な面で国際社会のグローバル化が急速に進展している現代にあって，子どもたちが 日本人としてのアイディンティティ－をもって主体的，創造的に生きていくために，異な る文化や歴史，道徳的価値に対する理解を深め，考え方の異なる人々と協調していく態度 を育てていく必要がある。その異文化を理解し大切にしようとする心と態度は，自国の文 化理解が基盤となって育まれる。本稿では「我が国の伝統と文化」のうち，子どもに身近 な「暮らしの歳時記」に焦点を当て，生活科や総合的な学習の授業でこれを取り上げた場 合，どのように展開すればよいかについて提案する。 In today’s rapidly advancing globalization of the international community, for children to have a Japanese identity, to live actively and creatively, it is necessary to cultivate their attitudes to have a deep understanding of different cultures, history, and moral values and to cooperate with the people with different views and thought. The cultivation of such ideas and attitudes to understand and value different cultures is based on the understanding of Japanese culture. Focusing our attention on the “Living Saijiki” in the “Japanese tradition and culture”, familiar to children, this paper makes suggestions on how to better carry out this work in teaching Living Environment Studies and Integrated Study.

新教育課程においては，子供が自分の学びについて振り返り，調整しながら次のめあてをもって学ぼうとしているかどうかという意思的な側面を見取る評価観が求められる。「主体的・対話的で深い学び」を実現するためには，「主体的に学習に取り組む態度」の評価の在り方が重要なポイントになるのである。本稿では，低学年の教科である生活科において，子供が自らの活動を振り返り調整しながら自分なりに考え，工夫していくことができる自己評価の在り方について考察する。 In the new guidelines by mext, an evaluation outlook on whether each child is reflecting and intentionally adjusting their learning with the following purposes will be required. To realize “independent, interactive and deep learning”, assessment methods of the “attitudes to engage in methods on how each child in the lower years, can reflect on their activities, self-evaluate and adjust in the Living Environment Studies program.

生活科における深い学びの実現に向けた授業は，身近な生活に係る物事や事象を五感を通して捉え，自分自身との関わりについて感じたり気付いたり考えたりしたことを対話的に展開していくなかで成立する。それを可能とするためには学習活動で観察力の質を向上させることが重要である。そこで本稿では，児童が意欲をもち自分らしい視点で対象を観察していくことができるような教材・教具の工夫について考えてみた。 To deepen our understanding in Living Environment Studies, one must effectively capture the events and episodes in life by our five senses, and then to feel, notice and think how these events apply to our daily lives by communicating these thoughts. To achieve this, it is essential to improve the power of observation by educational activities. This paper explores educational materials and any adjustments to be had, so as to improve ways in which a child would observe and interpret events around their life promoting individuality.

2017.3に改訂された学習指導要領では，各教科の学習を展開するにあたっては教科の特質に応じた「見方・考え方」を生かすことが示された。そこで本稿では，生活化の身近な生活に関わる見方・考え方を視点に，飼育・栽培活動を通した生命を尊重する教育を展開しながら子どもにどのような資質・能力を育てることが出来るのかについて考えていく。 また，生活科で生命を尊重する教育につながる飼育・栽培活動を進めるに際して，極めて重要となる学習環境の実状と課題について探り，課題解決に向けた手立てについて論考する。, The government curriculum guideline revised in March 2017 instructs to make the most of distinctive "viewpoints and approaches" of each subject in teaching it.
