Journalism faces a number of challenges: patterns of news consumption have changed and audiences for traditional news outlets are declining. In this context, we explore whether the "inverted pyramid" model – a system of news writing that arranges facts in descending order of importance, which remains predominant in journalism – is the most effective way of communicating information online. Based on a mixed-methods approach using qualitative data from workshops and expert consultations, we developed a series of new "prototypes" of online news storytelling and tested them with a wide range of audiences (N = 1268). Building on earlier work, we find that linear forms of storytelling - rarely used in news - are more effective in transferring knowledge to news consumers and are seen as more engaging, convenient and useful than the traditional inverted pyramid. A technique of alignment and removal of noise is a prominent pre-processing part of biomedical image fusion. The purpose is to evaluate and analyze visually as well as parametric findings. However, considering practical execution still there is need for improvement in pre-processing for image processing applications. Therefore, the problem of blockage and variation in scans of patients, need to be overcome by properly align and denoise input images. Therefore to design the registration algorithm in such a way, it should cover all geometric motions of biomedical images, by which it is useful to the practitioner for the detection of medical defects. Herewith we have proposed a log-polar and phase correlation composite algorithm for the registration of all geometric motions. The proposed algorithm preserves the outline portion and surface information from the images, which yields perceptible effects. This will be useful in order to take out visual data from a noisy background. Since it is shown that the results with noisy and after denoised compared visually and also parametric analysis is carried out by calculating PSNR, MSE, contrast, structural content, entropy, etc

The goal of this work is to look at generalised contractions and show that they may be used to derive fixed point theorems in generalised metric spaces. Furthermore, we'll also use fixed point theorems to show that the outcome of the ordinary differential equation exists and is exclusive (ODE). Fixed point theorem applies to modified Lipschitz condition. First, we have proved that generalised condition of Boyd Wong theorem and using this concept we have modified Lipschitz condition by adding constant which is suitable for solving differential equation. Context: Venlafaxine Hydrochloride (VH) is a highly soluble and highly permeable antidepressant compound. Thus controlling VH release from tablet dosage form over a prolonged period is a challenge. Objective: The objective of this work was to study the effect of various barrier layer formulation compositions, its orientations and manufacturing technology on release profile of highly soluble VH. Materials and methods: Different barrier compositions and orientations were established on the same extended release formulations of VH using compression as well as film coating technologies. Barrier effectiveness in reducing the VH release was verified through in vitro dissolution studies. Results and discussion: The 'belly band' portion of the tablets was successfully oriented in different ways to develop bilayer as well as trilayer tablets. The compression technology had substantially reduced the VH release up to 16% in various compositions and orientation as compared to core tablet. The film coating technology had reduced the VH release up to 14% effectively; thereby shifting the dissolution curve to downside. Conclusion: The explored 'belly band' portion of the tablets had reduced the VH release substantially.
