Background Physical activity (PA) is an important determinant of health because of its role in preventing multiple chronic diseases. A better understanding of the relationship between PA and factors that promote or hinder PA is necessary for adherence to PA recommendations. This study aimed to estimate the proportion of adults of the Jazan region of Saudi Arabia adhering to PA recommendations and to examine the effects of socio-economic factors on meeting these recommendations. Method The official short form of the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) was used to assess PA. Participants aged 17-74 years (n = 709) were categorized into active or inactive categories. Independent associations between PA categories and socio-economic factors were explored using binary logistic regression. A 77-year-old man with a case of hyperthyroidism with high parathyroid hormone (41 pmol/L), low vitamin D, and normal thyroid-stimulating hormone. The SPECT/CT fused images confirmed the evidence of retrotracheal hyperdense mass approximately 1.0 cm of diameter below the lower pole of the right thyroid lobe with increased uptake, highly suggestive of typical parathyroid adenoma. The most significant point is that there was an incidental finding: high focal uptake in the sellar/suprasellar region corresponding to heterogenous soft tissue lesion suspicious for pituitary adenoma. According to the previous scans, nuclear medicine, CT scan, and the MRI scan indicated pituitary adenoma.

Background: Chronic Sinusitis results from the impairment of paranasal sinus ventilation. Symptoms of chronic sinusitis include facial pressure, fullness or pain, nasal obstruction, headache, clear or mucopurulent nasal discharge and hyposmia or anosmia. Risk factors of chronic sinusitis involve smoking, allergy, septal deviation, aspirin sensitivity and bronchial asthma. Objective: To determine the prevalence of chronic sinusitis and it’s related risk factor as well as correlation with demographics. Methods: The present study included 867 participants using Monkey survey for investigation which included 20 questions. Results: There were 25.3% of participants had chronic sinusitis, 26.4% of the males and 22.4% of females suffer from the disease. Chronic sinusitis was more prevailed among young, the younger aged participants in addition to those living in rural area. Chronic sinusitis was less prevalent in married persons and those working in a medical job. Presence of any type of allergy was a risk factor for chronic sinusitis. Conclusion: Chronic sinusitis and allergy consider as risk factors for chronic sinusitis.

Background: Obesity is a common cause of significant morbidity in the population. In addition, it effect people personality and self-confidence. As a result, people with obesity undergo bariatric surgery to reduce their weight in fast way. Objective: A lot of literature published in regard of evaluation role of bariatric surgery in development of cholelithiasis. In our review we aim to assess the recent literatures in order to provide a simple yet comprehensive summary. Methods: PubMed database was used for articles selection, and the following keys used in the mesh {Bariatric Surgery, Gallbladder stones, bariatric surgery complication} A total of 6 articles were enrolled according to our inclusion and exclusion criteria. Conclusion: Rapid loos of weight as a result of bariatric surgery is associated with gallstone formation. Prophylaxis cholecystectomy after bariatric surgery is not indicated because only small percentage might develop a symptomatic cholecystitis, but the use of Ursodeoxycholic acid) in the first 6 months is advised.

Hydatid disease is one of the most important and widespread parasitic infection that cause significant health problem in undeveloped and developing countries. There main subtypes Echinococcus granulosus, E multilocularis, and E vogeli which can cause cystic echinococcosis in humans as intermediated host. The most common organ involved is the liver (50% to 70%) and the lung (20% to 30% of cases) in humans. Cardiac involvement in hydatid disease is rare (0.5% to 2% of all cases). We are presenting the case of cardiac hydatid cyst.
