The article analyses the main trends related to migration issues in Ukraine and the EU caused by the military conflict. An analysis of the theoretical basis of the research was carried out in order to determine the main aspects related to the migratory behaviour of the population in the conditions of military conflicts and crisis situations. Based on the results of a sociological study, an assessment was made of the migration attitudes and expectations of internally displaced persons (IDPs) temporarily residing in the border region of the country under martial law. An attempt was made to assess the impact of migration potential on the development of border regions under the conditions of a military crisis (using the Zakarpattia Oblast as an example). The purpose of this article is to assess the attitudes and expectations of migrants in relation to the military conflict in their country of origin. The study focuses on internally displaced persons (IDPs) living temporarily in the country's border regions, particularly in Zakarpattia Oblast. Methodology. The study is based on a sociological survey of Ukrainian migrants, such as IDPs, in new places of temporary stay in the Transcarpathian region. The survey was conducted in the first half of 2022 using the method of sociological interviews according to a random sample. The structure of the sample is 70.5% – female and 29.5% – male respondents. In addition to the sociological survey, the research is based on statistical data analysis and review of literature studies using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study show significant interdependencies, disparities and trends in migration expectations and attitudes in relation to crisis, which could be the basis for further prognosis and forecasting development in the field of migration theory, such as: gender disparities in migration due to military conflicts; the importance of family ties in migration and resettlement; the predominance of the remote form of work and education, which confirms its effectiveness in crisis situations; the high inclination and desire of IDPs to return home and the low activity of IDPs in migration abroad, which is one of the main differences distinguishing IDPs from other types of migrants.

It is aimed to evaluate the conditions of low back pain in field hockey players. 196 field hockey players and 170 of similar age range university students participated voluntarily. Participants demographic characteristics, low back pain history, and risk factors were questioned, Biering Sorensen Test (BST) was administered to test the strength and endurance of the back extensors. The data were evaluated in the SPSS 20 for Windows package program. Student's T-Test, ANOVA Test, Post-Hoc Bonferroni Test and Pearson Correlation Analysis were used for statistical analysis. Analysis results were evaluated at 95% confidence interval, p<0.05 was accepted as statistically significant difference. The lifelong prevalence was 82% in the athletes group and 66% in the control group; however, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (p=0.524). In terms of frequency of back pain (VAS) in the last three months, there was a significant difference between the athletes and the control groups (p<0.05). The BST average duration of national athletes was 95.2±18.5 sec of super league athletes was 101.3±15.4 sec, and of control group was 110.6±16.8 sec. A statistically significant difference was found between the national athletes and the control group according to BST scores (p=0.001). Compared to national athletes, super league athletes, and control groups, it has been found that being a Field Hockey National Players pose much more risk for low back pain. It was found that low back pain was widespread amongst athletes, and it is seen at a higher rate in national field hockey players. BackgroundSelective uptake of (18)F-fluoro-ethyl-tyrosine (18F-FET) is used in high-grade glioma (HGG) to assess tumor metabolic activity via positron emission tomography (PET). We aim to investigate its value for target volume definition, as a prognosticator, and associations with whole-blood transcriptome liquid biopsy (WBT lbx) for which we recently reported feasibility to mirror tumor characteristics and response to particle irradiation in recurrent HGG (rHGG).Methods18F-FET-PET data from n = 43 patients with primary glioblastoma (pGBM) and n = 33 patients with rHGG were assessed. pGBM patients were irradiated with photons and sequential proton/carbon boost, and rHGG patients were treated with carbon re-irradiation (CIR). WBT (Illumina HumanHT-12 Expression BeadChips) lbx was available for n = 9 patients from the rHGG cohort. PET isocontours (40%–70% SUVmax, 10% steps) and MRI-based treatment volumes (MRIvol) were compared using the conformity index (CI) (pGBM, n = 16; rHGG, n = 27). Associations with WBT lbx data were tested on gene expression level and inferred pathways activity scores (PROGENy) and from transcriptome estimated cell fractions (CIBERSORT, xCell).ResultsIn pGBM, median SUVmax was higher in PET acquired pre-radiotherapy (4.1, range (R) 1.5–7.8; n = 20) vs. during radiotherapy (3.3, R 1.5–5.7, n = 23; p = 0.03) and in non-resected (4.7, R 2.9–7.9; n = 11) vs. resected tumors (3.3, R 1.5–7.8, n = 32; p = 0.01). In rHGG, a trend toward higher SUVmax values in grade IV tumors was observed (p = 0.13). Median MRIvol was 32.34 (R 8.75–108.77) cm3 in pGBM (n = 16) and 20.77 (R 0.63–128.44) cm3 in rHGG patients (n = 27). The highest median CI was observed for 40% (pGBM, 0.31) and 50% (rHGG, 0.43, all tumors) isodose, with 70% (40%) isodose in grade III (IV) rHGG tumors (median CI, 0.38 and 0.49). High SUVmax was linked to shorter survival in pGBM (>3.3, p = 0.001, OR 6.0 [2.1–17.4]) and rHGG (>2.8, p = 0.02, OR 4.1 [1.2–13.9]). SUVmax showed associations with inferred monocyte fractions, hypoxia, and TGFbeta pathway activity and links to immune checkpoint gene expression from WBT lbx.ConclusionThe benefits of 18F-FET-PET imaging on gross tumor volume (GTV) definition for particle radiotherapy warrant further evaluation. SUVmax might assist in prognostic stratification of HGG patients for particle radiotherapy, highlights heterogeneity in rHGG, and is positively associated with unfavorable signatures in peripheral whole-blood transcriptomes.

The photometry of space objects (SO) makes it possible to determine their state of rotation around the center of mass, orientation of the rotation axis and rotation speed in the most cost-effective manner. However, the methods for determining the attitude parameters from photometric data from a single observation site (OS) require long series of high-quality and high-frequency measurements. We propose a method for determining the orientation parameters of slowly rotating SO based on simultaneous multi-site photometry with a high temporal resolution. Preconditions for planning and building a local photometric network that can accomplish such a task have been tested via computer simulation. Synchronous observations of the unoperated spacecraft TOPEX/Poseidon were carried out. They were attended by the observatories of Odessa, Lvov and Uzhgorod universities, as well as the observation station of the State Space Agency of Ukraine in Zalistsi, Khmelnytsky region, took part. Synchronous network-based photometric observations from three OSs enable us to calculate time lags between correlated light- curve segments and promptly determine the direction of rotation, as well as the spatial orientation of a SO’s spin axis and its angular spin rate. A local network of several distributed observation sites for synchronous monitoring of the rotation of various SO in LEO will make it possible to determine the rotation parameters of also slowly rotating objects that do not exhibit glints within their light curves.

У статті здійснено теоретичний аналіз основних наукових підходів до дослідження питань місцевого розвитку та ефективного функціонування громад на засадах партнерської співпраці. На основі квалітативного аналізу здійснено аналіз базових наукових концепцій місцевого розвитку, зокрема таких як просторові теорії та теорії розміщення; теорії кумулятивного зростання; теорія продуктивності факторів виробництва; теорія місцевої ресурсної бази; теорія експортної бази; інституціональні теорії; теорія суспільного добробуту; теорії інклюзивного розвитку та ін. Визначено, що місцевий економічний розвиток (МЕР) безпосередньо пов’язаний з діяльністю та взаємоузгодженим функціонуванням органів влади, бізнесу та громади, тому його ефективність необхідно розглядати в контексті партнерських відносин зазначених суб’єктів. Проведений аналіз засвідчив, що основними теоріями, які відображають вагомість не тільки економічних, але і територіальних, соціальних та культурних аспектів при побудові партнерств є теорії соціального капіталу, мережевої економік та лідерства у громадах, що доповнюють теорію «Розвитку громад на основі активів» (теорія ABCD – Asset Based Community Development), що являється базовою науковою теорією, яка знаходиться в основі місцевого розвитку в контексті партнерської співпраці у громадах.

The article examines the activities of households that provide services in the field of rural green tourism in Transcarpathian region. The main prerequisites which helped rural residents to start their own business in the sphere of rural green tourism are analyzed; the main indicators of rural tourism homesteads activity according to COVID-19 and in the pre-crisis period are reviewed; the main factors influencing the realization of social and economic potential of households in rural green tourism and its effective use in crisis situations are revealed. The purpose of the article is to conduct socio-economic analysis and assessment of impact of the main generating and destructive factors affecting the functioning of rural tourist estates in Transcarpathian region, which form the basis for the development of anti-crisis measures to improve their socio-economic potential, which can be used by the owners of rural green estates. Methodology. The study was conducted on the basis of the results of sociological monitoring of owners of rural estates in the Transcarpathian region, conducted by the Transcarpathian Regional Center for Socio-Economic and Humanitarian Studies of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in 2021. The monitoring covered 95 respondents, of whom 51.6% were women and 48.4% were men. 74% of the respondents were economically active people between the ages of 35 and 56. The monitoring was conducted on the basis of the method of personal structured interviews according to a stochastic sample, which is representative for the population of the region at the age of 18 and older. The results of the study confirm that the functioning of the majority of rural tourist estates in the Transcarpathian region, in addition to objectively negative consequences of the crisis COVID-19 is affected by many destructive factors at the micro- and macro level, the elimination of which ensures their functioning in case of recurrence of crisis situations. The results of the study showed that only 4% of entrepreneurs were able to increase the potential and profitability of their own business during the crisis period. Also 23.7% of entrepreneurs, despite the crisis, plan to diversify and expand their business in the future. According to the results of sociological research anti-crisis measures to improve the effectiveness of rural tourist estates were developed, such as increasing the level of education and qualifications of owners of rural tourist estates, business diversification and expanding the range of services, reorientation to a new category of consumers, the development of e-tourism, strengthening of integration and cooperation between different economic actors in the region.

Modeling the behavior and shape of space objects is widely used in modern astrophysical research methods. Such studies are often used to determine the shape and modeling of physical parameters of variable stars and asteroids. Therefore, based on the database of photometric observations of resident space objects (RSO) available in the Laboratory of Space Research of Uzhhorod National University, it was decided to find a means for modeling light curves to confirm the shape of objects and determine the parameters of their rotation by analogy with objects in deep space. We attempted to use Blender software to model the RSO synthetic light curves (LCs). While Blender has been a popular open-source software among animators and visual effects artists, in recent years, it has also become a tool for researchers: for example, it is used for visualizing astrophysical datasets and generating asteroid light curves. In the process of modeling, we used all the advantages of Blender software such as Python scripting and used GPU. We made synthetic LCs for two objects – TOPEX/Poseidon and COSMOS-2502. A 3D model for Topex/Poseidon was available on the NASA website, but after research of official datasheets, we figured out that the available 3D model requires corrections in the dimensions of the RSO body and solar panel. A 3D model of COSMOS-2502 was made according to available information from the internet. A manual modeling process was performed according to well-known RSO's self-rotation parameters. For example, we also show the results of LC modeling using the Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) method. All synthetic LCs obtained in the research process are well correlated with real observed LCs. У статті проведено соціально-економічну оцінку впливу сільського туризму на зайнятість та доходи населення Закарпатської області, зокрема проаналізовано вплив туризму на створення нових робочих місць і розв'язанні проблеми зайнятості у сільській місцевості. На основі результатів соціологічного моніторингу власників сільських туристичних садиб Закарпатської області визначено загальні тенденції та проблеми розвитку туристичного потенціалу сільських підприємців. Проведено соціально-економічний аналіз основних чинників, що здійснюють вплив на зайнятість сільських підприємців у туристичній сфері регіону. Проаналізовано основні чинники, що спонукали сільських підприємців до започаткування туристичного бізнесу. Здійснено оцінку наслідків впливу кризи COVID-19 на функціонування сільських туристичних садиб, зокрема вплив на рівень їх доходів від ведення туристичної діяльності.

IntroductionThe PACIFC trial demonstrated a significant benefit of durvalumab consolidation immunotherapy (CIT) after definitive platinum-based chemoradiotherapy (P-CRT) for survival in stage III non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It is unknown how many patients are eligible in clinical practice to receive CIT according to PACIFIC criteria compared to real administration rates and what influencing factors are.Patients and MethodsWe analyzed 442 patients with unresectable stage III NSCLC who received P-CRT between 2009 and 2019 regarding CIT eligibility rates according to PACIFIC criteria and administration rates since drug approval.ResultsSixty-four percent of 437 patients were male, median age was 63 years [interquartile range (IQR): 57–69]. The most common histologic subtypes were adenocarcinoma (42.8%) and squamous cell carcinoma (41.1%), most tumors were in stage IIIB (56.8%). Mean PD-L1 tumor proportion score (TPS) was 29.8% (IQR: 1–60). The median total RT dose was 60 Gy (IQR: 60–66). Platinum component of P-CRT was evenly distributed between cisplatin (51.4%) and carboplatin (48.6%). 50.3% of patients were eligible for CIT according to PACIFIC criteria. Observed contraindications were progressive disease according to RECIST (32.4%), followed by a PD-L1 TPS < 1% (22.3%), pneumonitis CTCAE ≥ 2 (12.6%) and others (4.9%). One year after drug approval, 85.6% of patients who were eligible according to PACIFIC criteria actually received CIT. Time interval between chemotherapy start and radiation therapy start (OR 0.9, 95% CI: [0.9; 1.0] p = 0.009) and probably cisplatin as platinum-component of P-CRT (OR 1.5, 95% CI: [1.0; 2.4] p < 0.061) influence CIT eligibility. Highly positive PD-L1 TPS (≥50%; (OR 2.4, 95% CI: [1.3; 4.5] p = 0.004) was associated to a better chance for CIT eligibility.ConclusionEighty-five percent of potentially eligible patients received CIT one year after drug approval. Fifty percent of patients did not meet PACIFIC criteria for durvalumab eligibility, this was mainly caused by disease progression during platinum-based CRT, followed by therapy-related pneumonitis and PD-L1 TPS < 1% (in view of the EMA drug approval).

The article presents the possibilities of the national ground-based optical space surveillance assets for the conduct of complex optical observations of military and dual-use purpose satellites of the Russian Federation in the interests of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The results of the complex observations of geostationary (GSO) military and dual-purpose satellites of the Russian Federation are illustrated by the examples of the «Luch-Olimp» (2014-058A) military reconnaissance multipurpose telecom satellite and the dual-purpose meteosat «Electro-L» №1 (2011-001А). Carrying out of complex optical observations of space objects in the visible part of the GSO orbital belt (the far operational strategic space zone) provide operational monitoring of military-space systems of intelligence, communications, combat control and retransmission, early detection and warning of missile launches. Comprehensive analysis, analytical processing and comparison of the results of observations of space objects in the far operational strategic space zone with the results of monitoring of the near operational strategic space zone in which reconnaissance, navigational, topogeodetic, meteorological and manned systems are used, provides opportunities for the formation of a comprehensive operational picture of situation (above the territory of Ukraine in particular) and the early disclosure of the enemy's plan. The actual data received will allow the relevant analytical units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, based on demagogic signs and peculiarities of the use of satellite and their clusters, to draw conclusions about the likely locations (objects, districts, directions) of the enemy's interest and the likely targets for the use of high-precision armament and missile-guided high-precision weapons. Skillful and effective use of the above-mentioned actual information in the Armed Forces of Ukraine will allow to reduce personnel losses, to preserve weapons and military equipment, to determine in advance the intentions of the enemy, rather than, in general, to carry out more effective counteraction to the enemy. Involvement of national optical observation assets for complex observations of the enemy's spacecraft and their clusters allows to provide effective monitoring of the operational environment in the near-Earth space in the interests of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Character of own satellites rotation is analysed, depending on the height of their flight. Results of determination of size of indignations which have influence on a rotation of the probed objects are brought. On the basis of the got results the attempt of estimation of relative change of sun permanent on solar period is done.
