The article is devoted to the analysis of the image of a person of a different nationality, who is created in his works by the modern Russian science fiction writer Oleg Divov. Based on the analysis of the author’s three novels, “The Best Solar Crew,” “Technical Support” and “Elephants’ Homeland,” his original attitude to the problem of the national and ethnic affiliation of a person is revealed. The aim of the study was to analyze the image of a person of a different nationality in the books of O.I. Divov and to represent a person of a different nationality in the context of the image of the “Other”. The tasks were set to identify the author’s treatment of the image of a person of a different nationality, to detect interpretations of this image in various works. The scientific novelty of the study was provided both by the novelty of the text material introduced into the scientific circulation, and by the approach to the problem of the image of the “Other” in modern literature from the point of view of the optionality of observing the principles of tolerance and political correctness, more precisely, new ways of observing these principles. In the reviewed works of the writer, heroes of different nationalities appear, and the national differences between them are not hidden, but, on the contrary, stand out in relief, are brought to the fore. Representatives of each of the nationalities (Russians, Jews, Germans, Americans, French, Chukchi, and others) are portrayed as people with undeniable merits, and at the same time – ironically, with humor. The writer does not demonstrate any stable national preferences: in the novel “The Best Solar Crew”, Russians are glorified first of all, and in the novel “The Land of Elephants” – the Chukchi. Despite ridicule, reflecting the stereotypical perception of a particular nation, the description of none of them becomes nationalistic. The author creates an original concept of perception of heroes of a different nationality, opposing the popular in modern culture of tolerance, showing the importance of national differences and the uselessness of silencing them.

The article analyzes how the image of women is realized in the semantic system of modern Russian comparisons. The subjects and the objects of comparisons were analyzed. The image of a woman in politics, culture, advertising, literature, language is actively considered by modern researchers, but in the figurative sphere of comparative constructions it has not yet been subjected to research. The study is conducted on the material of more than 6 thousand comparative constructions, selected by the continuous sampling method from various modern texts in Russian. Subject in the comparative construction – that compares with a woman; object – something with which a woman is compared. It is noted negativization of image of women in the perception of modern linguistic personality, which found its reflection in the modern komparativ. Negative evaluation is often expressed in the form of humorous utterances, jokes, which at the same time reduce the degree of negativity. It is interesting that comparative constructions, the objects of which are women, are most often emotional, expressive, bright and attract attention, which indicates a special, indifferent attitude of the language personality to the image of a woman. Language data show that one of the main qualities of a woman presented in the content of a comparative is weakness, which is especially pronounced when comparing a woman and a man. Comparisons are different, when the language personality appeals to the images of women of different ages: the girl as the object of comparison often symbolizes innocence, the girl is erotic, and the elderly woman is caring. Comparison of women with the objects of the objective world in comparisons points to the reification of woman’s image, attitudes towards women as things with material value. Such traditional components of the image of women as love, care, beauty, strength rarely actualized through comparative constructions. Such qualities of women, as a weakness, effeminacy, helplessness, strife, cantankerous character, curiosity, greed, etc. are emphasized more often. There is a commitment to the language personality to stylistic and connotative reduce the significance of the image of women, mocking towards him. The main indicator of a dynamics of social women’s image, reflected in language, there is a amplification in it negative components.

The article discusses the language features of Internet communication, which is conducted by the users of intellectual content of the social network VKontakte – members of online communities of fairly educated and cultural people (the groups “Intellectuals”, “Science”, “Philosophy | Psychology | Self-development”, “I love Russian language”, “Engineer of human souls”, “DDT club”,“Leningradost”, “Russian classics”, etc.). The purpose of the article was to identify the linguistic and figurative features of the statements of users of this content. The use of various language means of speech intellectualization – borrowed, outdated, terminological vocabulary is noted. Communicators ‘need is a language game and the use of its various varieties: “Albanian” language (spelling game), elements of spoken vocabulary, vernacular and thieves’ argot, occasionalisms (stylistic game), puns (lexical and grammar game), etc. In the analyzed segment Internet communications are distinguished by various means of transmitting emotions – graphic (repetition of letters and punctuation marks, emoticons), lexical (vulgarisms), and others. Negative attitudes toward mistakes, obscene vocabulary, vulgarism, “Olban” language are characteristic. Literacy for users of intellectual content is a necessity and is naturally reflected in their speech, rather free from taboos in form and content. It is concluded that there are special communities in the Internet, within social networks, whose members are intelligent people and strive to communicate using the rich resources of the Russian language at all levels, creatively and responsibly approaching the language. Expanding the idea of the language of Internet communication, which may be different and depends on the intellectual level of communicants.

Artificial intelligence (AI) has become a reality of our lives and is used in all fields of human activity. An important problem associated with AI and actively being developed in science and culture today is the problem of potential threats that in the understanding of people come from it. The main social dangers, or threats to society according to members of society, generated by AI, are the threats of unemployment, cybercrime, cyberterrorism, cyberwar, the enslavement of people by machines and their physical destruction of humanity. Since the reasons for the emergence fear of computers in the public consciousness are objective (knowledge of the harm already caused to people by technology related experience) and subjective (psychological characteristics of a person), these fears can only be called only partially true.

The article is the first attempt to consider the content, style, language of the poems by one of the contemporary poets – Ilya Nikolaevich Vorobyov (Ilya Kisychev). It is noted that the work of I. Kisychev unfolds in a broad historical and literary context, continuing the traditions of Great Russian poetry. I. Kisychev’ poems implementation form and their representation to the viewer is inherent in a synthetic character: the author performs his poems in the form of songs with a guitar and also as songs of the multi-instrumental acoustic rock group “Kisychev Band”. The figurative and expressive means as tropes and figures, which form the basis of I. Kisychev’s poems style, are analysed by the author. It is noted, that despite the importance of tropic means for the poet’s aesthetics, the phenomena of syntactic stylistics prevail, forming the author’s original textual space in which various meanings are conveyed to the reader both directly and implicitly.

The article examines modern literature about the village from the point of view of the place of birth of the authors and the place of action in their works. The purpose of the article was to identify the features of modern prose about the countryside, determined by the geography of their creation. The research was carried out using historical-genetic, sociological, biographical, descriptive and other methods. The greatest attention was paid to the works by V.V. Lichutin, B.P. Ekimov, A.V. Novoseltsev, A.G. Bayborodin, M.A. Tarkovsky, V.O. Avchenko, L. Beloivan and others, and the analysis was carried out from the point of view of reflection in the prose of the authors' data on geographical realities and a special local perception of reality. It is noted that many components of the narrative depend on geographic affiliation, which influences the formation of a specific picture of the world of a particular writer, on his social and life experience, largely related to his place of residence. The strongest segment of modern literature about the village is the northern text, which is demonstrated by the following of writers who turned to the theme of the village, the traditions of “village prose”. In addition, the literature about the village, created in the south of Russia, in Siberia and the Far East, is highlighted. It is concluded that in the literature about the village, the geographical factor turns out to be very strong and more significant than in other thematic layers of modern Russian literature, since it is in the texts about the village that authors are most focused on expressing their geographical preferences, analysing reality that has a local colouring. Geographical realities shape the originality of works about the modern village and create a unique context for their creation.

The article considers the myth about aliens in the structure of modern myths participating in the mythologization of human consciousness. Author’s attention is drawn to what kind of simulacra this myth is realized and what are the tools for its introduction into consciousness. The analysis showed that myths about aliens occupy a stable position in the system of modern myths. They are implemented in a multitude of well-developed simulacra, for the approval of which in the public consciousness numerous mechanisms are used, among which fakes play a special role. The great importance of the media, including new media, for the spread of the myth of the aliens is noted. It was revealed that the myth about aliens has been intensively implanted in the minds of Russians over the past few decades. The authorship of this myth and the addressee, in whose interests it is being implemented, is difficult to establish. The author suggests that we are talking about mythologization as a way to fill the religious and ideological vacuum in the consciousness of a modern person. It is also established that this myth may have hidden, unconscious addressees and motivators, who benefit from weakening a modern person’s critical vision of the world, making it the psyche is more malleable for all kinds of suggestions.

The article discusses the comparative constructions that modern poetess Vera Polozkova is using in her poetic texts. The structural types of comparative constructions that she prefers are revealed: comparisons with various unions, comparisons in the form of instrumental case, using preposition “like”, applying lexical means, genitive comparative constructions, etc. It is noted that V. Polozkova seeks to use original comparative constructions with unusual images, which are consistent with her general poetic manner. The main goal of the author when using comparative constructions is to increase the visibility of the image, the impact on the visual or auditory perception of the reader. It is concluded that although comparison is not the predominant means of expressiveness in V. Polozkova’s poems, its significance in her idiostyle is great.

The article analyzes Internet resources dedicated to the work of contemporary poetess Irina Astakhova (pseudonym Ah Astakhova), and first of all readers’ comments on her poetry. Irina Astakhova is a popular modern poet, publishes books, tours, has commercial success. The material for the study was the comments of her poems by readers in social networks and video sharing “YouTube”. Methods of observation and analysis, comparison, interpretation were applied. The poetry of Irina Astakhova, despite the low quality, evokes in the overwhelming majority of readers enthusiastic responses. A modern Russian man strives for poetry, wants to read it, listen, see the poet, and is ready to pay money for it. At the same time, lack of education and low level of reading competence prevent the lovers of poetry from understanding where the real poetry is, and where the fake. At the same time in social networks and video hosting “YouTube” there is a small number of negative reviews about the poetry of Irina Astakhova, whose authors were able to see the emptiness of content and the primitiveness of the form of her poems. The presence of such comments from non-specialists (albeit a little, in social networks about one percent) allows us to talk about the cultural potential of the modern reader, his ability to recognize low-quality poetry. The great traditions of Russian poetry, including the work of remarkable women poets, have a cultural response and are potentially capable of forming in the non-specialist reader a negative attitude toward the creativity of contemporary poets, which does not meet the high criteria of the Russian poetic text.

"The article analyzes the speech of a number of Russian politicians: V.V. Putin, G.A. Zyuganov, S.M. Mironov. The author’s goal was to reveal the level of use by politicians of the resources of the Russian language that provide its wealth and diversity. These resources are conditionally subdivided into linguistic (lexicon, morphology, syntax) and stylistic (semantic and syntactic figures). A range of linguistic resources, which politicians freely use in their speeches, has been revealed. The units of lexical level include terms, professionalisms of political and other spheres, jargonisms, occasionalisms, vulgarisms, colloquial lexicon, etc. Actively and basically correctly politicians use phraseology. At the morphological level of interest is the use of politicians pronouns We in the collective sense, instead of I. At the syntactic level, the input elements of different semantics are in demand, including individual-authoring and serving components that structure the text. However, the stylistic resources of the Russian language are 0of the greatest importance for politicians: they use rhetorical questions, rhetorical exclamations, question-answer constructions, series of homogeneous members, etc. A number of unsuccessful examples of the use of Russian language resources by politicians, for example, borrowed words, special vocabulary, etc., have been revealed. Nevertheless, we can talk about the rather high linguistic skill of modern Russian politicians, the freedom of their possession of various, primarily stylistic, resources of the Russian language."

Production of secreted aspartate proteinases was determined in a set of 646 isolates of Candida and non- Candida yeast species collected from 465 patients of the University Hospital in Olomouc (Czechia) in the period 1995–2002, and Candida samples obtained from 64 healthy volunteers using solid media developed for this purpose. Using random amplified polymorphic DNA analysis (RAPD) 79 Candida isolates from blood were analyzed to show potential relationships between clustering of the fingerprints and extracellular proteolytic activity of these strains. C. albicans, C. tropicalis and C. parapsilosis possess always proteolytic activity while non- Candida species did not display any proteolysis. A tight relationship between fingerprints and extracellular proteolysis in the Candida isolates was not shown. A remarkable consistency between fingerprint clusters and proteolysis occurred in a subset of C. parapsilosis samples. Suboptimal pH of the growth medium was shown to facilitate the investigation of potential co-incidence of genotypic and phenotypic traits. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The article is dedicated to comprehension the process of technological education in relation to E-learning. The relevance of the study is determined by the situation connected with the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, which required various educational organizations complete transition to distance learning for an indefinite period. It is noted that various educational technologies have been gaining new implementations in the conditions of distance education. The trend towards the gradual rejection of traditional (explanatory and illustrative) teaching methods and the transition to innovative technologies that were being operated within the educational system over the past decades has undergone changes due to the widespread transition to distance learning. Traditional technology, which structure includes elements of interactivity and innovation, has proven its effectiveness in the circumstances of E-learning. The least effective ones, based on the authors’ university teaching experience were training and game technologies. The technology of developing training can be effective if a teacher meets a number of conditions, depends on methods, means, and others learning technologies. Project technology, heuristic learning, problem – based learning, case-study technology, and differentiated learning proved to be the most effective ones. It is noted that the effectiveness of technologies application in the process of distance learning largely depends on a’s teacher professionalism and creative approach. The conclusion is made about the dynamism of the educational technologies system, its dependence on the conditions of training and the rapid development of educational technologies in response to conditions changes.

The development of the international market intensifies communication which increases the importance of their rational organization, as well as cross-cultural competence of participants in such interactions. The article provides a definition of cross-cultural competence. There are described the types of communicative audience of the company. It is defined a set of organizational and methodological support for programs to improve cross-cultural communication managers of the international company.

During the last 10 years, reinfusion of UV-irradiated blood has been rediscovered again as a therapeutic method suitable in the treatment of a variety of diseases. The described series of model experiments on rabbits confirm its beneficial effects in the treatment of staphylococcal infection: the control animals reinfused blood not exposed to UV radiation died all within 48 hours after injected with a suspension of live Staphylococcus aureus culture; all rabbits reinfused UV-irradiated blood (2 ml per kg body weight) survived the whole period of observation (30 days); reinfusion of UV-irradiated blood in a volume reduced to 1 ml.kg-1 body weight prolonged the animals' life-span to 96 or 120 hours.
