Abstract

Voľna cirkulujuca nadorova DNA (circulating tumour DNA - ctDNA) je typ extracelularnej voľnej DNA (circulating cell-free DNA-ccfDNA) nachadzajuci sa v perifernej krvi pacientov s onkologickým ochorenim. Jej neinvazivna analýza vo forme tzv. tekutej biopsie (liquid biopsy) ma potencialne využitie v klinickej praxi predovsetkým v situaciach, keď nie je dostupný dostatok vhodneho materialu pre podrobne geneticke testovanie nadoru, pripadne by bol odber takehoto materialu technicky komplikovaný ci pre pacienta zaťažujuci. Hodnotenie ctDNA z kvantitativneho aj kvalitativneho hľadiska može pomocť spresniť diagnostiku a manažment daneho ochorenia a prispieť k personalizacii terapeutickeho pristupu. Uplatnenie v manažmente Hodgkinovho lymfomu by mohla najsť pri diagnoze v screeningu mutacii, pocas liecby a po jej ukonceni ruka v ruke spolu so zobrazovacim vysetrenim aj v ďalsom sledovani. Významným objavom je možnosť sledovania klonalnej evolucie nadorových buniek pri liecbe checkpoint inhibitormi spojenej s pripadnou rezistenciou na tento moderný typ liecby.

17. Voľná nádorová DNA u pacientov s klasickým Hodgkinovým lymfómom.

Abstract

Circulating tumour DNA (ctDNA) is a type of extracellular circulating cell-free DNA (ccfDNA, cfDNA) released into the blood of cancer patients by apoptosis and necrosis of tumour cells. It represents an alternative bio-marker for the qualitative and quantitative analysis that may together with PET/CT imaging refine the assessment of treatment response in patients with Hodgkin lymphoma. As a dynamic parameter, it could be applied for refining dia-gnosis, initial screening for mutations and patient risk stratification. During treatment and at its the end, it could be used to evaluate treatment efficacy and may also be useful for further monitoring and relapse prediction. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

What image about the Ukrainian men and women is constructed by Slovak and Ukrainian texts? 3. Do fixed models (stereotypes) in the image of the Ukrainian men and women exist in both Ukrainian and Slovak language? 4. Which are the dominant features (constants) of the Ukrainian men a women's language image in Slovak and Ukrainian language? 22. Progression of Disease within 2 Years Predicts Poor Survival in Patients with Classic Hodgkin Lymphoma

Abstract

Background:Early progression within 24 months (POD24) of initial immunochemotherapy was repeatedly confirmed to be associated with poor survival in follicular, diffuse large B-cell and mantle-cell lymphomas, identifying its high-risk subgroup with different disease biology (Casulo C, JCO 2015; Maurer JM, JCO 2015; Bond DA, Blood Adv 2021). Little is known about the POD24 incidence and clinical impact in Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) patients, and current prognostic schemes have been designed with longer survival endpoints (Rodday AM, JCO 2022).
