Physics - General Physics - Abstract
Recently the time delay in the attosecond photoemission was observed (Science,2010). In this paper we propose the description of that time delay in the framework of hyperbolic heat transport equation. We argue that the observed time delay 20 as is of the order of the thermal relaxation time for hyperbolic quantum heat transport. As the generalization of the standard quantum mechanics we propose new local Schroedinger equation with c=finite, Comment: withdrawn due to misprints. arXiv admin note: text overlap with arXiv:1001.2758 by other authors without attribution

Condensed Matter - Superconductivity - Abstract
The pressure dependence, up to 11.3 kbar, of basic parameters of the superconducting state, such as the critical temperature (Tc), the lower and the upper critical fields, the coherence length, the penetration depth, and their anisotropy, was determined from magnetic measurements performed for two singlecrystalline samples of FeTe0.5Se0.5. We have found pressure-induced enhancement of all of the superconducting state properties, which entails a growth of the density of superconducting carriers. However, we noticed more pronounced increase in superconducting carrier density under pressure than that in the critical temperature what may indicate an appearance of a mechanism limiting the increase of Tc with pressure. We have observed that the critical current density increases under pressure by at least one order of magnitude., Comment: 20 pages, 7 figures, 1 table

Superconducting single crystals of pure FeTe1 xSex and FeTe0.65Se0.35 doped with Co, Ni, Cu, Mn, Zn, Mo, Cd, In, Pb, Hg, V, Ga, Mg, Al, Ti, Cr, Sr or Nd into Fe ions site have been grown applying Bridgman's method. It has been found that the sharpness of transition to the superconducting state in FeTe1 xSex is evidently inversely correlated with crystallographic quality of the crystals. Among all of the studied dopants only Co, Ni and Cu substitute Fe ions in FeTe0.65Se0.35 crystals. The remaining examined ions do not incorporate into the crystal structure. Nevertheless, they form inclusions together with selenium, tellurium and/or iron, what changes the chemical composition of host matrix and therefore influences Tc value. Small disorder introduced into magnetic sublattice, by partial replacement of Fe ions by slight amount of nonmagnetic ions of Cu (~ 1.5 at%) or by magnetic ions of Ni (~ 2 at%) and Co (~5 at%) with spin value different than that of Fe ion, completely suppresses superconductivity in FeTe1 xSex system. This indicates that even if superconductivity is observed in the system containing magnetic ions it can not survive when the disorder in magnetic ions sublattice is introduced, most likely because of magnetic scattering of Cooper pairs., Comment: 18 pages, 12 figures, 3 tables

Physics - General Physics - Abstract
Fascinating developments in optical pulse engineering over the last 20 years lead to the generation of laser pulses as short as few femtosecond, providing a unique tool for high resolution time domain spectroscopy. However, a number of the processes in nature evolve with characteristic times of the order of 1 fs or even shorter. Time domain studies of such processes require at first place sub-fs resolution, offered by pulse depicting attosecond localization. The generation, characterization and proof of principle applications of such pulses is the target of the attoscience. In the paper the thermal processes on the attosecond scale are described. The Klein-Gordon and Proca equations are developed. The relativistic effects in the heat transport on nanoscale are discussed. It is shown that the standard Fourier equation can not be valid for the transport phenomena induced by attosecond laser pulses. The heat transport in nanoparticles and nanotubules is investigated., Comment: 61 pages

In this paper the heat transport in carbon nanotubes is investigated. When the dimension of the structure is of the order of the de Broglie wave length the transport phenomena must be analyzed within quantum mechanics. Quantitative Biology - Biomolecules - Abstract
In this paper the heat signaling in microtubules (MT) is investigated. It is argued that for the description of the heat signaling phenomena in MT, the hyperbolic heat transport (HHT) equation must be used. It is shown that HHT is the Klein-Gordon (K-G) equation. The general solution for the K-G equation for MT is obtained. For the undistorted signal propagation in MT the Heisenberg uncertainty principle is formulated and discussed. Condensed Matter - Other Condensed Matter - Abstract
In this paper the dynamics of the interaction of attosecond laser pulses with matter is investigated. It will be shown that the master equation: modified Klein-Gordon equation describes the propagation of the heatons. Heatons are the thermal wave packets. When the duration of the laser pulsees \delta t is of the order of attosecond the heaton-thermal wave packets are nondispersive objects. For \delta t \to \infty, the heatons are damped with damping factor of the order of relaxation time for thermal processes. In this paper the possibility of the excitation of collective nuclear motion with attosecond laser pulses is investigated. Following our earlier results (Lasers in Engineering 11 (2001) p. 259) the hyperbolic heat transport for nuclear matter is formulated and solved. It is shown that in the vicinity of the 30 MeV excitation energy the recollided electrons can excite the giant collective motions - thermal wave inside the nuclei. In this paper the solution of the hyperbolic Klein-Gordon thermal equation are obtained and discussed. The analytical form of the solution - Green functions are calculated for one and three dimensional cases. It is shown that only in three dimensional case the undisturbed, with one value of the velocity, thermal wave can be generated by attosecond laser pulses. The conductivity for the space-time inside the atom is calculated and the value sigma_0=10^6 1/(Omega m) is obtained. Condensed Matter - Materials Science - Abstract
In this paper the Boltzmann transport equation for thermal processes induced by ultra-short laser pulses is formulated and solved. For thermal process where the duration of the laser pulse (femtoseconds - attoseconds) is shorter than the relaxation time, the solution of Boltzmann equation differs from the solution of the Fourier equation. In this paper the formula for density current of the heat carrier is obtained. It is shown that for thin one-dimensional structures the current strongly depends on the scattering mechanism of the heat carriers. Condensed Matter - Materials Science - Abstract
In this paper the interaction of attosecond laser pulses with matter is investigated. The scattering and potential motion of heat carriers as well as the external force are considered. Depending on the ratio of the scatterings and potential motion the heat transport is described by the thermal forced Klein-Gordon or thermal modified telegraph equation. For thermal Heisenberg type relation V tau=hbar (tau is the relaxation time and V is the potential) the heat transport is described by the thermal distortionless damped wave equation. In this paper Klein-Gordon modified telegraph equation and wave equation are solved. In the paper the thermal energy transfer for elementary particles is described. The quantum heat transport equation is obtained. It is shown that for thermal excitation of the order of the relaxation time the excited matter response is quantized on the different levels (atomic, nuclear, quark) with quantum thermal energy equal E^{atomic}=9 eV, E^(nuclear)=7 MeV and E^{quark}=139 MeV. As the result the quantum for the heating process of nucleons is the pi-meson (consisting of the two quarks). XDAQ is a generic data acquisition software environment that emerged from a rich set of of use-cases encountered in the CMS experiment. They cover not the deployment for multiple sub-detectors and the operation of different processing and networking equipment as well as a distributed collaboration of users with different needs. The use of the software in various application scenarios demonstrated the viability of the approach.
