Tématem je zejména samotná podoba bytu na maloměstě - jeho kvality a řešení, přičemž klíčovou roli hraje vztah struktury ke kontextu místa. Projekt na tyto podněty reaguje vytvářením velkých bytů, které využívají hmotové rozdrobenosti struktury koncipované kolem centrálního nádvoří a průběžné osy průchodu.
