The subject of the article is the development of a method for diagnosing data that are presented in the system of residual classes (SRC). The purpose of the article is to develop a method for fast diagnostics of data in the SRC when entering the minimum information redundancy. Tasks: to analyze and identify possible shortcomings of existing methods for diagnosing data in the SRC, to explore possible ways to eliminate the identified shortcomings, to develop a method for prompt diagnosis of data in SRC. Research methods: methods of analysis and synthesis of computer systems, number theory, coding theory in SRC. The following results were obtained. It is shown that the main disadvantage of the existing methods is the significant time of data diagnostics when it is necessary to introduce significant information redundancy into the non-positional code structure (NCS). The method considered in the article makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the diagnostic procedure when introducing minimal information redundancy into the NCS. The data diagnostics time, in comparison with the known methods, is reduced primarily due to the elimination of the procedure for converting numbers from the NCS to the positional code, as well as the elimination of the positional operation of comparing numbers. Secondly, the data diagnostics time is reduced by reducing the number of SRC bases in which errors can occur. Third, the data diagnostics time is reduced due to the presentation of the set of values of the alternative set of numbers in a tabular form and the possibility of sampling them in one machine cycle. The amount of additionally introduced information redundancy is reduced due to the effective use of the internal information redundancy that exists in the SRC. An example of using the proposed method for diagnosing data in SRC is given. Conclusions. Thus, the proposed method makes it possible to reduce the time for diagnosing data errors that are presented in the SRC, which increases the efficiency of diagnostics with the introduction of minimal information redundancy.

The paper presents features of structure formation and phase composition on copper and molybdenum based composite materials, condensed from the vapor phase. Three types of condensed composite materials with thicknesses from 0.8 to 5 mm, obtained at deposition temperatures of 700 and 900 °C, are considered. Namely dispersed-hardened, microlayer with thickness of alternating copper and molybdenum layers from 1 to 10 µm, and bulk nanocrystalline with thickness alternating layers less than 0.5 μm are studied. The electron beam additive manufacturing technology named xBeam 3D Metal Printing was presented at EBT-2016 Conference in Varna in summer of 2016. It was announced an expectation that this new technology can solve the most critical problems of numerous existing metal additive manufacturing processes and systems, including conflicts between accuracy and productivity, high quality and production cost, availability and price of raw materials and equipment, numerous after-processing operations as well. Authors will present the technical and technological progress in development of the xBeam 3D Metal Printing achieved on the base of the pilot xBeam 3D Metal Printer in near production environment since that time. Results of numerous experiments with the most important materials for metal additive manufacturing like titanium alloys which have proved possibility to produce defect-free material with good metal structure and high mechanical properties will be demonstrated. Numerous exclusive technological opportunities provided by xBeam 3D Metal Printing will be presented. The paper presents the method of electron beam vacuum evaporation and condensation for the most promising technologies of manufacturing modern composite materials, used in welding and switching equipment. This method currently is one of the components of the technological process of producing thin (up to 5 mm) films for radio engineering, microelectronics, computer engineering, etc., as well as thick (more than 5 μm) films-condensates widely applied as effective protective and wearresistant coatings. The results of scientific and production activity on introduction into industry of technologies of deposition of thick films based on copper and refractory metals (molybdenum, tungsten, chromium) with additives of REM and other metals (yttrium, zirconium) on the surface of electric contacts and electrodes are described. Proceeding from the results of trials performed in more than 54 enterprises of Ukraine, Russia, Georgia, Romania, Poland and PRC it was established that the developed materials are not inferior to silver-containing powder compositions in terms of serviceability, while being approximately 3 times less expensive than the latter. Long-term experience of application of gas-discharge electron beam guns in different technological processes such as melting, refining, coating, welding and others has proved their technical and economic efficiency both in industrial operation and R&D works. Wide range of permissible operating conditions, simple design and easy maintenance procedure, reasonable price of complete systems equipped by gas-discharge electron beam guns have been attracted more and more attention of customers worldwide. In addition to above mentioned features gas-discharge electron beam guns provide a number of another distinctive characteristics which could be interesting in additive manufacturing systems - for example they are capable to generate rather fine and accurate beam under low accelerating voltage down to 10 kV and even less, they have very light weight, their cathodes have extremely long life time as well. Application of gas-discharge electron beam guns of special configurations can make additive manufacturing technology more obtainable for customers and can provide new interesting opportunities to get new properties of produced materials.
