The significance of their experiences teaches nurses how to take care of themselves and be successful in their caregiving.Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the perceptions of nurses working in primary care settings in rural regions during the omicron variant pandemic.Methods: On the basis of the Nvivo 12 analytic approach, extensive semi-structured interviews were used to perform this qualitative study. 20 interviews later, data saturation had been reached. Data collecting was place from February to March 2022 for a month. The following participant characteristics were discovered through semi-structured interviews with 20 nurse participants. Ages of the participants, who were split between eight men and twelve women, varied from 28 to 43 years (average age 36.4 years). The majority (75% of them) had a vocational education, and their years of experience ranged from five to fifteen (average 11 years).Results: 4 topics and 7 sub-themes’ results. The results’ fundamental message is: The Nursing Clinical Practice Dilemma, school district, virus type uncertainty Indigenous peoples do not adhere to the concept of the afterlife. The principle of primum remedium emphasizes the application of Article 84 of Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Protection and Management of the Environment, whose actions do not need to be proven, it is clear that committing environmental crimes, which in environmental law enforcement is rarely applied by judges in the Supreme Court decisions. Doctrinal research with the adjudication of judges' decisions. The application of the primum remedium principle in environmental law enforcement in B3 waste cases does not need to be proven and clearly commits pollution and destruction of the environmental environment, thus providing a deterrent effect for perpetrators and anyone who will commit environmental crimes. The formulation of the classification of criminal elements is clearly and firmly regulated in the UUPPLH criminal provisions relating to the application of the two principles of primum remedium and ultimum remedium. The validity of criminal law as primum remedium with Decision Number 487 / Pid.B / LH / 209 / PN Sm, does not pay attention to formal offenses so that environmental crimes can be released from criminal threats. For this reason, the judge's understanding and certification in deciding cases related to environmental law must be evaluated and monitored for the judge.

Background: Schizophrenia is part of a psychotic disorder characterized by a loss of understanding of reality and a loss of insight that can be found in symptoms of severe mental disorders such as hallucinations, delusions, chaotic behavior, and chaotic speech, as well as negative symptoms that cause social damage. Psychosocial interventions such as Social Skills Training (SST) is one of the efforts that can be given to schizophrenic patients with the aim of increasing patient socialization and communication skills so that patients are able to adapt to their environment. Research Objectives: To determine the effectiveness of computer-based and manual-based Social Skills Training (SST) on improving the socialization and social function of schizophrenic patients. Data Sources: Sources of data obtained from Pubmed, Sciencedirect, and Ebsco Inclusion Criteria: 1) research studies using the RCT approach, 2) studies in schizophrenic patients in the adolescent-adult age range (17 years-80 years), 3) studies with social therapy interventions, skills training combined social cognitive therapy therapy treatments, both as independent interventions or in combination with other interventions Appraisal studies and synthesis methods: Appraisal studies use the critical appraisal skills program (CASP), and the synthesis method uses PICO modifications.
