Ewing sarcomas are rare tumors arising mainly in the bones and the surrounding soft tissues. Primary extraosseous Ewing sarcomas have also been described in several other organs and locations other than bones, including the pancreas. These tumors have well-defined histological, immunohistochemical, and molecular characteristics. In this manuscript, we present a case of primary Ewing sarcoma of the pancreas in a 29-year-old patient, and we systematically review the literature on both primary and metastatic Ewing sarcomas of the pancreas, describing their clinicopathological characteristics. Background and Objectives: This article investigates the transformative impact of 3D and bio 3D printing technologies in assisted reproductive technology (ART), offering a comprehensive review of their applications in improving reproductive outcomes. Materials and Methods: Following PRISMA guidelines, we conducted a thorough literature search focusing on the intersection of ART and additive manufacturing, resulting in the inclusion of 48 research papers. Results: The study highlights bio 3D printing's potential in revolutionizing female infertility treatments, especially in follicle complex culture and ovary printing. We explore the use of decellularized extracellular matrix (dECM) as bioink, demonstrating its efficacy in replicating the ovarian microenvironment for in vitro maturation of primordial oocytes. Furthermore, advancements in endometrial cavity interventions are discussed, including the application of sustained-release systems for growth factors and stem cell integration for endometrial regeneration, showing promise in addressing conditions like Asherman's syndrome and thin endometrium. We also examine the role of conventional 3D printing in reproductive medicine, including its use in educational simulators, personalized IVF instruments, and microfluidic platforms, enhancing training and precision in reproductive procedures. Conclusions: Our review underscores both 3D printing technologies' contribution to the dynamic landscape of reproductive medicine. They offer innovative solutions for individualized patient care, augmenting success rates in fertility treatments. Breast carcinoma is the most common cancer in women. Nineteen different subtypes of breast carcinomas are recognized in the current WHO classification of breast tumors. Except for these subtypes, there are a number of carcinomas with special morphologic and immunohistochemical features that are not included in the 5th WHO classification, while others are considered special morphologic patterns of invasive breast carcinoma of no special type. In this manuscript, we systematically review the literature on four different subtypes of invasive breast carcinoma, namely lymphoepithelioma-like breast carcinoma, breast carcinoma with osteoclast-like giant cells, signet-ring breast carcinoma, and metaplastic breast carcinoma with melanocytic differentiation. Simple Summary: Malignant Brenner tumors are rare ovarian neoplasms. Our aim is to provide insights concerning this rare entity. We reviewed 115 cases reported in the English literature until 15 September 2023, and analyzed the available demographic, clinical, and pathologic data. We also described the treatment modalities. A comparison of the available data showed that patients treated with lymph node dissection had a better disease-related survival rate. Disease recurrence was associated with tumor stage with marginal statistical significance and was more frequent in patients with ascites and those with abnormal CA-125 levels. Larger series with treatment details and long term follow-up data are needed to define the optimal management for this uncommon entity. Background: Axillary lymph node metastasis is a rare stage IV ovarian carcinoma manifestation. This manuscript aims to systematically review the literature regarding axillary lymph node metastasis from ovarian carcinoma. Methods: We searched three medical internet databases (PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science) for relevant articles published until 22 July 2023. Cases describing supraclavicular or intramammary lymph node metastases and concurrent metastasis to the breast were excluded. Results: After applying eligibility/inclusion and exclusion criteria, twenty-one manuscripts describing twenty-five cases were included from the English literature. Data were collected and analyzed regarding demographic, clinical, laboratory, radiological, histopathological, and oncological characteristics. Conclusions: We analyzed the clinical and oncological characteristics of patients with axillary lymph node metastasis from ovarian carcinoma, presented either as an initial diagnosis of the disease or as a recurrent disease. The analysis we performed showed a significant difference only in the serum CA-125 level (p = 0.004) between the two groups. There was no observed difference in womens' survival. Premature Ovarian Insufficiency (POI) is a multi-factorial disorder that affects women of reproductive age. The condition is characterized by the loss of ovarian function before the age of 40 years and several factors have been identified to be implicated in its pathogenesis. Remarkably though, at least 50% of women have remaining follicles in their ovaries after the development of ovarian insufficiency. Population data show that approximately up to 3.7% of women worldwide suffer from POI and subsequent infertility. Currently, the treatment of POI-related infertility involves oocyte donation. However, many women with POI desire to conceive with their own ova. Therefore, experimental biological therapies, such as Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), Exosomes (exos) therapy, In vitro Activation (IVA), Stem Cell therapy, MicroRNAs and Mitochondrial Targeting Therapies are experimental treatment strategies that focus on activating oogenesis and folliculogenesis, by upregulating natural biochemical pathways (neofolliculogenesis) and improving ovarian microenvironment. Premature ovarian insufficiency and ovarian aging are complex conditions that affect women's reproductive health and overall well-being. They are both characterized by hypergonadotropic hypogonadism and infertility, and together affect about 1 in 100 women by the age of 40. This review explores the influence of environmental factors on the development and progression of premature ovarian insufficiency and ovarian aging. When referring to environmental factors, we include a wide range of external agents and conditions, including chemicals, socioeconomic factors and lifestyle choices. Through a review of the literature, we attempt to highlight the link between environmental factors and ovarian health. We examine the impact of endocrine-disrupting chemicals, such as bisphenol A and phthalates, on ovarian function and investigate the mechanisms by which these chemicals can disrupt hormone signaling pathways, leading to alterations in ovarian reserve, oocyte quality, and folliculogenesis. Moreover, we explore lifestyle factors like obesity, stress, smoking and alcohol in relation to their effects on ovarian aging. Epigenetic changes may play a crucial role in the prevalence of premature ovarian insufficiency. Understanding the impact of environmental factors on premature ovarian insufficiency and ovarian aging is very important in public and clinical health contexts. By identifying risk factors, healthcare providers can develop targeted and strategic prevention and intervention plans.
