現在、宇宙航空研究開発機構(JAXA)および関連機関において、準天頂衛星システムを利用した高精度測位実験システムの開発を行っている。高精度測位実験システムの構成要素の1つであるマスターコントロール実験局は、測位モニタ実験局で受信した準天頂衛星の測位信号をリアルタイムに収集し、軌道時刻推定を行い、その推定結果に基づくエフェメリスやクロックパラメータを含むGPS(Global Positioning System)補完航法メッセージを生成する。本稿では、マスターコントロール実験局で動作する軌道時刻推定ソフトウェアの概要、軌道時刻推定シミュレーションの結果ならびにGPS補完を実現するために必要となるGPS時系との接続方法についての概要を紹介する。, The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) has started the development of High Accuracy Positioning Experiment System using Quasi-Zenith Satellite System (QZSS). 第57回宇宙科学技術連合講演会（2013年10月9日-11日. 米子コンベンションセンター（BiG SHiP）), 米子市, 鳥取県, JAXA launched Quasi-Zenith Satellite 1(QZS-1) called "MICHIBIKI" on September 11th 2010. After the on orbit checkout for 3 months, JAXA started technical verification of satellite navigation technology using MICHIBIKI. On June 22nd 2011, MICHIBIKI navigation signals were set healthy when the performance of MICHIBIKI met the IS-QZSS(Interface Specification for QZSS). 第57回宇宙科学技術連合講演会（2013年10月9日-11日. 米子コンベンションセンター（BiG SHiP）), 米子市, 鳥取県, "Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) is planning to conduct precise point positioning (PPP) experiment by using the LEX (L-band experiment) signal channel of QZSS (quasi-zenith satellite system). The target accuracy of the PPP is under 10 cm RMS. The area of the service is all over the Asia and Oceanian region including the Pacific Ocean side where users can receive broadcasting signals by the QZSS satellites. The expected GNSS for the augmentation are GPS, GLONASS, QZSS and Galileo. PPP can provide precise positioning service to many users in the broad regions without dependency of ground stations. A lot of applications like precise farming, Tsunami detection, crustal deformation monitoring and GNSS meteorology are much expected by such the PPP technique. To generate the augmentation information for the PPP service, precise orbit and clock determination of GNSS satellites is necessarily required as well as the ground GNSS reference station network. For these purposes, JAXA decided to newly develop a precise orbit and clock determination software for multiple constellation GNSS from scratch in addition to extending the multi-GNSS monitoring network (MGM-net). We call the software MADOCA (multi-GNSS demonstration tool for orbit and clock analysis). Impingement of axisymmetric free jet from a supersonic nozzle (M[e]=5) into a vacuum on a plate was studied based upon the Direct Simulation Monte Carlo method for hard sphere molecules. The distance from the nozzle exit to the plate was four times of the nozzle diameter. Plume envelopment due to plume impingement was found as the previous study based upon the continuum flow theory. Obtained results for the nozzle Knudsen number Kn[D] = 0.00625 showed a good agreement with the results of PLM. The maximum shear stress on the flat plate is found at R/D[≈]0.7 for the case of Kn[D] = 0.00625.

We have begun the feasibility study to build a small satellite in the 3kg mass range and in the power range less than 30W since October in 1998, sponsored by National Space Development Agency of Japan (NASDA). This satellite installs three reaction wheels for an attitude control and camera which will demonstrate optical navigation experiment by using image processing. The BBM design status is described in this paper. The components such as a small reaction wheel, electric flash and onboard computer were built. Mothership - daughtership technology and formation flying experiments are planned. New electric propulsion is being developed for small satellite.
