Práce se zabývá návrhem technologie výroby součásti z pozinkovaného plechu. Jedná se o tesařskou spojku, která slouží ke spojování dřevěných konstrukcí. Práce je zaměřena na tváření kovů, konkrétně technologii stříhání. Na základě výrobní série 30 000 ks/rok, tvaru a rozměrů součásti byla pro výrobu zvolena metoda postupového stříhání. Dále byly provedeny nezbytné technologické výpočty. Nástroj se skládá z normalizovaných komponent, které byly zvoleny na základě daných norem. Pro výrobu byl zvolen výstředníkový lis S 160 E od společnosti Šmeral Brno a.s. Výrobní cena jedné součásti činní 9 Kč., The thesis deals with the design of the technology for the production of the galvanized sheet. It is a carpentry joint that serves for joining wooden structures. The work is focused on metal forming, namely cutting technology. Based on the production series of 30,000 pieces/year, the shape and dimensions of the part, the method of shearing was chosen for production. Furthermore, the necessary technological calculations were performed. The tool consists of standardized components that have been selected based on the standards. For production was chosen eccentric press S 160 E from the company Šmeral Brno a.s. The price of one component is CZK 9.

Tato práce se zabývá koncepčním návrhem dvoutoké převodovky a následnou kontrolou vybraných navržených částí této převodovky. První část práce je věnována teorii řadicích ústrojí v automobilech a následnému rozboru již dostupných dvoutokých převodovek. Dále se práce zaměřuje již na samotný koncepční návrh, který vychází ze zvoleného vozidla, na kterém bude převodovka umístěna a jeho jízdních odporech. Na základě těchto výchozích hodnot je zvoleno odstupňování převodovky, které má vliv na jízdní dynamiku vozidla. S ohledem na zástavbový prostor je pak navrženo koncepční uspořádání převodovky. Dále se práce zabývá základním konstrukčním návrhem a výpočty jednotlivých funkčních částí převodového ústrojí. Poslední část práce je věnována kontrole vybraných konstrukčních uzlů pomocí metody konečných prvků provedených v softwaru Ansys Workbench. Celá práce tak popisuje jednotlivé kroky pro návrh základní koncepce dvoutoké převodovky a konstrukci jejich základních komponent., This thesis deals with the conceptual design of a double clutch gearbox and the inspection of selected designed parts of this gearbox. The first part of the thesis is focused on the theory of automotive transmissions and analysis of already available double clutch gearboxes. The following is the conceptual design itself, which is based on the selected vehicle on which the transmission will be located and on driving resistances. Based on these default values, the gear graduation is selected, which affects the vehicle’s driving dynamics. With regard to the installation space, a conceptual arrangement of the gearbox is proposed. Furthermore, the thesis is focused on the basic design and calculations of individual functional components of the gearbox. The last part of the thesis is involved to the control of selected structural nodes using the finite element method in the ansys workbench software. The whole thesis describes the individual steps for the design of the basic concept of a double clutch gearbox and the design of their basic components.
