Quasi‐3D plasmonic nanostructures are in high demand for their ability to manipulate and enhance light‐matter interactions at subwavelength scales, making them promising building blocks for diverse nanophotonic devices. Despite their potential, the integration of these nanostructures with optical sensors and imaging systems on a large scale poses challenges. Here, a robust technique for the rapid, scalable, and seamless replication of quasi‐3D plasmonic nanostructures is presented straight from their production wafers using a microbubble process. This approach not only simplifies the integration of quasi‐3D plasmonic nanostructures into a wide range of standard and custom optical imaging devices and sensors but also significantly enhances their imaging and sensing performance beyond the limits of conventional methods. This study encompasses experimental, computational, and theoretical investigations, and it fully elucidates the operational mechanism. Additionally, it explores a versatile set of options for outfitting nanophotonic devices with custom‐designed plasmonic nanostructures, thereby fulfilling specific operational criteria. Featured Application: The Flexible Soundproofing Metapanel (FSM) developed in this study has potential applications where lightweight, flexible, and effective noise control solutions are crucial. This study addresses the critical challenge of developing lightweight, flexible soundproofing materials for contemporary applications by introducing an innovative Flexible Soundproofing Metapanel (FSM). The FSM represents a significant advancement in acoustic metamaterial design, engineered to attenuate noise within the 2000–5000 Hz range—a frequency band associated with significant human auditory discomfort. The FSM's novel structure, comprising a box-shaped frame and vibrating membrane, was optimized through rigorous finite element analysis and subsequently validated via comprehensive open field tests for enclosure-type soundproofing. Our results demonstrate that the FSM, featuring an optimized configuration of urethane rubber (Young's modulus 6.5 MPa) and precisely tuned unit cell dimensions, significantly outperforms conventional mass-law-based materials in sound insulation efficacy across target frequencies. The FSM exhibited superior soundproofing performance across a broad spectrum of frequency bands, with particularly remarkable results in the crucial 2000–5000 Hz range. Its inherent flexibility enables applications to diverse surface geometries, substantially enhancing its practical utility. Optical metamaterials have revolutionized imaging capabilities by manipulating light‐matter interactions at the nanoscale beyond the diffraction limit. Bilayer nanowire grating configurations exhibit significant potential as exceptional elements for high‐performance polarimetric imaging systems. However, conventional computational approaches for predicting electromagnetic responses are time‐consuming and labor‐intensive, and thereby, the practical implementation remains challenging through an iterative design, analysis, and fabrication process. Here, a deep learning‐based design process is presented utilizing an artificial neural network (ANN) trained on finite element method (FEM) simulations that enables the prediction of bilayer nanowire gratings‐based electromagnetic responses. The study validates predictions through nanoimprinted bilayer nanowire gratings, demonstrating the reliability of the ANN's predictions. Furthermore, the research identifies critical geometric parameters significantly influencing transverse magnetic (TM) and transverse electric (TE) transmission. The ANN model effectively tailors design for specific mid‐wavelength infrared (MWIR) wavelengths, which may provide a practical tool for rapidly designing and optimizing metamaterial for high‐performance polarizers.
