Orthohantavirus hantanense causes hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in Eurasia, posing a substantial public health threat. Although the Hantaan virus is the primary etiological agent in the Republic of Korea (ROK), evidence suggests the potential zoonotic transmission of the Amur virus (AMRV), closely related to the Soochong virus (SOOV), to humans in China and Russia. This study examined 31 Apodemus spp. captured from six regions in Gangwon Province, ROK, between 2015 and 2018. Of these, 5/31 (16.1%) tested positive for anti‐SOOV immunoglobulin G and SOOV RNA, with 3/6 (50%) in Hongcheon‐gun and 2/5 (40%) in Pyeongchang‐gun. Utilizing a multiplex polymerase chain reaction‐based next‐generation sequencing approach, we achieved complete genomic sequencing of SOOV from rodent lung tissues, with coverage rates of 90.3%−98.2% for the S segment, 92.3%−98.1% for the M segment, and 88.1%−93.0% for the L segment. Five novel whole‐genome sequences of SOOV were obtained from rodents in Hongcheon‐gun and Pyeongchang‐gun, representing the first documented SOOV in Pyeongchang‐gun. The evolutionary rate analysis of SOOV tripartite genomes demonstrated lower divergence in the S segment. Phylogenetic analysis revealed a well‐supported divergence of the SOOV and AMRV lineages across the ROK, China, and Russia, with incongruences suggesting differential segment evolution. Co‐divergence analysis indicated the inter‐species transmission of SOOV Aa18‐104 from Apodemus agrarius in Pyeongchang‐gun. The high zoonotic potential of all SOOV strains underscores the need for extensive monitoring and surveillance. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect on fitness, the growth factor and attention over the 12weeks taekwondo training targets elementary school students. We recruited 18 children: an exercise group（n=9） and control group（n=9）. The frequency of Taekwondo for the group was once a 60-minute 5 times per week for 12 weeks. Regarding body composition were significant interaction in the weight, BMI and fat free mass. Physical fitness were significant increase pacer, sit-and-reach, sit-up, standing long jump. HDL-C was significantly increased than baseline value in the Taekwondo group. GH and IGF-1 was no significant difference has increased. Attention concentration were significant interaction group and time BET, NAR, grid test increased and decreased in RED. The 12 weeks of the Taekwondo program was to increase the height and BMI decrease. While increasing physical fitness was significantly improved on HDL-C. Positive attention concentration was the increase and decrease of negative attention concentration. Therefore, regular Taekwondo can have healthy habits to improve body composition and improving the health of children and is considered effective in the improvement of learning to the improvement of the attention concentration. CoMoO 4 is a promising battery-type supercapacitor electrode material that can offer relatively high storage capacity and cycle stability. In this work, we investigate the role of the crystalline phase of CoMoO 4 in determining these performance parameters. The hydrate phase of CoMoO 4 was synthesized on a nickel foam substrate via hydrothermal reaction with subsequent annealing under an inert atmosphere leading to the formation of the β-phase CoMoO 4 . Similar nanoplate morphologies were observed in all of the samples. The hydrate-phase CoMoO 4 demonstrates larger specific capacity than the annealed β-phase CoMoO 4 . Besides, the samples synthesized at lower temperatures have better rate capability than the sample annealed at higher temperatures. This study aimed to investigate the associations between Walk Score ® and lifestyle behaviors and health outcomes in older Taiwanese adults. A nationwide survey was conducted through telephone-based interviews with older adults (65 years and older) in Taiwan. Data on Walk Score ® , lifestyle behaviors (physical activity, sedentary behavior, healthy eating behavior, alcohol use, and smoking status), health outcomes (overweight/obesity, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, and cardiovascular disease), and personal characteristics were obtained from 1052 respondents. A binary logistic regression adjusting for potential confounders was employed. None of the Walk Score ® categories were related to the recommended levels of total physical activity. The categories "very walkable" and "walker's paradise" were positively related to total sedentary time and TV viewing among older adults. No significant associations were found between Walk Score ® and other lifestyle health behaviors or health outcomes. While Walk Score ® was not associated with recommended levels of physical activity, it was positively related to prolonged sedentary time in the context of a non-Western country. The different associations between the walk score and health lifestyle behaviors and health outcomes in different contexts should be noted.
