Amaç: Basketbol alt yapıda antrenman yapan çocukların şut atış tekniklerindeki eklem bölgelerinin açısal pozisyonlarına göre atış yüzdelerinin incelenmesidir.Materyal Metot; Alt yapıda antrenman yapan 15 erkek basketbolcu araştırmaya gönüllü olarak katıldı. Araştırmamızda Şut Oranı Yüksek ve Şut Oranı Düşük olmak üzere iki grup oluşturuldu. Şut Oranı Yüksek Grup n:7 (ŞOYG) (yaş 15.4±0.7 yıl, boy 1.83±9,1 m., vücut ağırlığı 80.8±16,2 kg., spor yaşları 7,2±1,8 yıl), Şut Oranı Düşük Grup (ŞODG) n:8 (yaş 15.6±0.9 yıl, boy 1.81±6.9 m., vücut ağırlığı 73±7,8 kg. ve spor yaşları 4±2,7 yıl) olarak belirendi. Her iki gruba da foul line (20 şut), sağ forvet (20 şut) ve sol forvet bölgesinden (20 şut) olmak üzere toplam 60 şut attırıldı. Her iki grubun şut atış başlangıç ve bitiş evrelerininde eklem açı değerleri (7 eklem bölgesi) APPA programında analiz edilerek gruplar arası (Independent t test) eklem pozisyonları karşılaştırıldı.Bulgular; Şut Oranı Yüksek Grup ile Şut Oranı Düşük Grubun, Şut atış tekniği başlangıç evresinde baş, dirsek, el bileği, diz arasında.(p0,05) bulunamamıştır.Sonuç; Elde ettiğimiz verilere dayanarak şut atış pozisyonlarındaki duruşların (eklem açı bölgelerinin) belirlenmesi alt yapıda şut tekniği antrenmanlarında çalışan antrenör ve spor bilimcilere bir bakış açısı getirebilir., Aim: To examine the shoting percentages of the children training in basketball infrastructure according to the angular positions of the joint areas in the shoting techniques.Material Method; 15 male basketball players training in the infrastructure voluntarily participated in the research. In our research, two groups were formed as High Shot Rate and Low Shot Rate. High Shoting Rate Group n:7 (SOYG) (age 15.4±0.7 years, height 1.83±9.1 m., body weight 80.8±16.2 kg., sports age 7.2±1.8 years), Shoting Rate Low Group (SODG) n:8 (age 15.6±0.9 years, height 1.81±6.9 m., body weight 73±7.8 kg. and sports age 4±2.7 years). A total of 60 shots were fired from the foul line (20 shots), right forward (20 shots) and left forward (20 shots) in both groups. The joint angle values of the shooting start and finishing phases of both groups were compared with the Independent t test.Finding; While there is a significant difference between the Group with High Shot Rate and Low Shot Rate between Head, Elbow, Wrist and Knee in the starting phase of the shooting technique (p 0.05) could not be found.Result; Based on the data we have obtained, the determination of the stances (joint angle regions) in the shoting positions can bring a perspective to the trainers and sports scientists working in the infrastructure shoting technique training.

Amaç; Çalışmamızın amacı, milli yol bisikletçisinin fiziksel yapısı ile bisiklet uyumluluk düzeyini mekanik (gonyometre) ve APPA Bikefıt (elektronik) programında ekleme bölgelerinin açısal olarak karşılaştırmalı analizinin yapılmasıdır. Materyal Metot; Çalışmamıza bir (1) milli yol bisikletçi gönüllü olarak katıldı. Milli Bisikletçinin yaş 27 yıl, boy 176 cm, vücut ağırlığı 77,5 kg, sporculuk özgeçmişi 14 yıl, 100 üzerinde milliliği bulunmaktaydı. 2012 Gençler, 2014 Elitlerde zamana karşı Balkan şampiyonu derecelere sahipti. Herhangi bir fiziksel sağlık problemleri olmadığını beyan etmiştir. Çalışmada açısal değerleri belirlemek için mekanik araçlardan gonyometre ve APPA-Bikefit Analiz elektronik yazılım programı kullanıldı. Eklem bölgeleri olarak (el bilek, dirsek, omuz, kalça, diz ayak bileği) Çalışmada Gonyometre ve APPA Bikefit yazılım programından elde edilen veriler eklem bölgeleri açısal olarak karşılaştırıldı. Bulgular; Mekanik ölçümlerden (Gonyometre) ile APPA Bikefit Analiz programından elde edilen eklem açı değerleri her eklem bölgesi ile karşılaştırıldı ve aralarında önemli bir fark bulunamamıştır. Literatürde benzer yapılan çalışmalarda açısal olarak elde edilen verilerin benzerlik gösterdiği belirlenmiştir. Sonuç; Elde ettiğimiz verilere dayanarak APPA-Bikefit Analiz programı bisiklet ve fiziksel uyumluluk duruşunun eklem açı bölgelerinin belirlenmesinde kullanılabilir nitelikte olduğu görülmüştür. APPA Bikefit Analiz programının yol bisikletçilerinin bisiklet fiziksel uyumluluk pratik olarak kullanılabileceği öneri olarak tavsiye edilebilir., Aim; The aim of our study is to make an angular comparative analysis of the physical structure of the national road cyclist and the level of bicycle compatibility with the mechanical (goniometer) and APPA Bikefit (electronic) program of the attachment regions. Material Method; One (1) national road cyclist voluntarily participated in our study. The National Cyclist was 27 years old, height 176 cm, body weight 77.5 kg, sports history of 14 years, and had over 100 nationalities. 2012 Junior, 2014 Elites had the time trial Balkan champion degrees. It has been determined that the angular data obtained in similar studies in the literature are similar. Conclusion; Based on the data we have obtained, it has been seen that the APPA-Bikefit Analysis program can be used to determine the joint angle regions of cycling and physical compatibility stance. It can be recommended as a recommendation that the APPA Bikefit Analysis program can be used practically in bicycle physical compatibility of road cyclists.

Ön Bilgi; Spor bilimleri alanında genel olarak fiziksel değerlendirmede, Antropometrik ölçümler ve Postür Analizi yöntemleri kullanılmaktadır. Antropometrik ölçümler fiziksel tanımlamada kemik (uzunluk, genişlik), deri altı yağ ve kas çevresi hakkında bilgi sağlarken Postür analizi de eklem bölgelerinin duruş pozisyonları hakkında açısal bilgi sağlamaktadır. Amaç; Çalışmamızda hem sağlık için hem de performans sporuyla uğraşan bireylerin fiziksel Postür analizlerinin (duruş pozisyonlarının) eklem bölgelerinin açısal değişimlerinin (ilerleme /gerileme) etkin kullanım amaçlı geliştirilen yazılım sistemin güvenirliğini ve pratik kullanımını incelemektir. Materyal Metot; Çalışmamızda 12 erkek birey (Yaş 21±4.5 yıl, Boy 1,8±0.6 cm vücut Ağırlığı 71,3±6.8 kg) gönüllü olarak katıldı. Çalışmaya katılan gönüllülerin fiziksel sağlık problemleri olmadıklarını beyan etmişlerdir. Çalışmada mekanik gonyometre ve APPA-Postural Analiz yazılım programı kullanıldı. Gonyometre ve APPA Postür Analiz yazılım programdan elde edilen açısal ölçüm değerleri istatistik olarak (Paired-t) karşılaştırıldı. Bulgular; Mekanik ölçümlerden (Gonyometre) elde edilen veriler ile APPA Postur Analiz programından elde edilen verilerin arasında açısal olarak önemli bir fark (p>0.05) bulunamamıştır. Sonuç; Elde ettiğimiz verilere dayanarak Gonyometre ve APPA-Postural Analiz programı bireylerin postürel duruşlarının (eklem açı bölgelerinin) belirlenmesinde kullanılabilir. APPA Postur Analiz programının sağlık ve spor Bilimleri alanında fiziksel tanımlamada güvenilir ve pratik olarak kullanılabileceği kanaatindeyiz., Background; Anthropometric measurements and Posture Analysis methods are generally used in physical assessment in the field of sports sciences. While anthropometric measurements provide information about bone (length, width), subcutaneous fat and muscle circumference in physical identification, Posture analysis provides angular information about the posture positions of the joint regions. Aim; In our study, we examine the reliability and practical use of the software system developed for effective use of the angular changes (progression / regression) of the joint regions of the physical posture analysis (posture positions) of individuals engaged in both health and performance sports. Material Method; Twelve male individuals (Age 21 ± 4.5 years, height 1.8 ± 0.6 cm and body weight 71.3 ± 6.8 kg) participated voluntarily in our study. They declared that the volunteers who participated in the study did not have any physical health problems. Mechanical goniometer and APPA-Postural Analysis software program were used in the study. Angular measurement values obtained from goniometer and APPA Posture Analysis software were compared statistically (Paired-t). Findings; There was no significant angular difference (p>0.05) between the data obtained from mechanical measurements (Goniometer) and the data obtained from APPA Posture Analysis program. Result; Based on the data we have obtained, Goniometer and APPA-Postural Analysis program can be used to determine the posture (joint angle regions) of individuals. We believe that the APPA Posture Analysis program can be used reliably and practically in physical identification in the field of health and sports sciences.

Kültürü yapılan hekzaploid (2n=6x=42, AACCDD) yulaf (Avena sativa L. ve Avena byzantina Coch.), Gramineae (Poaceae) familyasından olup tek yıllık önemli bir tahıl ve yem bitkisidir. Bu çalışma, Türkiye yerel yulaf genotiplerinden bir set (174 adet) üzerinde, 6K çip SNP genotiplemesi ve fenotipik (tarımsal) özelliklerin ilişkilerini içerir. Genel linear model (GLM) ve mixed linear model (MLM) metodu ile yapılan analizler sonucunda, incelenen özellikler (bitki boyu (BB), sap kalınlığı (SK), salkım uzunluğu (SU), vejetatif periyod (VP), tane dolum periyodu (TDP), ekim olgunlaşma süresi (EOS), yatma (Y), salkımdaki tane sayısı (STS), salkımdaki tane ağırlığı (STA), bin tane ağırlığı (BTA) ve tane verimi (TV)) ile ilgili birçok önemli kantitatif özelliklerin bulunduğu bölgeler (QTL) tespit edilerek bu özelliklere ait aday markörler belirlenmiştir. Bu markörlerin herbiri GLM için sırasıyla, 2016-2017, 2017-2018 ve ortalama hesaplamalarında -log10 ≥ 3.00 seviyesinde (markör fenotip arasında ilişki p < 0.001 düzeyinde) ve MLM için sırasıyla, 2016-2017, 2017-2018 ve ortalama hesaplamalarında -log10 ≥ 2.50 seviyesinde (markör fenotip arasında ilişki p < 0.003 düzeyinde) istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmuştur. Buna göre BB özelliği bakımından 20, SK özelliği ile 7, SU özelliği ile 21, VP özelliği ile 80, EOS özelliği ile 105, TDP özelliği ile 49, Yatma özelliği ile 49, STS özelliği ile 27, STA özelliği ile 26, BTA özelliği ile 27 ve son olarak TV özelliği ile ilgili 27 aday markör tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada belirlenen aday markörler farklı yulaf haritalama popülasyonlarında ve yulaf bitkisinde markör yardımıyla ıslah çalışmalarında kullanılabilir. Araştırma bulgularımız sonucunda morfolojik, fenolojik ve agronomik karakterler olan tarımsal özellikler ile ilişkili daha önce raporlanan QTL'lere ilave birçok yeni QTL'ler tespit edilerek tanımlanan aday markörler, sadece markör destekli seçim için değil, aynı zamanda hekzaploid yulaf genomunda tarımsal özellikleri etkileyen QTL'lerin incelenmesi ve arzu edilen allellerin açığa çıkarılması Türkiye orijinli yulaf genotiplerinde bir ilk olmakla birlikte, elde edilen veriler farklı ıslah programlarında da kullanılabilecektir. The cultivated hexaploid (2n = 6x = 42, AACCDD) oat (Avena sativa L. and Avena byzantina Coch.) is belong to the Gramineae (Poaceae) family and is an important annual cereal and forage crop. In this study, a set of oat genotypes originated from Turkey (174) were evaluated and some agronomic traits were determined in replicated field trials. The oat genotypes were screened using 6K chip SNP array. Association mapping analyses were performed using genotypic and phenotypic data. Several candidate SNPs were identified for the plant height (PH), stem diameter (SD), panicle length (PL), vegetative period (VP), grain filling period (GFP), days to maturity (DM), lodging (L), grain number per panicle (GNP), grain weight per panicle (GWP), thousand kernel weight (TKW) and grain yield (GY). Each of those markers were found significant at 0.001 level in 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 planting seasons and two-years average in the general linear model (GLM). The associations were significant at 0.003 level for 2016-2017, 2017-2018, and the average of the two years when MLM model was utilized. A total number of 20 SNPs were associated with PH, 7 with SD, 21 with PL, 20 with VP, 49 with GFP, 105 with DM, 49 with L, 27 with GNP, 26 with GWP, 27 with TKW and finally 27 candidate markers were identified with the GY. The candidate markers identified in the study might be used in oat mapping populatios and in marker assisted breeding studies. As a result of our research findings, many new QTL regions were identified in addition to the previously reported QTL regions related to morphological, phenological and agronomic characteristics. In addition to marker assisted selection, phylogenetic relationships between the hexaploid oats genotypes from Turkey is also revealed that could be utilized for the effective selection and use of breeding material. 225

Bu çalışmanın amacı ümitler yaş kategorisindeki judo sporcularının bir gün içinde yaptıkları müsabaka öncesi ve sonrası kavrama kuvveti ile nabız değerlerindeki değişimlerin incelenmesidir. Araştırma grubu Uluslararası Nazım Canca Ümitler Avrupa Kupasında yarışan 14-17 yaş aralığındaki sporculardan oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada gün içerisinde 4 ve 5 müsabaka gerçekleştirmiş 6 kadın 4 erkek yarışmacının değerleri kayıt altına alınmıştır. Sporcuların gün içerisinde çıktığı her maç öncesinde ve de sonrasında nabız düzeyleri ve de kavrama kuvveti düzeyleri ölçülmüştür. Kaydedilen veriler cinsiyetlere göre Tekrarlı ölçümler varyans analizi ve Simple effect test ile istatistiksel olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Yapılan ölçümler sonucunda elde edilen verilere göre ne kadın ne de erkek sporcuların nabız ve kavrama kuvvetlerindeki değişim istatistiksel yönden önem arz etmemektedir. Ancak ortalamalar üzerinden veriler incelendiğinde hem kadın hem de erkek sporcuların kavrama kuvvetine ait ön test değerlerinde ilk müsabakadan son müsabakaya kadar doğrusal bir düşüş göze çarpmaktadır. Aynı şekilde nabız değerlerine ait ön test ortalama değerlerinde de doğrusal bir artış olduğu görülmektedir. Yani sporcular daha sonraki hiçbir müsabaka öncesinde ilk müsabaka öncesindeki kavrama kuvveti ve nabız seviyesine geri dönememişlerdir. Bu sonuçlara göre, ilk müsabakaya oranla nabızdaki artış ve de kavrama kuvvetindeki düşüşün nedeni olarak aynı gün içerisindeki müsabaka sayısının fazlalığına bağlı olarak sporculara yeterli dinlenme süresinin tanınmaması olarak gösterilebilir.

In this study, Seri 82 bread wheat and 6 mutant lines (Seri 82-M3-1, Seri 82-M3-2, Seri 82- M3-3, Seri 82-M3-4, Seri 82-M3-5 and Seri 82-M3-6) were screened for some traits using 17 allele specific DNA markers. In the study Seri82 bread wheat and 6 mutant lines characterized for alleles gluten strength (Bx7OE marker), yellow rust Yr45 (Xwgp115marker) and Yr51 (SUN104 marker), stem rust Sr49 (SUN209 and SUN479 markers), vernalisation Vrn-A1 (VRN1marker), dwarfing Rht-B1a (tall) (BF-WR1 marker), Rht-B1b (short) (BF-MR1 marker), Rht-D1a (tall) (DF2-WR2marker), Rht-D1b (short) (DF MR2 marker), Rht8 (WMS261 marker), high protein content Gpc-B1 (UHW89 marker), ryetranslocation (RIS, NOR and SCM9 markers), grain hardness Pina (Pina-D1 marker) and waxy Wx-A1 (SUN1 marker).According to the results, 61 polymorphic bands obtained from 17 DNA markers and the average allele number was 3.58.The highest band numbers were obtained from RIS and SCM9 markers with 6 bands, while the lowest band numberswere obtained from Bx7OE, Xwgp115 and SUN209 markers. The average polymorphism information content (PIC) valuewas determined as 0.79, while the highest PIC value was obtained from BF-WR1 markers as 0.99. As the allele specificmarkers evaluated stem rust Sr49 was determined in Seri 82, Seri 82-M3-2, Seri 82-M3-3, Seri 82-M3-4 and Seri 82-M3-6genotypes while dwarfing gene (short) screened in Seri 82-M3-2 genotype and dwarfing gene (tall) determined on theSeri 82, Seri 82-M3-1, Seri 82-M3-3, Seri 82-M3-4, Seri 82-M3-5 and Seri 82-M3-6 genotypes. Rht8 dwarfing gene wasfound in Seri 82-M3-1, Seri 82-M3-4 and Seri 82-M3-6 genotypes and rye translocation was found in all mutant lines.

Theseeds of Peganum harmala L. (Syrian rue) (Zygophyllaceae) are commonly known tobe “Harmal” or “Uzerlik” among the Turkish people. This study aims to compare with both SC-CO2 extraction(at constant temperature conditions of 45ºC at 100, 200, 300 and 400 barpressure) and some conventional extraction methods (ethanol, hexane, and dimethylether), and investigate the effects of extracting pressure parameters onSC-CO2 extraction. As a result of the studies; it has been concluded that the SC-CO2extraction method is very advantageous in obtaining fatty acids from the P.harmala L. seed and that the pressureand temperature calibrations of the SC-CO2 extraction device must be performed. It has been observed that a pressure of 400 bar is suitable for obtainingthe highest fatty acid extracts of (C15:0), (C16:1), (C17:0), (C18:3) andsaturated fatty, while a pressure of 100 bar is suitable for obtaining thehighest fatty acid extracts such as (C14:0), (C18:1), and (C18:2)., Türkhalkı arasında Peganum harmala L.(Suriye rue) (Zygophyllaceae) tohumlarının yaygın olarak “Harmal” veya“Uzerlik” olduğu bilinmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, SC-CO2ekstraksiyonu ile (100 ° C, 200, 300 ve 400 bar basınçta sabit sıcaklıkkoşullarında) ve bazı geleneksel ekstraksiyon yöntemleriyle (etanol, heksan vedimetil eter) karşılaştırmak ve süperkritik ektraksiyon yönteminde basıncınetkisini araştırmaktır. Yapılan çalışmalar sonucunda; SC-CO2 ekstraksiyonyönteminin P.harmala L. tohumundanyağ asitlerinin elde edilmesinde çok avantajlı olduğu ve SC-CO2ekstraksiyon cihazının basınç ve sıcaklık kalibrasyonlarının yapılmasıgerektiği sonucuna varılmıştır. En yüksek (C15: 0), (C16: 1), (C17: 0), (C18:3) ve doymuş yağ oranının elde edilmesi için 400 bar basınç en uygun iken; enyüksek (C14: 0), (C18: 1) ve (C18: 2) elde edilmesi için 100 bar basıncın, enuygun olduğu görülmüştür.

As sports is a factor that shows the power of societies, it has gained importance in the recent years in terms ofboth professional and recreational activities in the tourism sector. As a result of this, high altitude centers haveestablished both the tourism economy and the tourism sector with their professional and recreation dimension.The aim of the study is to reveal how a high-altitude camp center, which is likely to be established in Davraz,should have a facility infrastructure and a management organizational structure. In this research, high-altitudecamp centers in international and national scale were examined with the support of literature and organizationdimensions and literature. A total of 161 people was interviewed face-to-face in the study at the Mölltaler,Kayseri Erciyes and Erzurum Palandöken Ski Centers. In the research, the exploratory research model wasused. In the research, it was found that Davraz's bioclimatic comfort level was high and it was found to be ina perfect position for both elevation and inclination training. Araştırmada mevcut uluslararası ve ulusal çaptaki yüksekirtifa kamp merkezleri yönetim ve organizasyon boyutları ile literatür destekliincelenmiştir. Çalışmanın sonucunda; özellikle uluslararası yüksek irtifamerkezlerinde etkin olan yerleri uluslararası platformda güçlü kılan unsurlara dayalıolarak (biyoiklimsel konfor ve coğrafi konum itibarı ile Davraz Dağı’nanitelikli yapısal özellikler içeren saha, salon, performans labarotuarı, otelvb) yüksek irtifa kamp merkezlerinin yönetim organizasyon modelleri ileilişkili olarak Davraz’a kurulması muhtemel Yüksek İrtifa Merkezi için birmodel öngörüsünde bulunulmuştur.

Genel olarak Yahudi göçmenlerin profilleri ve sergilediğiuyum, Güney ve Kuzey Amerika’da yer alan birçok varış ülkesinin kendikarakteristik özelliklerine göre farklılık arz etmektedir. Ayrıca, Yahudigöçmenlerin yerleştikleri ülkelerde kurdukları dini, eğitim ve yardımkuruluşları aracılığıyla kültürlerini nasıl koruduklarına değinilmektedir.

Amaç:Bu çalışmanın amacı, hazırlık periyodu sonunda futbol takım kadrosununoluşumunda sporcuların bazı temel biyomotorik, fizyolojik ve tekniközelliklerinin rolünün araştırılmasıdır.Yöntem:Araştırmaya3. Lig takımlarından Orhangazispor (n=23) ve Tekirovaspordan (n=22) , BALliginden ise Isparta İl Özelidarespor (n=23) futbol takımlarında hazırlıkperiyodu antrenmanlarına katılan 68 futbolcu katıldı. Araştırmaya katılanfutbolcuların ortalama yaşları 21.8±3.3 yıl, boyları 178.1±5.3 cm., vücutağırlıkları 74.1±5.3 kg ve spor yaşları da 5.1±3.6 yıldı. Araştırmadaantropometrik ölçümlerden çevre ve derialtı yağ oranları, biyomotoriközellikler ölçümleri için esneklik, kuvvet ve sürat testleri uygulandı. Tekniközelliklerini ise futbola özgü Foottek testi uygulandı. Bulgular: Elde edilen verilere göre, hazırlık periyodu sonunda kadroda olan veolmayan futbolcuların değerlerinin karşılaştırmasında spor yaşları, 1500mdayanıklılık koşusu ve teknik testte sağ ayak pas değerleri arasında önemlifark bulundu (p, Objective: The aim of this study is to examine the role of some basic biomotoric, physiological and technical characteristics of athletes in the formation of the match team at the end of preparation period.Methods: 68 players from the teams Orhangazispor (n:23), Tekirovaspor (n:23) and Isparta İl Özelidarespor (n:23) participated to the trainings during the preparation period. The participated football players had an average, age of 21.8 ±3.3 years, height 175 ±5.3 cm, body weight 74.1 ±5.3 kg and 5.1 ± 3.6 years in sports. During the research, from the anthropometric measurements, subcuteneus fat measurements and circumference rates were taken, and also strength, speed and flexibility tests were conducted for biomotoric characteristic measurements. The Foottech Tests were held for technical measurement, which are particularly conducted for football. In statistical was determined from the evaluation of the differentiation of the players which are granted for the macth team and which are not granted by ındependent t-test. Results: According to the determined values, the evaluation of the of the players which are granted for the macth team and which are not granted, sports age, 1500 m endurance run, and technical test indicated a considerable differentiation (p< .05) while other values had no significant differentiation (p< .05).Conclusions: As a conclusion the reference values of the players which are granted for the macth team and which are not granted has been determined for future utilization. In terms of performance score, the combined evaluation of physiological, biomotoric and technical data will be useful for other studies in our research in order to follow both talents and development of footballers.

Objective: Depending on the fact that team sports are characteristic of many performance features, the fact that many features are applied by being combined in exercises is important in terms of performance development. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of combined training applied during the competition period on the strength and technical characteristics of 12-14 age group and baller children.Methods: 28 male students studying at elementary schools participated in the study. Two groups were formed. For the first group (n=14) combined training group; mean age was 12 ± 8.0 years, length was 153 ± 9.3 cm, body weight was 46 ± 7.97 kg, and for the second group (n=14) was normal training group; age 12 ± 6.9 years, length 154 ± 8.55 cm and body weight 43 ± 8.41 kg. One-repetition maximum (1RM) test and dynamic-static force tests within the scope of the force tests and HENTTEK, within these cope of the technical tests, were performed. The first group of combined training sessions was performed in 8 weeks, 5 days in a week, and 1.5 hours in a day, for both groups, while normal training was performed in the second group.Tests before and after the competition period were carried out for both groups participating in the study. Paired t test and Independent t test were performed to determine the differences as statistical procedures.Results: A significant difference was found between such combined training group force tests as 1RM shoulder press, leg extension, triceps press down, leg press, legcurl, chest press, lat pull, gripping with right hand, force, gripping with left hand, and in the push-up, shuttle test, HENTTEK technical test (snap pass, dribbling 1,slalom, dribbling 2, jump shooting1,jumpshooting 2, basic pass, defense, cheating, technical test times) and such normal training group force tests as shoulder press, leg extension, triceps press down, leg press, leg curl, chest press, latpull, and in the push-up, shuttle test, HENTTEK technical test (dribbling 1,slalom,jump shooting1, jump shooting 2,basic pass, defense, cheating, technical test times) (p< .05). Conclusion: Based on the results we obtained, it was determined that Combined Technical Training provides a significant improvement in terms of strength and technical development. In addition, it was also concluded that the handball analysis program (HENTTEK), which we developed in determining the technical tests of handball players, can be used practically in field conditions., Ön Bilgi ve Amaç: Takımsporları birçok performans özelliğini karakteristik olarak yapısındabulundurmasına bağlı olarak yapılacak antrenmanlarında birçok özelliğin kombineedilerek uygulaması performans gelişimi açısından önem arz etmektedir. Buçalışmada 12-14 yaş grubu hentbolcu çocuklara Müsabaka dönemi uygulanan kombineantrenmanların bazı kuvvet ve teknik özellikleri üzerine olan etkilerininincelenmesidir.Yöntem:Çalışmaya ilköğretim okullarında okuyan 28erkek öğrenci katıldı. Katılımcılar kombine antrenman grubu (n=14) ve normalantrenman grubu (n=14) olmak üzere iki gruba ayrıldı. Kombine antrenmangrubunun ortalama yaşı 12±8.0 yıl, boy uzunluğu 153±9.3 cm ve vücut ağırlığı46±7.97 kg, normal antrenman grubunun ortalama yaşı 12±6.9 yıl, boy uzunluğu154±8.55 cm ve vücut ağırlığı 43±8,41 kg idi. Araştırmada kuvvet testlerindenbir maksimum (1MT) ve dinamik-statik kuvvet testleri ile teknik testlerden deHENTTEK testi uygulandı. Her iki gruba 8 hafta, haftada 5 gün ve günde 1.5 saatantrenmanlar yapıldı. Araştırmaya katılan her iki gruba da müsabaka dönemiöncesi ve sonrası testler uygulandı. İstatistiksel işlemler olarak farklarıbelirlemek için grup içi Paired t testi ve gruplar arası Indepent t testiyapıldı.Bulgular: Kombineantrenman grubunun kuvvet testlerinden 1 MT shoulderpress, leg extensiyon,triceps press down, leg press, leg curl, chest press, lat pull, sağ el kavramakuvvveti, sol el kavramam kuvveti, şınav ve mekik testinde, HENTTEK teknik testindebilek pas, top sürme 1, slalom, top sürme 2, sıçrayarak atış 1,sıçrayarak atış2, temel pas, savunma, aldatma, teknik test süreleri ile normal antrenman grubukuvvet testlerinden shoulder press, leg extensiyon, triceps press down, legpress, leg curl, chest press, lat pull, şınav, mekik testinde, HENTTEK tekniktest (top sürme 1,slalom, sıçrayarak atış1, sıçrayarak atış 2,temel pas,savunma, aldatma, teknik test süreleri arasında önemli fark (p< .05) bulundu.Sonuç: Eldeettiğimiz verilere dayanarak Kombine Teknik Antrenmanların kuvvet ve teknikgelişimleri açısından önemli bir gelişim sağladığı tespit edildi. Ayrıcahentbolcuların teknik testlerinin belirlenmesinde geliştirmiş olduğumuz hentbolanaliz programı (HENTTEK) saha şartlarında pratik kullanılabileceğigörülmüştür.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of training programs prepared according to start-of-season performance analyses on the performances of elite mountain bikers.Methods: A total of 10 male elite mountain bikers participated in the study. Eight of the participants were studying at Süleyman Demirel University, Health Sciences Faculty, Sports Sciences Department (n:8); and 2 of them participated individually in completions from the city of Isparta (N:2). The mean age of the participants was 20.8±3.2 years, average height was 174.0±3.2cm, average body weight values were 67.5±4.6 kg in the pre-tests, and 66.4±4.1 kg in the post-tests. Circumference measurements, subcutaneous fat measurements, heart beat rates, lactic acid measurements, one-maximum repetition measurements were made; and Wingate Anaerobic Force Test was applied to the participants. The SPSS Program was used to analyze the data statistically. The Paired Sample t-Test was used as the statistical process for dependent samplings. Results: Before and after the training, there were significant differences between the values of hip, quadriceps, quadriceps contraction, calf, calf contraction, and values of resting heart rate (p < .05), however, no differences were detected in the other measurements and tests (p > .05), Conclusion: As a result, according to our findings, it was determined that the trainings we applied to elite mountain bikers had positive effects in many aspects; however, it did not have any significant interactions on some performance elements., Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, sezon başı performans analizine bağlıolarak hazırlanmış olan antrenman programlarının elit dağ bisikletçilerininperformansları üzerine etkilerinin araştırılmasıdır.Yöntem: Araştırmaya Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi SağlıkBilimleri Fakültesi Spor Bilimleri Bölümü dağ bisikleti takımından 8 sporcu veIsparta ilinde ferdi olarak yarışlara katılan 2 sporcu olmak üzere toplam 10erkek elit dağ bisikletçi katılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan sporcuların yaşortalaması 20.8±3.2 yıl, boy ortalamaları 174.0±3.2 cm, vücut ağırlığı ortalamaları67.5±4.6 kg olarak tespit edildi. Araştırmada çevre ölçümleri, derialtı yağölçümleri, kalp atım sayıları, laktik asit ölçümleri, bir maksimum tekrarölçümleri ve Wingate anaerobik güç testi uygulandı. Elde edilen verilerinistatistiksel analizinde SPSS programı kullanıldı. İstatistiksel işlem olarakBağımlı Örneklem için t testi uygulandı.Bulgular: Antrenman öncesi ve sonrasında grubun kalça, quadriceps,quadriceps kontraksiyon, calf ve calf kontraksiyon ölçümlerinde ve dinleniknabız değerlerinde anlamlı fark bulunurken (p< .05), diğer ölçüm ve test sonuçlarında anlamlı fark bulunmadı (p > .05).Sonuç: Sonuç olarak bulgularımıza göre elit dağ bisikletçileri için uyguladığımız antrenmanların birçok açıdan olumlu etkileri olduğu tespit edilmiş; Ne var ki, bazı performans öğeleri üzerinde önemli bir etkileşiminin olmadığı belirlenmiştir.

Amaç: Çok kesitli bilgisayarlı tomografi ile yapılan koroner kalsiyum skorlaması sırasında kalp dışı bulguları incelemek.Materyal ve Metod: Çalışmaya 190 çok kesitli bilgisayarlı tomografi ile koroner kalsiyum skorlaması yapılan hasta alındı. Kalp dışı bulgular Minor, Major A-B olarak tanımlandı. Bulgular: Çalışmaya alınan hastalardan 80’inde 177 kalp dışı bulgu tespit edildi (42.1%). Bu hastaların 40’ında minor bulgular (21%), 40’ında major bulgular (21%) mevcuttu. Majör B bulgular aort anevrizması, akciğerde kitle, akciğer nodülleri ve infiltrasyonları, pnömonektomi, böbrek üstü bezde nodüler kalınlaşma ve karaciğer kitle lezyonlarını içermektedir.Sonuç: Kalp dışı bulgular sık görülür. Bu bulguları raporlayan radyolog ve/veya kardiyologlar, bu bulguların sıklığı ve önemi konusunda dikkatli olmalıdırlar., Aim: To investigate non-coronary findings during coronary calcium scoring with computed tomography.Material and Method: 190 patients who were evaluated with multislice computed tomography for coronary calcium scoring, were included in the study. Noncoronary findings were described as Minor and Major A-B findings.Results: One hundred seventy seven non-coronary findings were found at 80 (42.1%) patients. There were minor findings at 40 (21%) and major findings at 40 (21%) of the patients. There were 13 Major B findings including aortic aneurysm, pulmonary mass, pulmonary nodules, infiltrates, pneumonectomy, surrenal nodular thickening and liver mass lesions.Conclusion: Non-coronary findings are frequent, and radiologist and/or cardiologist who has been reporting these findings should be aware of the frequency and importance of these findings.

Elit haltercilerde uygulanan 6 haftalık piramidal ve maksimal kuvvet antrenmanlarının performanslarına etkilerinin araştırmaktır. Elit düzeyde yarışan 14 halterci gönüllü olarak katıldı. Araştırmaya katılan haltercilerden 2 grup oluşturuldu. Birinci grup piramidal antrenman metot (PAG) grubu (n:7). ikinci grup ise Maksimal Antrenman Grubu (MAG) (n:7) şeklinde oluşturuldu. PAG sırası ile ortalama yaş 22.7± 2.9 yıl. boy 180.7±5.9 cm. vücut ağırlıkları 94.8±21.6 kg.. ve spor yaşları 9.8±3.8 yıl. MAG sırası ile ortalama yaş 23.1± 2.1 yıl. boy 174.2±5.5 cm. vücut ağırlıkları 74.8±16.0 kg.. ve spor yaşları 10±2.5 yıl olarak belirlendi. Araştırmada çevre ölçümleri ile koparma. silkme. tam squat ve dead lift bir maksimum testleri (1MT) uygulandı. Elit halterciler 6 hafta. haftada 5 gün. günde 2 saat antrenman uygulandı. Antrenman dönem öncesi sonrası ölçüm ve test değerleri paired t testi yöntemi ile karşılaştırıldı.Antrenman öncesi MAG grubu ile PAG grubunun değerlerinin karşılaştırmasında Koparma 1MT değerleri arasında (p, This study examines the effects of 6 weeks long intense pyramidal and maximal strength trainings on performance which are implemented on weightlifters.14 weightlifters competing as elites volunteered for the study. 2 groups are formed with the weightlifters who participated in the study. First group is Pyramidal Training Method Group (PAG) and second group is Maximal Training Method Group (MAG). PAG groups average age is 22.7±2.9 years, height is 180.7±5.9 cm, weight is 94.8±21.6 k, and the number of years they have been involved in sports is 9.8±3.8 years respectively. MAG groups average age is 23.1±21.1 years, height is 174.2±5.5 cm, weight is 74.8±16.0 kg and number of years they have been involved in sports is 10±2.5 years respectively. Clean and jerk, snatch, full squat, dead lift and one maximum tests (1MT) are implemented with girth in the research. Elite weightlifters were applied a training for 6 weeks, 5 days in a week and 2 hours per a day. Before and after training period measurements and test values were compared via Paired T test method. Before the training period, when PAG and MAG groups' test values were compared in terms of snatch, there was an important difference in 1 maximum test. However, after the training period, there were differences between snatch, clean and jerk, squat and dead lift test values of PAG group. There were many important differences between PAGs first and last measurements of circumference in terms of arm, forearm and femur. According to our final results, Pyramidal Strength Training is more effective than Maximal Strength Training which was applied on elite weightlifters for 6 weeks

Bu çalışmanın amacı elit haltercilerde uygulanan 6 haftalık tamamlayıcı kuvvet antrenmanlarının kas çevre ve kuvvet performansları üzerine etkilerinin araştırılmasıdır. Araştırmayz katılan 14 halterciden2 grup oluşturulmuştur Birinci grup Tamamlayıcı Maksimal Antrenman Grubu (MAG) (n:7), ikinci grup ise Maksimal Antrenman Grubu (MAG) (n:7) şeklinde oluşturulmuştur. MAG boy 179,7±5,9 cm ve spor yaşları 9,8±3,8 yıl, MAG boy 173,0±5,8 cm ve spor yaşları 10±2,5 yıl olarak belirlenmiştir Araştırmada çevre ölçümleri ile koparma, silkme, tam squat, dead lift, bir maksimum testleri (1MT) uygulanmıştır. They were divided into 2 different groups. First group was Complementary Maximal Training Method Group (TMAG), and the second group Maximal Training Method Group (MAG). TMAG was determined, height is 179,7±5,9 cm, and their sport age is 9,8±3,8 years. MAG was determined that height is 173,0±5,8 cm, and their sport age is 10±2,5 years respectively. In observation, they were applied 1 maximum test with girth, snatch, clean and jerk, full squat and deadlift. Before and after, training period measurement and test values compared via Paired T test. Before the training period when TMAG and MAG test values were compared on snatch, there was an important difference in 1 maximum test. However, after training period, there were differences among snatch, clean and jerk, squat and deadlift test values of TMAG. There were many important differences between first and last measurements of circumference in terms of calf and femur. According to our results, complementary maximal strength trainings are effective than maximal strength training
