Information about the presentation by librarian Kiang-Koh Lai Lin discussed during the 68th IFLA Council and General Conference held on August 18 to 24, 2002 in Glasgow, Scotland is presented. It highlighted the efforts of the Singapore National Library Board to invest more resources in upgrading and improving its infrastructure, facilities and services to the public. It covered the services for children and young adults at the community libraries and the Community Children's Libraries.
