Wind energy occupies are a rather important place in the balance of global “green” generation. Wind energy directly depends on the wind speed in the region under consideration. The highest average wind speed during the year is observed in the Bukhara region of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Vertical wind generators are widely used to collect the energy of natural wind and air movement generated by traffic into electricity. In order to effectively use the power of natural wind and air turbulence that occurs during the movement of vehicles, it is proposed to install vertical wind generators on the side of highways of international importance in the Bukhara region at certain intervals of the road.

Dielectric and microwave properties of ceramics based on binary systems Bi2Ti2O7-TiO2 and Bi2Ti4O11-TiO2 were studied. In order to obtain dielectric materials with high stability of temperature coefficient of resonance frequency, high values of dielectric permittivity and quality factor modification of ceramics by chemical elements with different valence and ionic radii was performed. It is established, that on the basis of Bi2Ti4O11-TiO2 system, it is possible to receive microwave materials for manufacturing of resonators. It is shown that the introduction of different valence ions in the Bi2Ti2O7-TiO2 system allows to change its basic dielectric parameters in given limits and directed to choose the optimal composition of ceramics for the development of materials that can be used, for example, when creating storage capacitors.

The conditions for the preparation of ceramic piezomaterials with low temperatures of synthesis and sintering have been studied. It is obtained that the materials based on the double system0.2Pb(Nb2/3Zn1/3)O3-0.8Pb(Zr0.5Ti0.5)O3, alloyed with gallium and manganese ions and the triple system 0.41Pb(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.23PbZrO3-0.36PbTiO3, alloyed with zinc and copper ions can be used in multilayer devices. It is shown that the lead-free ceramic material of the composition. (Na0.5Bi0.5)0.91Сd0.09TiO3can be used in sensors and actuators.
