An alarm or an alarm system is a device that warns or detects any violation of privacy in different places by making noise, sound, or warning the person in a variety of ways, including via email, SMS, phone call, or sounding. Alarms that are currently available in the market have different shapes and types. Generally, they have a common structure and their main purpose is similar to each other. There is another type of burglar alarm in the market, which is used today in certain places to protect property and assets, and in certain organizations such as banks and car alarms. This paper applies a new state feedback control to a distributed secondary voltage and frequency control in an islanded microgrid. The problem is focused on the output consensus of the multi-agent systems, which is converted to a first-order dynamic system. The inverter-based distributed generations play as agents in the proposed control strategy. It is assumed that the distributed generators communicate through a communication network modeled by a directed graph (digraph). The distributed output consensus is used to design the secondary controllers. Such innovative controllers synchronize distributed generators' output voltages and frequencies to their reference values by a novel state feedback approach. Compared to the existing consensus protocols, the proposed method provides a different innovative solution to the secondary voltage and frequency control of microgrids, which has a better response in case of communication failures. Over the last decades, with the increase in the use of harmonic source devices, the filtering process has received more attention than ever before. Digital relays operate according to accurate thresholds and precise setting values. In signal flow graphs of relays, the low-pass filter plays a crucial role in prefiltering and purifying waveforms performance estimating techniques to estimate the expected impedances, currents, voltage etc. The main process is conducted in the CPU through methods such as Man and Morrison, Fourier, Walsh-based techniques, least-square methods etc. To purify waveforms polluted with loworder harmonics, it is necessary to design and embed cutting frequency in a narrow band which would be costly. In this article, a technique is presented which is able to eliminate specified harmonics, noise and DC offset, attenuate whole harmonic order and hand low-pass filtered signals to CPU.
