From the appearance of Russian literature in the 17th century to the present day, in Russian culture the tradition of interpretation of biblical psalms exists for more than 350 years. Using the psalms, the poets competed in versification, presented their philosophical and social ideas, current for their time. We can find the interpretations of the psalms in the texts of the most outstanding Russian poets, such as M. Lomonosov, G. Derzhavin, W. Küchelbecker, K. Balmont, V. Briúsov. Our research is dedicated to the study of this tradition in the period of the 20th century. In the article, for the first time, the texts of the poetic interpretations of the psalms of that period are gathered and analyzed. The historical-comparative and hermeneutical analysis of the texts allowed a detailed description of the interpretations. In the conclusion, it is shown that the 20th century is distinguished by the difference in techniques of adaptation of the biblical text in poetic works. All the previous tendencies of interpretation are repeated: from the literal translation that copies the vocabulary, syntactic constructions and the semantics of the psalms, or the reproduction of the Masonic poetry tradition of the 18th century, to the experiments of G. Sapgir. This study is substantial in describing the tradition of transcriptions of psalms, which has received little attention in literary studies., A partir de la aparición de la literatura rusa en el siglo XVII hasta nuestros días en la cultura rusa nació y existió más de 350 años la tradición de la interpretación de los salmos bíblicos. Utilizando los salmos, los poetas competían en la versificación, presentaban sus ideas filosóficas y sociales, actuales para su época. Encontramos textos de las interpretaciones de los salmos de los poetas rusos más destacados, tales como M. Lomonosov, G. Derzhavin, W. Küchelbecker, K. Balmont, V. Briúsov. Nuestra investigación está dedicada al estudio de esta tradición en el período del siglo XX. En el artículo por primera vez se reúnen y se analizan los textos de las interpretaciones poéticas de los salmos de dicho período. El análisis histórico-comparativo y hermenéutico de los textos ha permitido hacer una descripción detallada de las interpretaciones. En la conclusión está demostrado que el siglo XX se distingue por la diferencia de técnicas de la adaptación del texto bíblico en las obras poéticas. Se repiten todas las tendencias anteriores de la interpretación: desde la traducción literal que copia el vocabulario, construcciones sintácticas y la semántica de los salmos, hasta los experimentos de G. Sapgir. Nuestra investigación podrá ser un paso importante en la descripción de la tradición, que hasta hoy día queda muy poco investigada, de la interpretación poética de los salmos bíblicos., С зарождения русской литературы в XVII веке и до наших дней в русской культуре возникло и просуществовало более 350 лет явление поэтических переложений библейских псалмов. На материале псалмов поэты состязались в технике стихосложения, представляли актуальные для своей эпохи философские и социальные воззрения. Переложения псалмов находим у таких выдающихся русских поэтов, как М.В. Ломоносов, Г.Р. Державин, В.К. Кюхельбекер, К.Д. Бальмонт, В.Я. Брюсов. В данной работе авторы обратились к изучению традиции в период ХХ века. В статье впервые собраны и проанализированы тексты поэтических переложений псалмов указанного периода. Историко-сопоставительный и герменевтический анализ собранных текстов позволил описать тенденции переложений и сделать вывод о том, что ХХ век отличается разнообразием техник введения библейского текста в поэтическое произведение. Он повторяет все выработанные ранее тенденции: от буквальной передачи лексики, синтаксиса и семантики псалма до экспериментов Генриха Сапгира. Данное исследование является важной вехой в описании традиции переложений псалмов, почти не освещенной в литературоведении.

Nowadays education can not only be studied within the framework of a country's internal politics, because, across national boundaries, education, like all spheres of human activity, tends to be global. And so it becomes one of the resources of the foreign policy of the states: a powerful and long-term perspective tool. Lately, many states support the development of soft power politics, and Education is a part of this strategy as one of the main instruments to create a positive image of the country abroad. Because of this, international collaboration in the field of Education is part of the geopolitical interests of the state. We consider that it is a current issue, not only to study the importance of international educational collaboration within the framework of the social policy of the country, as well as to analyze it from the point of view of international relations. In the article we research the comparative analysis of the foreign cultural policy of Russia and Spain. We describe the experience of the creation of the first Double Degree programs between Russia and Spain in the context of the educational development strategies of the two countries. We analyze the first results of the operation of these programs which represented a very important progress in the international collaboration of the two countries. Hoy en día la Educación no puede ser estudiada solamente en el marco de la política interior de un país, porque, cruzando las fronteras nacionales, la Educación, igual que todas las esferas de la actividad humana, tiende a ser global. Y así se va convirtiendo en uno de los recursos de la política exterior de los estados, recursos potentes y perspectivos a largo plazo. Últimamente, muchos estados apuestan por el desarrollo de la política del poder blando, y la Educación, desde luego, forma parte de esta estrategia como uno de los instrumentos principales de la creación de la imagen positiva del país en el extranjero. Debido a esto, la colaboración internacional en la esfera de la Educación forma parte de la esfera de los intereses geopolíticos del estado. Consideramos muy actual no solamente hacer el estudio de la importancia de la colaboración internacional educativa en el marco de la política social del país, sino analizarla desde el punto de vista de las perspectivas de relaciones internacionales. En el artículo se investiga y se hace el análisis comparativo de la política cultural exterior de Rusia y España; se estudia la experiencia de la creación de los primeros programas de Doble Titulación entre Rusia y España en el contexto de las estrategias del desarrollo de la Educación de los dos países. Se analizan los primeros resultados del funcionamiento de dichos programas, que supusieron un avance muy importante en la colaboración internacional de los dos países.

The article describes the difficulties of the subjunctive mood at the level of knowledge, understanding and practical usage that may occur in the classroom of Russian speakers studying Spanish as a foreign language and offers strategies for learning, traditional for the Russian linguistic school, in classes with Russian-speakers., En el artículo se describen las dificultades del tema Modo Subjuntivo a nivel de conocimiento, comprensión y práctica de uso que pueden aparecer en el aula de hablantes de ruso que estudian español como lengua extranjera y se ofrecen unas estrategias de aprendizaje, tradicionales para la escuela lingüística rusa, en las clases con rusoparlantes.
