The cubic q -rung orthopair fuzzy set (Cq-ROFS) is a basic simplification of several fuzzy notions, including fuzzy set (FS), interval valued FS (INVFS), intuitionistic FS (INTFS), q -rung orthopair FS (q-ROFS), and INV q -rung orthopair FS (INVq-ROFS). By the degrees of INVq-ROFS and q-ROFS, Cq-ROFS exposes fuzzy judgement, and this is one of the advanced mathematical tools to handle more complicated assessment information in multiple attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) problems. In this article, firstly, encouraged from power average (PA) operator, generalized MSM operator, and generalized dual MSM operator, two novel aggregation operators (AOs) such as cubic q -rung orthopair fuzzy power generalized Maclaurin symmetric mean (Cq-ROFPWGMSM) operator and cubic q -rung orthopair fuzzy power generalized dual Maclaurin symmetric mean (Cq-ROFPWGDMSM) operator are initiated by merging PA operator with GMSM and GDMSM operators and some core characteristics of these AOs are investigated. Furthermore, some core cases with respect to different general parameters values are also investigated and found that some aggregation operators are special cases of the initiated AOs. Secondly, the weighted form of these newly initiated aggregation operators is also offered. Thirdly, two MAGDM models are offered based on Cq-OFPGWMSM and Cq-ROFPGWDMSM operators. Lastly, a numerical example about the selection of the best assistant professor of the year is taken as an application to show the effectiveness and capability of the initiated approaches. The delivery of unified intelligent services is accomplished through a networked environment comprised of a wide array of electronic devices. Through the use of Internet of Things (IoT) technology, smart homes collect data from their surroundings and use it to improve their tenants' lives. Remote control, real-time monitoring, and a fire alarm are all characteristics of smart home security. Since smart homes hold personally identifying information about their residents, security is critical to ensure their reliability and prevent data breaches. In this paper, a certificateless online/offline signcryption (COOS) technique for IoT-enabled smart homes is proposed. The proposed solution takes advantage of a resource-constrained smart home device–friendly algorithm known as the Hyperelliptic Curve Cryptosystem (HCC). The suggested approach satisfies the security requirements of unforgeability, confidentiality, resistance to replay attacks, and non-repudiation. The complexity analysis in terms of communicational and computational costs demonstrates the efficiency of the proposed scheme. Finally, we validate the security against Man-In-The-Middle-Attack (MITM) and anti-reply attacks using Automated Validation of Internet Security Protocols and Applications (AVISPA). Prior to COVID-19, the tourism industry was one of the important sectors of the world economy. This study intends to measure the perception of Chinese tourists concerning the spread of COVID-19 in China. The crowding perception, xenophobia, and ethnocentrism are the measurement indicators of the study. A five-point Likert scale is used to predict the perception of the tourists in various destinations. The Kaiser–Mayer–Olkin test and Cronbach's alpha are conducted to ensure the validity and reliability of the corresponding items. SPSS version 21 is used to obtain factor loading, mean values, and standard deviation. Regression analysis is used to measure the strength of the constructs' relationship and prove the hypotheses. Questionnaires have been filled from 730 Chinese respondents. Artificial neural networks and confusion matrices are used for validation and performance evaluation, respectively. Results show that crowding perception, xenophobia, and ethnocentrism caused the spread of COVID-19 during the epidemic. Hence, the tourism industry in China is adversely affected by COVID-19. The crisis management stakeholders of the country need to adopt policies to reduce the spread of COVID-19. The tourism sector needs to provide confidence to the tourists. Video summarization is applied to reduce redundancy and develop a concise representation of key frames in the video, more recently, video summaries have been used through visual attention modeling. In these schemes, the frames that stand out visually are extracted as key frames based on human attention modeling theories. The schemes for modeling visual attention have proven to be effective for video summaries. Nevertheless, the high cost of computing in such techniques restricts their usability in everyday situations. In this context, we propose a method based on KFE (key frame extraction) technique, which is recommended based on an efficient and accurate visual attention model. The calculation effort is minimized by utilizing dynamic visual highlighting based on the temporal gradient instead of the traditional optical flow techniques. In addition, an efficient technique using a discrete cosine transformation is utilized for the static visual salience. The dynamic and static visual attention metrics are merged by means of a non-linear weighted fusion technique. Results of the system are compared with some existing stateof-the-art techniques for the betterment of accuracy. Rivest, Shamir, & Adleman (RSA), bilinear pairing, and elliptic curve are well-known techniques/algorithms for security protocols. These techniques suffer from higher computation and communication costs due to increased sizes of parameters, public keys, and certificates. Hyper-elliptic curve has lower parameter size, public key size, and certificate size. The aim of the proposed work is to reduce the computational cost and communication cost. Furthermore, we validate the security properties of our proposed scheme by using the well-known simulation tool called automated validation of Internet security protocols and applications. Our approach ensures security properties such as resistance against replay attack, confidentiality, authenticity, unforgeability, integrity, non-repudiation, public verifiability, and forward secrecy.
