Introduction: About 18% patients with chronic varicose veins are accompanied by the appearance of trophic ulcers, among patients with diabetes mellitus, this indicator is about 4-10% of patients. The presence of a trophic defect greatly affects the quality of life of patients and, without adequate treatment, leads to disability. The aim of the study is to assess effectiveness of the venous and diabetic trophic ulcers treatment with use of plasmatherapy (PRP). Materials and Methods: Total of 48 persons with trophic ulcers were divided into two groups: 1st group - 24 patients with chronic varicose veins class C6 according to CEAP classification, 2nd group - 24 patients with diabetes mellitus type 2, moderate severity, compensatory stage, diabetic foot syndrome II st. by E. Wagner. Patients were matched according to age, sex, and average duration of wound’s defect (8 mo), average wound area of 6.4 cm2. Before inclusion in the study patients had a specific etiopathogenetic treatment, up to complete wound purification, confirming on the results of bacteriological analysis. The course of PRP-therapy was started for the trophic ulcer on reparation phase. The regiment was consisted of 3 procedures of intradermal injections 1 time per week. For evaluation of the wound healing dynamics, electron application LesionMeter was used at the baseline and 4 weeks after starting treatment. Results: After PRP-therapy a positive effect was observed in 100% of patients. In the 1st group 91.7% (22 patients) achieved complete epithelization and connective tissue scar formation after 4 procedures; in the 2nd group, this figure was achieved in 58.3% (14 patients). Discussion: The lower rate of complete epithelization in patients in the 2nd group was due to the location of the trophic ulcer on the surface that is most exposed to pressure and trauma during movement (plantar surface of the foot)., Giriş: Kronik variköz ven hastalarının %18’inde, diyabet hastalarının yaklaşık &4-10’unda tropik ülser gözlenmektedir. Tropik hasar hastalarının hayat kalitesini önemli şekilde etkilemekte ve yetersiz tedavi sakatlıklara yol açmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı venöz ve diyabetik tropik ülser hastalarında plazmaterapi (PRP) tedavisinin etkinliğini araştırmaktır. Materyal ve Metodlar:Toplam 48 tropik ülser hastası iki ayrı gruba ayrıldı. Grup I 24 hasta CEAP sınıflandırılmasına göre C6 seviyesinde kronik variköz ven, Grup II de Tip 2 Diyabetli 24 hasta, orta derece, kampensatuvar seviye E. Wagner’e göre diyabetik ayak sendromu II bulunmaktadır. Hastalar yaş, cinsiyet, yara defekti süresi (8 ay), ortalama yara alanı 6,4 cm2 olmak üzere eşleştirildi. Bu çalışmada, hastalar özel bir etiyopatogenetik bir tedavi aldılar. Sonuçlar bakteriyolojik analiz ile teyit edildi. PRP tedavisi tropik ülserin onarım aşamasında başlandı. Tedavi haftada 1 kere intradermal olarak 3 kez uygulandı. Yara iyileşmesi değerlendirilmesi, tedavinin başında ve 4.hafta sonunda Lesion- Meter elektron uygulaması ile yapıldı. Sonuçlar: PRP tedavisi sonrası hastaların %100’ünde pozitif etkileri görüldü. Grup I’de %91,7 (22 hasta), Grup II’de %58,3 (14 hasta) hastada tam bir epitelnasyon ve konnektif doku skar oluşumu, 4 hafta sonunda gözlendi. Tartışma: Grup II hastalardaki düşük tam epitelizasyonunun, basınç ve travmaya hareket sırasında fazla maruz kalınan bir bölge oluşmasından (ayak plantar yüz) dolayıdır.

The article is dedicated to the development of new and improvement of existing theoretical and methodological basis of form ing and developing the market of organic products, its correspondence to the present-day situation, determination of problemsand ways of their solving, introduction in practical activity of Ukrainian enterprises. The main objective of the article is to deter mine the specific features of forming and developing organic products market in Ukraine, and the perspective directions of its development based on analysis and practice of functioning of such markets in the world. The environmentally sound productsmarket in the world is being analyzed, some information on the countries with the most commodity turnover of organic products,structure of international market of organic products, volumes of sales of organic products in the European countries is pro vided. As a result of studying the modern trends of economic development the authors reach a conclusion on problems of stan dard introduction, investigate the European norms and requirements for organic products. The conducted research allows dis tinguishing the basic features of Ukrainian market of organic products: it quickly grows, which makes it especially appealing forthe participants of market relations, however entry into this market requires considerable capital investments and is character ized by high risk; criteria for qualifying products as environmentally sound products are unstructured and unclear. The potential for growth of organic products market in Ukraine is examined.

Issues of the impact of pricing policy, enterprise equipment, financial risks and the over-expenditure of transport-forwarding service time upon the competitiveness of transport-forwarding companies have been considered in the paper.

Chromosomal analyses were performed in blood lymphocytes of 33 persons previously occupationally exposed to ionizing radiation. An increased frequency of chromosome aberrations, mainly dicentrics, a long time, up to 47 years after exposure, suggests that it is possible to use the method of unstable aberration analysis for assessment of previous radiation exposure. The enhanced yield of dicentrics was observed in persons who may have received irradiations above permitted limits. The aberrations represent a residue from a higher initially induced incidence. They can not be used reliably for retrospective dosimetry but do provide a marker for old exposure.

Thirteen blood samples of thallium-poisoned people were cytogenetically investigated. The thallium concentration in blood varied from 25 to 2700 mug/L. The mean frequency of chromosomal aberrations in the poisoned group significantly exceeded our control level (7.08 +/--2.19% and 2.03 +/--0.25, p < .001). The rate of single fragments was significantly higher in poisoned group (7.77 +/- 2.68% and 1.59 +/- 0.23% , p < .001) while the frequencies of other types of chromosomal aberrations were similar in both groups. It is possible that thallium is an S-dependent clastogenic agent because the majority of the structural aberrations are of the chromatid type. Irrespective of mechanisms, damage to genetic material was revealed in thallium-poisoned people.
