In this research, one-pot multicomponent reactions of isatins, electron deficient acetylenic compounds, α-haloketones, ammonium acetate, isocyanates and hydrazonoyl chlorides in aqueous media at room temperature was investigated for the production of novel derivatives of pyrimidotriazinoazepine in excellent yields. The synthesized pyrimidotriazinoazepines have OH and NH functional groups that have acidic hydrogen and show high antioxidant activity. These synthesized compounds also displayed antimicrobial activity by using the disk diffusion procedure and two Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. The employed process for production of pyrimidotriazinoazepines has some benefits such as short time of reactions, excellent efficiency of product and easy separation of products. In medicinal chemistry, the heterocyclic compounds have a well-known subject due to having wide area of biological activities of these compounds. Therefore these compounds are very important and for the synthesis of these compounds existed many procedures. Multicomponent reactions (MCRs) is one of the process for the preparation of biological activities heterocyclic compounds with many benefits such as having atom economic, an useful and excellent efficiency in the generation of heterocyclic compounds relative to many stage reactions for preparation of organic compounds The present procedure avoids the use of toxic solvent. Ag/Fe3O4/SiO2@MWCNTs MNCs magnetic nanocomposites as an effective catalyst was employed for generating of imidazopyrimidine derivatives in high yields. The structure of synthesized nanoatalyst was confirmed by SEM, XRD, TEM, VSM, EDX and XPS analysis. These new compounds were synthesized by using multicomponent reaction of cyclic guanidine derivatives, electron deficient acetylenic compounds, tert‐butyl isocyanide, ethyl bromopyruvate and synthesized nanocatalyst in aqueous media at room temperature. It should be mentioned that the high performance of nanocatalyat was synthesized by using water extract of Petasits hybridus leaves, which was utilized in these reactions for many times to confirm the reusability of nanocatalyst. The antioxidant property of new synthesized imidazopyrimidine was evaluated by two procedures and compound 5 b have the high property relative to other compounds. Also, the antimicrobial activity of new generated imidazopyrimidine was evaluated by disk distribution process utilizing two kinds of Gram‐negative bacteria and Gram‐positive bacteria; proving bacterial growth was stopped by using of these compounds. Also, to better understanding reaction mechanism density functional theory (DFT) based quantum chemical methods have been applied. Applied to the preparation of imidazopyrimidine derivatives, this method has short reaction times, high product yields, and the ability to separate catalyst and product using simple procedures. In this study, new indenopyrimidin-1,2,4-triazol derivatives were synthesized in high yields using multicomponent reactions of ninhydrins, guanidine, alkyl bromides, aldehydes and hydrazonoyl chloride in the presence of Fe3O4/CuO/ZnO@Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotube Magnetic Nanocomposites (Fe3O4/CuO/ZnO@MWCNT MNCs) as a high performance catalyst in water at room temperature. The Fe3O4/CuO/ZnO@MWCNT MNCs was prepared using Petasites hybridus rhizome water extract as a green media and moderate base. This procedure had some benefits such as short reaction time, products with excellent yields, simple catalyst and products separation. The Fe3O4/CuO/ZnO@MWCNT MNCs was showed a good improvement in the yield of the product and displayed significant reusable activity as well. Investigation of antioxidant ability of synthesized compounds using radical trapping of diphenyl-picrylhydrazine (DPPH) and ferric reduction power experiment were another purpose in this research. Green chemistry is the use of a set of principles to reduce or eliminate the use or generation of unsafe materials in the design, fabrication and applications of chemical products. Among solvents, water is a green solvents and very suitable for performing organic reaction. The present procedure avoids the use of toxic solvent. Substituted 1,2,4-triazoles and their derivatives are key skeleton of many biologically active molecules and important organic compounds that exhibit wide applications in pesticides, medicines, functional materials and organocatalysts. In this research the preparation of pyrimidoisoquinoline derivatives were performed by using four-component reactions of 4-aminocumarin, isocyanides, phthalaldehyde and ammonium acetate in the presence of catalytic amounts of KF/CP@MWCNTs NCs as a high performance catalyst in water at room temperature. In addition, because of having two acidic hydrogen we decide that investigate antioxidant activity of synthesized pyrimidoisoquinoline derivatives by DPPH radical trapping and reducing power of ferric ion experiments. In addition, the Gram-positive and negative bacteria disk diffusion research is used for the confirmation of antimicrobial power of some prepared pyrimidoisoquinolines. The outcomes of disk diffusion experiment showed that these compounds resisted the growth of bacteria. Our procedure has a few benefits relative to the reported method such as good rate of reaction, high efficiency, and simple removal of catalyst from mixture of reaction. Multicomponent reactions (MCRs) are more interesting type of reaction due to mixing three or more reactants in one-pot and generating one product and economically useful and environmentally secure than to multi-step methods. In this study, ZnO/Ag/Fe3O4/CNTs nanoparticles (NPs) immobilized on carbon nanotubes (ZnO/Ag/Fe3O4/CNTs) were synthesized using Petasites hybridus rhizome water extract as a renewable, mild, and safe reducing agent and effective stabilizer without adding any surfactants. For the confirmation of the structure of the green synthesized NPs, various methods such as X‐ray diffraction (XRD), FESEM, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Energy‐Dispersive X‐Ray Spectroscopy (EDS), and Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM) were employed. The ZnO/Ag/Fe3O4/CNTs magnetic NPs as a high performance catalyst was employed for the preparation of naphthyridine derivatives in high yields via the multicomponent reactions of phthalaldehyde, 2‐aminoactonitrile, activated acetylenic compounds, α‐haloketones, triphenyphophine, and ammonium acetate in aqueous media at ambient temperature. Due to having isoquinoline core, we investigate antioxidant property of some synthesized compounds by diphenyl‐picrylhydrazine (DPPH) radical trapping and power of ferric reduction experiment. Furthermore, the disk diffusion test on Gram‐positive and Gram‐negative bacteria IS utilized for investigation of antimicrobial activity of some naphthyridines. The achieved outcomes of this experiment demonstrate that these synthesized compounds could prevent from growth of bacteria.
