The fast-paced growth of artificial intelligence applications provides unparalleled opportunities to improve the efficiency of various systems. Such as the transportation sector faces many obstacles following the implementation and integration of different vehicular and environmental aspects worldwide. Traffic congestion is among the major issues in this regard which demands serious attention due to the rapid growth in the number of vehicles on the road. To address this overwhelming problem, in this article, a cloudbased intelligent road traffic congestion prediction model is proposed that is empowered with a hybrid Neuro-Fuzzy approach. The aim of the study is to reduce the delay in the queues, the vehicles experience at different road junctions across the city. The proposed model also intended to help the automated traffic control systems by minimizing the congestion particularly in a smart city environment where observational data is obtained fromvarious implanted Internet of Things (IoT) sensors across the road. After due preprocessing over the cloud server, the proposed approach makes use of this data by incorporating the neuro-fuzzy engine. Consequently, it possesses a high level of accuracy by means of intelligent decision making with minimum error rate. Simulation results reveal the accuracy of the proposed model as 98.72% during the validation phase in contrast to the highest accuracies achieved by state-of-the-art techniques in the literature such as 90.6%, 95.84%, 97.56% and 98.03%, respectively. As far as the training phase analysis is concerned, the proposed scheme exhibits 99.214% accuracy. The proposed prediction model is a potential contribution towards smart cities environment. The current research intends to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), customer satisfaction, and customer trust on customer loyalty in the services sector of Pakistan. This research is quantitative in nature and utilized a survey method for data collection. Moreover, the population of this study is those individuals who are using Telecom services in Pakistan. This research used a convenient sampling technique. The completed and usable questionnaires were 212. Moreover, SPSS software was utilized for data analysis. For instance, frequencies, standard deviation, and mean for each understudy variables were analysed using SPSS software. In addition, this research also conducted correlation and regression analysis. Results show that a (i) positive and significant association exists between CSR and customer loyalty, (ii) positive and significant relationship exists between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, (iii) positive and significant association exists between customer trust and customer loyalty. Hence, the findings of this research significantly contribute towards the existing body of knowledge related to the concept of CSR, customer's satisfaction, trust, and loyalty. Thus, offering essential implications for policymakers, specifically for the Telecom sector of Pakistan. Finally, research limitations and suggestions for further studies are also highlighted. Information about the paper titled "Improving Services for Increasing Productivity of Buffalo," presented by the author during the Sixth Asian Buffalo Association Congress in Lahore, Pakistan in 2009, is presented. The paper suggested the establishment of Buffalo Information Centers (BICs) in Asian countries to improve farmers' awareness on the modern technologies. Since the language used is in English and may not be understood by farmers, BICs may print it in the national languages of farmers.

The article focuses on the need to concentrate on improving the productivity of buffalo in Pakistan. It notes that the era between 1950-1970 was considered an "era of antagonism" against the buffalo since its big size required more feed and were suitable for slaughter. It mentions the intention to replace the buffalo with cattle breed but the buffalo was still recognized because of its high survival rate. It presents myths about the buffalo like their low survival rate in terms of the challenges of emerging cross bred cattle and higher maintenance requirements. It further discusses the results of a study which negate the myths.
