Purpose: This paper explored how investors in PSX and PMEX make investment decisions that either contribute to the success of PSX and PMEX or seem irrational to them because of the same behavioral factors. Design/Methodology/Approach: This qualitative study is aiming at the examination of new features in behavioral finance by shedding light on the representative bias, availability bias, and anchoring bias as they relate to decision making among individual investors in Pakistan. This research will select Stock Broker's Individual Investors in PSX and PMEX to be the unit of analysis for the research of heuristic components. Findings: The analysis of this qualitative research explored that investor in this study use behavioral factors to make their investment decision making, but not have negative experiences using these heuristics. However, their experiences suggest that investors tend to rely on past information from companies which shows that representative heuristic effect investors decision making as well as availability heuristic in investment decision making make investors to take decision irrationally by listening to rumors and tips from broker, friends and family. Purpose: This research study presents empirical evidence supporting the practicality of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) when it comes to predicting intentions and behaviors in Pakistan's organic food industry. The study builds upon prior research by conducting a comprehensive examination of the various components of the TPB. Design/Methodology/Approach: The data collection process involved selecting 350 consumers as the target sample using the purposive sampling technique. The data collection period spanned over a duration of two months. To analyze the data, Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using Smart PLS 4.0 was employed. Implications/Originality/Value: The study highlights the importance of attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control in predicting intentions related to organic food consumption. It provides theoretical contributions by extending the research on the TPB model, emphasizing the role of environmental knowledge as a moderator, and revealing insights into the significant relationship between attitude, subjective norms, perceived control behaviour and purchase intention and shows significant and positive impact of environmental knowledge between independent and dependent variables.

Purpose: The Pakistan Stock Exchange is a medium for investment in Pakistan financial markets as well as in an international market and give an opportunity to investors in Pakistan to trade shares and contracts through brokers. This research investigates the behavioral factors that influence decision making of investors in PSX that contribute towards the success of PSX and as well as sometimes due to these factors make investment decision making of investors irrational. Design/Methodology/Approach: The data analysis of the research is from use of the quantitative method using Smart PLS 4 using Partial Least Square by utilizing non probability convenience sampling through PSX brokers. Findings: Findings of the research shows that Availability Heuristic, Representative Heuristic, Price Anchoring and Overconfidence heuristic have their influence on individual investor’s decision making at PSX. Implications/Originality/Value: The study discovered that these psychological factors AH, RH, PAH and OCH influence the decision making of Pakistani investor. In the future, investors will need to recognize and understand how these psychological factors may affect their decision-making. By increasing awareness, investors may be able to strengthen the rationality of their investment decisions and, consequently, the efficiency of the market. It's also critical to comprehend how investors make decisions in different geographic and demographic contexts.

This paper aims to facilitating condition on behavioral intention using Islamic financial technology (Islamic Fintech). This paper reviews the most recent literature differences between UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance, and Use of Technology) and UTAUT 2 (Unified Theory of Acceptance, and Use of Technology). Academic degree was one of the contributes to management in this study to bridging the knowledge gap by integrating eight theories of technology acceptance models (TAMs). These theories hold that there are seven models accepted on behavioral intention. Acceptance model's explanatory strength can be demonstrated by the analysis of N = 950 responses from respondents about Islamic Fintech use on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) website, which shows that these theories play a moderating role. These theories provide many tests to demonstrate the model's explanatory strength. The results indicated a very high significance for the target variables at a 95% confidence level. There was a significant reduction in the relationship between Effort Expectancy and Behavioral Intention when the average age was considered, which resulted in a 54% and 29.9% increase in the explanatory power of the survey. It was unexpected to find that Language moderates the relationship between Hedonic Motivation and Behavioral Intention by factors of 29.9% and 31.5%, respectively. According to Behavioral Intention and Usage Behaviour must be differentiated, and to achieve technological forecasting goal in Saudi Banks, Islamic Fintech will need to increase R-squared by 57.1%. Meanwhile, Academic Degree provide a facilitating condition between BI and Use Behavior to distinguish between acceptance and use of Islamic Fintech, where the interdependence of social, environmental, and technological factors, all of which was analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling.

Purpose: Online education became very popular during the COVID 19 pandemic. Teachers and students who never had experienced online learning before had to adopt this mode of learning and teaching because of special circumstances created by the pandemic disease. Since it was a forced transition from traditional to this new mode of learning it is imperative to understand the factors which lead to the satisfaction of Online learnersDesign/Methodology/Approach: To understand this quantitative study was conducted with a sample of 299 participants. Female participants were 113 and male participants were 186. Survey participants included Ph.D., Ms or MPhil, Masters Degree, and Bachelors Degree program students. Most of the participants were from the Bachelor's degree program. The majority of the participants were from Karachi but some students also participated from Kohat, Islamabad, and Shikarpur. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires based on purposive and snowball sampling. Findings: Data Analysis reveals that participants (both males and females) value the following variables learner’s computer anxiety, course flexibility, course quality, technology dimension, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use for a satisfying online learning experience. Implications/Originality/Value: The findings of the study can be used by universities for designing their online education program. Purpose: The main reason behind carrying out this research is to explain the current position of Pakistan’s automobile industry, what the customer expectations are and what they are doing to achieve quality standards and to meet the expectations of the customer and fulfill their satisfaction.The combination of questions addressed in this research has not been worked upon before(Adeel, 2019) Design/Methodology/Approach: As per the nature of this study, non-random sampling techniques used to collect the data. The sample size for current study was 231 customers of local and important vehicles as participants selected. To test the proposed model, a structured questionnaire was used to collect the data. Findings: Results that arise in quantitative data show customer satisfaction towards internal features of vehicles and successfully identify what factors having the highest impact on customer satisfaction are feeling, interior refinement, safety and ambient light Implications/Originality/Value: This will aid car manufacturers to do better market segmentation to target customers living in different cities of Pakistan as well as aid car dealers to know their customer needs regarding car. Moreover, when bigger sample size is used results may be differ from our results as more people will be engaged in survey from all over Pakistan that will help future researchers to know psychographic of people living in non-identical places of Pakistan.

Purpose: The study aims to identify the risk factors that are associated with the housing projects in Pakistan based on their relative importance. Moreover, this study intends to highlight the extreme, high and low risks that are involved in housing projects. Design/Methodology/Approach: The study adopts the quantitative research method and conducted a survey through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire. The study has collected 168 responses from the project managers, contractors, designers and consultants of housing projects in Pakistan. In order to examine the relative importance of the risk, the study has applied the Relative Importance Index (RII) method to analyse the risks. Findings: The results of the study depict that there are five extreme risks, ten high risks and 13 low risks which may contribute harm the sustainability of the housing projects. Moreover, all the critical risk factors have high probability of occurrence and extreme impact on the sustainability of the housing projects in Pakistan. Implications/Originality/Value: The practitioners are recommended to develop such projects that should not damage the ecology of the region in which they are located. Also the land should be determined on the basis of sociological and environmental consideration and not on land value alone.

Purpose: Online retailing has grown tremendously over the last decade, particularly in the COVID 19 period but little attention has been given to ethical problems arising from it. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of e-retailing ethics on consumer repurchase intention aiming to highlight the significance of ethical consideration in e-retailing business..   Design/Methodology/Approach: This is a quantitative study and the sample size is 212 participants. Male participants were 129 and  Female participants were  83. Respondents mainly included consumers with varying frequencies of online purchasing. The conceptual framework comprised of reliability, non-deception, security, trust and e-service quality as independent variables moderated by shopping habits. The dependent variable was repurchase intention. PlS-SEM was used to analyze the data. The participants mostly were residents of Karachi. Findings: The repurchase intention of consumers is directly impacted by three independent variables of e-retailing ethics out of five tested in the study i.e. E-service quality, reliability and non-deception while remaining variables trust and security proved insignificant. The study results further revealed that reliability, non-deception, and e-service quality are also positively moderated by shoping habits while security and trust proved insignificant. Implications/Originality/Value: The findings can be used by online retailing outlets to design marketing strategies for successfully running their store.

Purpose: The purpose of this research study is to gain an insight into the role played by Social Media Reviews in capturing Brand Trust and Brand Loyalty. The study has been conducted in the fast food industry (local burger joints) available in Karachi, Pakistan. This research study is quantitative in nature. Design/Methodology/Approach: This research study is quantitative in nature. It is an explanatory research under which deductive hypotheses testing has been used. The research instrument used is questionnaire and data has been analyzed through Correlation and Regression Analysis, using SPSS software Findings: The findings of this research study suggest that there is a significant and positive relationship between Social Media Reviews (independent variable) and Brand Trust and Brand Loyalty (dependent variables).  The findings also suggest that if consumers are more inclined towards the online reviews given by other consumers, their trust and loyalty towards the specific brand in question will tend to increase. Implications/Originality/Value: This research paper adds to the existing body of knowledge on the role of Social Media Reviews given by the consumers on different social media platforms. This research paper will add value by deciphering and explaining the relationship that exists between social media reviews and brand relationship outcomes like Brand Trust and Brand Loyalty

Purpose:This article evaluates the impact of project risk management (PRM) and leadership development (LD) on the project success (PS). The aim of the study is to investigate the linkage between PRM and PS, to study the relationship between LD and PS. To evaluate the moderating effect of Risk Manager on relationship between PRM and PS; and between LD and PS. Design/Methodology/Approach:The study was intended to understand the relationship of LD and PRM with PS in the overall setting of different construction projects in Karachi and surroundings. The research was carried out adopting a quantitative method using the deductive approach, by using statistical techniques to identify the casual relationship between variables. The data was collected through survey questionnaires. Findings:Our research results empirically support the hypothesized relationship between PRM and PS. Significant correlation was found between LD and PS at tow-tailed level with a value of .542** at p= .000 indicating high level of significance. Implications/Originality/Value:This research was conducted in and around Karachi city on the construction projects from public and private sector. The future research may be conducted with the same variables on all types of projects of Pakistan for generalizability of results.

Purpose: The article covers the prospects, challenges and criticism of Islamic Banking. There is still a confusion among people about the differences in Islamic and commercial banking. The implementation of Islamic banking is not as per the true spirit with which it was started.    Methodology/Approach: A systematic literature review was conducted and a thorough research was carried out by studying 2725 articles and finally qualifying thirty articles (30 articles) for the review Findings: The results revealed that there is still a confusion among people regarding the difference between Islamic and Conventional banking. The Islamic banks should organize more awareness programs to improve the knowledge of people regarding Islamic banks. The social objectives of Islamic banks are not highlighted from their operations. Implications/Originality/Value: This articles contributes to the literature by giving important insights regarding the Islamic Banking industry. The Islamic Banks can definitely improve by adopting the suggestions given in paper.
