The ongoing Web success can be related to its scalability and sustainability. Web Services (WSs) can provide different patterns for delivering software application abilities and the models by which enterprises and associated parties will trade. WSs represent a flexible way to offer existing components available to applications through the Internet. WSs are a new trend that shares ubiquitous systems with others. The popularity of Web is increasing with their associated systems. These systems play a significant key role as their compromise has a technical effect, and their need is rising. One of these systems is called Technology wireless (NFC). NFC is becoming an active area nowadays. The complexity of setting the NFC increases as the application, system architecture, and associated parts must satisfy various requirements of ever involving project scenarios. Several organizations are getting the benefit from the NFC. This paper will explore and develop an approach of developing a technique that will permit to exchange by technology wireless (NFC) data between the parties within a Web services environment. This technique has an advantage that facilitates the possibility of adopting such a system to decrease the time-cost and effort for staff and customers. Several means of mobile payments technique have been entitled and adopted this service in many countries, e.g., Europe, USA, Asia, and in the Middle East such as Saudi Arabia. Many users of these countries using a smartphone to pay services via their mobile phones for a wide range of activities. Consequently, this paper involves an agile technique of validating Finite State Machine (FSM) and JFLAP tools.

Several countries struggle to deliver cost-effective, quality healthcare services to their patients and citizens. The growth of healthcare services has rapidly increased for both health organizations and industries. The challenge of setting healthcare services remains to increase as system structure needs to satisfy several specifications and requirements of ever serious design scenarios. The industry of healthcare is progressing as the ability of producing a high value quality of service to the community, and this leads to the growth of information technology (IT) which has presented several significant solutions to healthcare services using high quality speed of network communication, mobile and digital technology which should facilitate an accessible to achieve medical services. Hence, this paper proposes and adopts a technique to proof and validate digital healthcare services which illustrates a technological method to produce health services and benefits available by using a distributed system, thus the proposed system will provide Electronic Health Records (EHR) which is using and applying several client technologies such as, web, mobile and personal computer to have a variety of services in the system. Therefore, the EHRs are managed by system modules in different criteria of health records which is shown and applied along with a typical transmission protocol to tame interconnecting between system services and modules.

This paper suggests and develops a technique for a system, which automates instructors' scheduling of timetables to enable them to save time and effort by minimising errors and costs. Automating repetitive manual procedures provides value to instituting timetable processes by providing reliable tables that can be free from mistakes. The growth of automation systems has been significantly increasing for organisations and their customers. As a matter of consequence, the popularity of automation systems is ongoing, and these systems play a critical role as their compromise has a technical impact and the need for them continues to increase. The complexity of setting automation systems continues to grow as the system architecture and applications must fulfill various requirements of ever demanding project scenarios. The automation system refers to the use of machines, devices, control systems and information technologies to increase and optimise productivity in the production of a system and the delivery of services. The correct incentive for applying automation is raising productivity and quality.
