Eğitimde yaygın olarak kullanılmaya başlanan Web 2.0 uygulamaları, öğrenme-öğretme ortamlarında iş birliğini ve aktif katılımı sağlamaktadır. Öğrenmeyi hem eğlenceli hem de anlamlı hâle getiren bu uygulamalar; öğrencilerin motivasyonları, tutumları ve akademik başarıları üzerinde olumlu etki oluşturmaktadır. Bu araştırmanın amacı, Web 2.0 uygulamalarının 5. sınıf öğrencilerinin Türkçe dersindeki akademik başarılarına ve Türkçe dersine yönelik tutumlarına etkisini belirlemektir. Bu amaca yönelik olarak araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 2020-2021 eğitim-öğretim yılında Düzce ili Merkez ilçesinde bulunan İsmetpaşa Ortaokulunun 5/C sınıfı kontrol grubu, 5/D sınıfı deney grubu olmak üzere toplam 59 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma nicel yöntemlerden ön test-son test kontrol gruplu deneysel desenle gerçekleştirilmiştir. "Kök ve ekler" konusu deney grubunda (n=29) Microsoft Teams, Wordart, Coggle, Mentimeter, Wordwall, Quizizz, Socrative ve Kahoot! ile hazırlanan etkinliklerle; kontrol grubunda ise geleneksel yöntemlerle işlenmiştir. Araştırma, altı haftalık (12 ders saati) bir sürede gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma verileri, araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan Türkçe Dersi Başarı Testi ve Kapar Kuvanç (2008) tarafından hazırlanan Türkçe Dersi Tutum Ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler "SPSS 22.00" paket programıyla analiz edilmiştir. Verilerin normallik durumu "Kolmogorov-Smirnov Testi" ile belirlenmiştir. Ulaşılan veriler, normal dağılım gösterdiğinde ve iki değişkenin karşılaştırıldığı durumlarda "Bağımsız Örneklem T Testi" ve "Bağımlı Örneklem T Testi" ile analiz edilmiştir. İki değişkenin karşılaştırıldığı ve verilerin normal dağılmadığı durumlarda ise "Man Whitney-U Testi" yapılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre, Web 2.0 uygulamalarıyla öğretimin gerçekleştirildiği deney grubunda akademik başarı ve Türkçe dersine yönelik tutum puanlarında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Deney grubunun Türkçe dersine yönelik tutum puanlarıyla ilgili cinsiyetler arasında herhangi bir farklılık yoktur fakat başarı puanlarında kız öğrencilerin lehine anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca teknolojik araçlarla günlük 1 saatten fazla oyun oynayan öğrencilerin Türkçe dersine yönelik tutum puanlarının da 1 saatten daha az oyun oynayanlara göre yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Web 2.0 applications that are widely used in education enable collaboration and active participation in learning and teaching environments. These applications that make learning both fun and meaningful; have a positive impact on students' motivations, attitudes and academic achievements. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of Web 2.0 applications on the academic achievements of 5th year students in Turkish course and their attitudes towards Turkish course. For this purpose, the study group includes 5/C class control group of İsmetpaşa Secondary School in the Central District of Düzce province in 2020-2021 academic year, 5/D class experimental group a total of 59 students. The research was carried out by experimental pattern with pre-test-final test control group from quantitative methods. The subject,"Roots and suffixes" was studided in the experimental group (n=29) with activities prepared with Microsoft Teams, Wordart, Coggle, Mentimeter, Wordwall, Quizz, Socrative and Kahoot!; in the control group using traditional methods. The research was carried out in a period of six weeks (12 lessons). The research data were collected with Turkish Lesson Success Test prepared by the researcher and Turkish Course Attitude Scale prepared by Kapar Kuvanç (2008). The data obtained were analyzed with the package program "SPSS 22.00". The state of normality of the data is determined by the "Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test". The data obtained were analyzed by "Independent Samples T Test" and "Paired Samples T Test" when the data was distributed normally and the two variables were compared. In cases where two variables were compared and data were not distributed normally, the "Man Whitney-U Test" was performed. According to the results obtained from the research, that there is statistically significant difference in academic success and attitude scores towards Turkish course in the experimental group where teaching is performed with Web 2.0 applications has been found. There is no difference between the gender regarding the attitude scores of the experimental group to the Turkish course, but there is a significant difference in the achievement scores in favor of female students. In addition, the attitude scores of students who play with technological tools more than 1 hour a day towards Turkish lesson were found to be higher than those who play less than 1 hour.

Amaç: Derin ven trombozu hayatı tehditeden bir patoloji olup uzun dönemde post-trombotik sendrom gibi morbiditeleresebep olmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı popliteal veni açık olan ilio-femoralderin trombozu nedeniyle ultrason ile hızlandırılmış kateter aracılı tromboliztedavisi yapılan hastaların erken ve orta dönem sonuçlarını değerlendirmektir. Gereç ve Yöntem: Kasım 2014-Aralık 2015tarihleri arasında akut iliofemoral derin ven rombozu nedeniyle ultrason ilehızlandırılmış kateter aracılı tromboliz tedavisi uygulanan 18 hasta (11 erkek,7 bayan; ortalama yaş 51,89±16,29 yıl) retrospektif kesitsel olarak planlanan çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Bulgular: Hastaların% 88,9 unda (16/18) komplet tromboliz, 2 hastada parsiyel tromboliz başarıylasağlanmıştır. Pulmoner embolism gözlenmedi. Bir hastada kateter yerinde kanamagözlendi. Parsiyel lizis olan bir hastada altta yatan lezyon balon anjioplastiile başarılı olarak tedavi edilmiştir. Hastane mortalitesi veya ciddi birkomplikasyon gözlenmemiştir. Ortalama takip süresi 31,56±3,35 aydır. Tümhastaların ultrason bulguları, aynı deneyimli bir radyolog tarafındandeğerlendirilmiştir. Dopler ultrasonografi kontrolleri girişim sonrası 1 ve 6.ay ile 1 ve 2. yılda yapılarak raporlanmıştır. İliak ven açıklık oranı % 100saptandı. Fakat sırasıyla 5,6% (1 hasta), 11.1% (2 hasta),16,2% (3 hasta),16,2% (3 hasta) yüzeyel femoral vende yetmezlik saptandı. Sonuç: Çalışmamızınsonuçlarına göre, popliteal veni patent olup ilio-femoral derin ven trombozuolan dikkatli seçilmiş hastalarda ultrason ile hızlandırılmış kateter aracılıtromboliz tedavisi güvenli ve efektif bir metodtur., Purpose: Deep vein thrombosis is a life-threatening pathology which can lead to long-term morbidity due to post-thrombotic syndrome. The aim of this study was to assess early and midterm results of the patients undergoing ultrasound-accelerated catheter-directed thrombolysis for the treatment of acute iliofemoral deep venous thrombosis without popliteal vein thrombosis.Materials and Methods: A total of 18 patients (11 males, 7 females; mean age: 51.89±16.29 years; range, 16 to 72 years) who were diagnosed with acute iliofemoral deep vein thrombosis between November 2014 and December 2015 were included in this retrospective cross-sectional study. Results: Complete thrombolysis was successful in 88.9% (n=16) and in % 11.1 (n=2) patients with partial clot lysis. No pulmonary embolism was seen, while bleeding at the catheter-insertion site was observed in one patient. In another patient, underlying lesions were successfully treated with balloon angioplasty. No in-hospital mortality or severe complications were observed. The mean follow-up was 31.56±3.35 (range, 25 to 37 months). Ultrasound findings of all the patients were evaluated by a single experienced radiologist. Duplex ultrasound was performed at one month, six months, one year, and two years following intervention and the iliac vein patency rate was found to be 100%, while superficial femoral vein insufficiency was in 5.6% (n=1), 11.1% (n=2), 16.2% (n=3), and 16.2% (n=3), respectively.Conclusion: Based on our findings, ultrasound-accelerated catheter-directed thrombolysis is a safe and effective method for carefully selected patients with acute iliofemoral deep vein thrombosis without popliteal vein thrombosis

In this study,cytotoxicity, apoptotic and necrotic effects of Agaricus sylvaticus Schaeff were investigated. The tissue fragmentsfrom taken dry basidiocarps were developed by tissue culture method in maltextract agar. Primer and secondary mycelium were obtained by incubation at 27 °C,darkness for 10 days, respectively. Three pellets were taken from the secondarymycelium and its development completed in 7 days at 140 rpm at 27 °C innutrient broth. The samples were prepared for cytotoxite, apoptotic andnecrotic studies by extracting in 80 °C, 70% ethyl alcohol for 1 hour in asoxlet device. In cytotoxicity studies, sample extract concentrations wereapplied to MCF-7 and L929 fibroblast cells as 0.5 mg / ml, 0.25 mg / ml, 0.125mg / ml, 0.0625 mg / ml and 0.03125 mg / ml. The WST-1 solution was added andthe absorbance was measured in a microplate reader at a wavelength of 440 nm asa result of the incubation. Apoptosis and necrosis were detected in the samecell line as the double staining experiment. Binary staining solution wasprepared and MCF-7 and L929 Fibroblast cells were applied at the sameconcentrations. At the end of the incubation, measurements were done at 20Xmagnification in a fluorescence microscope with FITC and DAPI filter. Toxitevaries depending on concentrations. At dose 0.125mg/ml, in MCF-7 cancer linesshowed 5% cytotoxicity. Cell viability was increased in fibroblast cell linesat all different doses given. Low-grade apoptosis and necrosis have beenobserved.
