The healthcare industry is advancing into the digital age – the "digital health revolution" – due to advances in medical information technologies: information storage, data analysis, mobile, sensors, and genetic information. Those technologies enable the capture and analysis of vast amounts of information about patients and their lifestyle, populations, and environments, and thus develop personalized treatment accordingly. However, while there are numerous studies of personalized medical treatment, we hardly find studies on personalized preventive medicine. Our research targets bridging this gap and combines both research fields to foster personalized preventive medicine. As this goal often requires health-related change in behavior, we believe that encompassing both the design thinking approach and behavioral economics can motivate people to change their current behavioral healthrelated habits to improve their health. Thus, our research goal is devising a personalized, preventive medical infrastructure with recommendations and motivation mechanisms taken from behavioral economics. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
