Moving aerial targets are tracked in new era of integrated computing with intelligent gadgets as well as systems. Traditional matched filter-based techniques estimation performance would suffer significantly when tracking multiple targets, as weak target is obscured by strong target or strong sidelobes. This exploration propose novel method in radar optical communication handling in light of flying objective examination by recurrence transfer speed with mess concealment. The conventional static radar-based Boundary Element mmwave signal bandwidth and frequency development is used here for the high-profile aerial target detection. Following that, adaptive processing based low rant spatio-temporal with MIMO (multiple input multiple output) is used to suppress radar clutter. Signal-to-clutter-plus-noise ratio (SCPNR), detection accuracy, traffic control, congestion control, and mAP (mean average precision) all play a role in the experimental analysis. Simulation results demonstrate proposed techniques efficacy. The proposed technique attained SCPNR of 85%, detection accuracy of 92%, traffic control of 53%, congestion controlof 55%, mAP of 55%. With micrometre resolution, optical coherence tomography (OCT) is a noninvasive cross-sectional imaging method. The centre wavelength and bandwidth of the light source define the theoretical axial resolution; the greater the axial resolution, the broader the bandwidth. The optical wavelength that is employed determines the properties of OCT imaging. In the field of cognitive computing for healthcare, this study suggests an architecture for evaluating artificial intelligence based on neuro-monitoring. In this work, a novel machine learning approach to Internet of Things (IoT) architecture for brain activity analysis based on electroencephalogram (EEG) signal employing semantic analysis of brain neurophysiology is proposed. Here, a neuromonitoring system uses an EEG signal to determine what input to gather. The gathered information is processed for normalisation and noise reduction. Transfer adversarial convolutional architecture is used to choose these processed input features, and reinforcement federated neural networks are used for feature selection and classification. In terms of accuracy, precision, recall, F-1 score, Normalised Square error (NSE), and Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), experimental analysis is examined for a variety of EEG datasets. In our human body bones are the most significant part, which helps people to move and perform several activities. But, the cancer is caused by producing abnormal cell, which is rapidly spread to the whole parts of the body. Bone cancer is one of the critical types due to its malignancy more than other cancers. The approach involves preprocessing and segmentation of input images to remove noise and resize images, followed by feature extraction using a Convolutional histogram of oriented gradients (ConvHisOrGrad). The ROI extraction helps to accurately identify abnormal parts around the cancerous area. The Extreme Deep Convolutional learning machine (Ex‐ConVLM) is used for normal and cancerous bone classification based on the texture properties of bone MRI images. The proposed technique was evaluated using a dataset of 220 bone MRIs for tumor classes classified as necrotic, non‐tumor, and viable‐tumor. Results showed that the proposed technique outperformed existing techniques with the highest accuracy of 97% for the necrotic tumor class, 98.2% for the non‐tumor class, and 98.6% for the viable tumor class. The fine‐tuned model shows promising performance in detecting malignancy in bone based on histological images. In summary, the proposed technique utilizes deep learning architectures and ROI extraction for the accurate identification of abnormal parts in bone MRI images, achieving state‐of‐the‐art performance in the detection and categorization of bone cancers.
