The objective of this study is to examine the impact of liquidity, financial leverage, and company size on financial performance, with the moderation of holistic owner engagement in LQ45 enterprises. The study utilizes secondary data obtained from LQ45 firms that are publicly traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2023. The data were subjected to panel data regression analysis. The findings suggest that liquidity, financial leverage, business size, and holistic owner participation all have an impact on financial success. In addition, the level of owner engagement has a moderating effect on the impact of liquidity, financial leverage, and firm size on financial performance. This study suggests that adopting a comprehensive approach to owner involvement can be an effective strategy for enhancing the financial performance of companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Previous empirical research has yet to examine the impact of comprehensive owner engagement as a moderator on enhancing financial success. According to the findings, a successful approach to enhancing financial performance is to have comprehensive owner engagement in the organization.

This study aims to develop digital-based learning media instruments for first graders on beginner reading materials. This method of research used research and development that uses the ASSURE model. The instrument used questionnaire and validation sheet. Data analysis techniques are performed by calculating the value of the validity test results. The results showed that; 1) A digital-based learning media in the form of audio-visual has been developed using the kinemaster application for beginning reading material for grade I elementary schools which uses 3 stages of the model, namely: Analyze Learning; State Standards and Objectives; Select Strategic Technology, Media and Materials; 2) The results of the validity test on digital-based beginning reading learning media products that have been developed, as a whole are assessed by the material validator and media design. The results of the score by material experts are 89% in the "Very Valid" category, for media design experts it is obtained with 94% in the "Very Valid" category. Thus, it can be concluded that digital-based early reading learning media in Indonesian lessons for grade I elementary schools is very valid to be used as one of the media in Indonesian subjects.

This study aims to analyze the effect of mudharabah financing risk and musyarakah financing risk on the Return On Assets of Shari'a Commercial Banks in Indonesia from 2016 to 2020. Sharia Commercial Bank is a Sharia bank that is related to sharia principles in carrying out its activities. The population in this study was 14 Islamic commercial bank companies in the 2016-2020 period. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a total sample of 11 companies. The data used is secondary data in the form of annual financial statements obtained from the website (www.ojk.co.id). The analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the risk of mudharabah financing has a significant influence on Return On Assets, meanwhile, the risk of musyarakah financing did not affect the Return On Assets of Shari'a Commercial Banks in Indonesia during the 2016-2020 period.

This study discusses the variables that can determine the growth of bank credit in Indonesia. The selected independent variables are the control of third-party funds and operating costs on credit growth. The analytical method used is multiple regression with Probit analysis to see the lag-1 and lag-2 data categories. The results obtained that the Control of Third Parties Funds and Operational Costs on Credit Growth obtained significant results according to the simultaneous hypothesis testing. It means that the third-party funds and the operating costs affect credit growth. Meanwhile, the third-party funds partially influence the dependent variable, namely credit growth. Finally, the operational costs partially influence the dependent variable, namely credit growth.

The present work was performed to identify potential COX-2 inhibitors by employing pharmacophore modeling.Methods: The pharmacophore features consisted of seven features, ie, three hydrophobic, one negative ion, and three hydrogen bond acceptors, which were developed based on the structure of COX-2 inhibitor, (R)-naproxen.Results: The pharmacophore model was validated with a Goodness of Hit (GH score) of 0.754 and the values of AUC100% 0.51. Screening against the ZINC database retrieved 1675 hits, while the molecular docking procedure identified four best hit molecules in term of binding orientation and binding energies, ie, Lig_1805/ZINC103584272 (E = − 11.03 kcal/mol), Lig_553/ZINC408573132 (E = − 10.92 kcal/mol), Lig_680/ZINC103584263 (E = − 10.90 kcal/mol), and Lig_2006/ZINC19324645 (E = − 10.62 kcal/mol).Conclusion: The interactions of the four hits occurred in the binding site as (R)-naproxen did, and interestingly, their binding affinities were stronger than (R)-naproxen, implying their potential as COX-2 inhibitors.Keywords: COX-2 inhibitor, inflammation disease, molecular docking, pharmacophore modeling, ZINC database

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of public complaints services through Doorstops, to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the point of public protests services through Doorstops, and efforts to overcome barriers to the effectiveness of Public Complaints Services through Doorstops in Kebayoran Baru District, South Jakarta Administration, DKI Jakarta Province. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data needed in this study include primary data and secondary data. This research used data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and observation. Informants were determined using purposive sampling and incidental sampling techniques. According to Gibson, Ivancevich, Donnelly (1995), the theory used is the basis for developing a framework of thinking and research instruments. It appears that there are several problems, including the number of complaints received is still very small and even decreased from 2017-2019, the amount of budget used is not proportional to the number of services provided, the service process is still prolonged, there are still some repeated complaints, human resources still lacking, the facilities and infrastructure used are still minimal, and socialization has not been maximized so that it has an impact on decreasing public complaint services. Suggestions to increase productivity and quality of general complaint services, re-evaluate the budget used, increase Human Resources, fulfil infrastructure, and socialize, as well as optimize online-based public complaint services.

Penelitian ini berfokus pada implementasi metode Discovery Learning dalam konteks Kurikulum Merdeka di SMPN 1 Paniai Timur, dengan tujuan utama untuk mengevaluasi efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, melibatkan pengumpulan data melalui asesmen diagnostik dan observasi kelas. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari siswa kelas VII, dan data dikumpulkan melalui pretest dan posttest, serta analisis observasi kegiatan belajar mengajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam skor asesmen diagnostik siswa setelah penerapan metode Discovery Learning. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa metode pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa dan menekankan pada proses eksplorasi serta penemuan mandiri oleh siswa dapat meningkatkan pemahaman materi dan keterampilan kognitif. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa Discovery Learning memfasilitasi pengembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kreativitas, yang merupakan komponen penting dalam pendidikan abad ke-21. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa metode Discovery Learning, ketika diintegrasikan dalam Kurikulum Merdeka, tidak hanya meningkatkan hasil belajar akademik siswa, tetapi juga memperkaya proses pembelajaran dengan pengalaman yang lebih interaktif dan kreatif. Temuan ini menyarankan pentingnya penerapan metode pembelajaran inovatif dalam sistem pendidikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan di masa depan.

The pandemic of the spread of Covid 19 has an impact on all areas, one of which is the family economy. The purpose of this service includes two things, namely assisting the community to recognize and make types of skills in the form of knitting, and to produce products which are then marketed to improve the economy of the community. This service activity method is carried out in three ways, namely training, implementation and mentoring. The subjects of this service activity are members of the community, especially housewives in Rimba Jaya Village in Merauke Regency. The results of this activity include two things, first, the partner community has experienced an increase in knowledge, understanding and skills in knitting by 39.3 percent and an increase in partner skills in the form of bag knitting types, mask models, mask connector models, and hats. and songkok. Second, the products that have been produced have begun to be marketed through online media in Merauke Regency. The achievement of this service is very dependent on the consistency of the spirit of partners to work during a pandemic and becomes the second choice after activities as a farmer.

To find out the distribution of the surface-basement layer of Wangi-Wangi Island, it can be done by calculating the surface layer thickness of each measurement point using microtremor data. The surface layer thickness (h) also indicates the position of the basement to the surface. The microtremor recording data used in this study were 47 data. Furthermore, the data were processed using the HVSR method to obtained the soil predominant frequencies which together with the Vs30 values were used to calculated the h values. The results showed that the thickness of the surface layer or sediment layer of Wangi-Wangi Island was in the range of 5.7339 to 241.2557 meters. Based on its distribution, the areas with a thick surface layer are in the areas of Sombu, North Wandoka, Wandoka, South Wandoka, Pada Raya Makmur and Wanci. In the case of a disaster, these areas are thought to have the most potential to experience damage if an earthquake shakes.

Abstrak Pulau Buru merupakan salah satu pulau penambangan emas dan banyak dilakukan secara illegal dengan melibatkan penggunaan merkuri untuk alat bantu dalam proses ekstraksi emas melalui proses amalgamasi. Merkuri merupakan bahan kimia yang berbahaya dan bersifat toksik bagi manusia dan juga lingkungan, dan dampak dari penggunaan merkuri ini telah dirasakan oleh masyarakat setempat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bakteri yang resisten terhadap merkuri sehingga dapat digunakan dalam proses bioremediasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian skala laboratorium dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu dari kedua lokasi pengambilan sampel diperoleh 17 isolat dengan morfologi yang berbeda-beda serta dari ke-17 isolat tersebut resisten terhadap merkuri. Abstract Buru Island is one of the gold mining islands and much of them are illegally that used mercury in gold extraction using uses mercury. Mercury is a chemical that is harmful and toxic to humans as well as the environment, and recently the impact of mercury use has been found by the local community. This study aims to obtain bacteria that are resistant to mercury so that it can be used in the bioremediation process. This research is a laboratory scale research and analyzed descriptively. The results of this study, namely from the two sampling locations obtained 17 isolates with different morphologies and from the 17 isolates were resistant to mercury.

This research is qualitative, and the type of data source is secondary data, so the data collection technique used in this research is documentation. The analysis was carried out using content analysis data analysis. The study aims to obtain an overview of (1) the commitment to prevent corruption through the implementation of the budget function of the Bone Regency DPRD, and (2) the factors that influence the commitment to prevent corruption in the implementation of the budget function of the Bone Regency DPRD. The research focused on the implementation of the budget function of the Bone Regency DPRD to explore data and information starting from the planning process and budget determination by the Bone Regency DPRD Budget Agency. Referring to the types of qualitative research and available data sources, the data collection techniques used in this study are: Observation of the situation at the research site, in-depth interviewing, and documentation data. The results showed that, Prevention of corruption in the implementation of the budget function of the Bone Regency DPRD has shown a commitment to avoid the occurrence of potential corruption, and there is some factor affecting the commitment to prevent corruption in the implementation of the Bone Regency DPRD budget.

This research is motivated by the low capabilities delivering news content. Goals to be achieved in this research is to improve the ability of delivering content news newspaper in class VI SDN 002 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam through storytelling method implemented during one month. This research was conducted in SDN 002 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam. Classes that thorough research is a class vi two semesters with a number of students as many as 20 people. This classroom action research was started in early march 2014. This form of research is classroom action research. The research instrument consists of instruments teacher and student activity sheets and achievement test. Based on the research that has been described in chapter IV, it can be concluded that the capacity of students to deliver the news in the newspapers before the action reaches only 55% with the percentage kategeroi "less than optimal" because it is in the range of 40-55%. In the first cycle pupils in the ability to deliver the news in newspapers increased by a percentage of 70% to the category of "enough optimal" because it is in the range of 56-75%. After an improvement of the learning process in the second cycle students' ability to deliver the news in the newspapers has increased very satisfactorily with a percentage of 86% to the category of "optimal" because it is in the range of 76-100%.

This research aim to know image of domination of teacher to innovation of study bases on curriculum 2013, level of education of teacher, study effectiveness bases on curriculum 2013, and bearing between dominations to innovation of study and level of education of teacher with study effectiveness bases on curriculum 2013 in Town Elementary School Makassar. This research applies quantitative approach with research type of deskriptif-korelasional is having the character of one way. Research variable that is: domination of teacher to innovation of study bases on curriculum 2013 (X1) and level of education of teacher (X2) as independent variable, and execution effectiveness of study of curriculum 2013 as dependent variables. Population of Research that is all schoolteacher Dasar Kota Makassar teaching matter based on curriculum 2013 counted 17, then pulled sample in cluster sampling counted 3 district with category closest, medium, and far counted 6 school with teacher 56 as responder. Data collecting applies enquette and documentation, while data processing applies descriptive statistical analysis and statistical analysis inferensial applies correlation product moment, multiple correlation, and test t. Result of research that is: (1) level of domination of teacher to innovation of study bases on curriculum 2013 in Town Elementary School Makassar pertained masters, (2) level of education of teacher in Town Elementary School Makassar most of graduate Strata Satu ( S-1), (3) study effectiveness bases on curriculum 2013 in Town Elementary School Makassar pertained effective, and (4) there is positive correlation signifikan either parsially and also together between dominations of teacher to innovation of study bases on curriculum 2013 and level of education of teacher with study effectiveness bases on curriculum 2013 in elementary school Kota Makassar. Mean, increasingly good level of domination of teacher to innovation of study bases on kurukulum 2013 and supported by level of education of teacher, hence increasingly effective also study process bases on curriculum 2013.

Background. Iodine deficiency disorders (IDD) eradication is done by fortification of iodine or iodized salt added to foods. Several studies have shown that administration of iodized salt in foods increases the level of urinary iodine excretion (EIU). Fortified iodized in egg transform eggs into iodized egg. Elementary school children are the most vulnerable groups that exposed and experienced direct impact of Iodine deficiency disorders. Endemicity levels can also be assessed by the level of median iodine in urine or urinary iodine excretion (UIE) in the population. Urinary iodine excretions represent iodine consumption since 90% iodine in the body excreted through urine. This study aims to determine whether the provision of iodized eggs will have an effect on elementary school children with iodine deficiency. Method. his research aimed at finding out the gender analysis on slang language used by the eight semester students of English Education Department in their daily conversation at UIN Alauddin Makassar. The researcher applied qualitative descriptive research. The participant of this research was the eight semester students of English Education Department at UIN Alauddin Makassar which consisted of 10 students. The participants were taken by using purposive sampling technique which consisted of 5 male students and also 5 female students. The data were collected through interviews and observations. The result of the data indicated that slang language used by the eight semester students of English Education Department in their daily conversation were slang in theater, art slang, public school or university slang as well as society slang. Besides, the male and female slang language was different caused of some factors such as situation and condition, age and politeness, as well as gender itself. There was a significant difference between male and female students’ percentage in using slang language. The mean score of male percentage in using slang language (66.48) while female only (33.50).Based on the finding and discussion of the research, the researcher drew a conclusion that male and female students of English Education Department used slang language in different way and also frequency.

Abstract: Development of human resource has been defined as the prosess of determining manpower requirements and the means for meeting those requirements in order to carry out the plans of the integrated organization. Therefore, it is necessary to have a human resources planning that the goals are based on individual interest in an organization, because it can help to improve the potency, as well as can be achieved through career planning. The importance of human resources organization is beneficial for the organization and can prepare prospective employees who have the potential to occupy the position of manager/leader. Nasional Importance is also able to be used by the government in order to improve national productivity. Abstrak: Pengembangan sumber daya manusia didefinisikan sebagai proses menentukan persyaratan dan peralatan untuk memenuhi persyaratan tersebut agar dapat melaksanakan rencana organisasi yang terintegrasi. Untuk itu diperlukan adanya perencanaan sumber daya manusia yang mempunyai tujuan berdasarkan kepentingan individu dalam organisasi karena dapat membantu meningkatkan potensinya, begitu pula dapat dicapai melalui perencanaan karir. Kepentingan organisasi sumber daya manusia sangat bermanfaat bagi organisasi dan dapat dipersiapkan calon-calon pegawai yang mempunyai potensi untuk menduduki posisi manajer/pimpinan. Kepentingan nasional dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pemerintah dalam rangka meningkatkan produktifitas nasional.

Hertwig’s epithelial root sheath (HERS) cells play a pivotal role during root formation of the tooth and are able to form cementum-like tissue. The aim of the present study was to establish a HERS cell line for molecular and biochemical studies using a selective digestion method. Selective digestion was performed by the application of trypsin-EDTA for 2 min, which led to the detachment of fibroblast-like-cells, with the rounded cells attached to the culture plate. The HERS cells displayed a typical cuboidal/squamous-shaped appearance. Characterization of the HERS cells using immunofluorescence staining and flow cytometry analysis showed that these cells expressed pan-cytokeratin, E-cadherin, and p63 as epithelial markers. Moreover, RT-PCR confirmed that these cells expressed epithelial-related genes, such as cytokeratin 14, E-cadherin, and ΔNp63. Additionally, HERS cells showed low expression of CD44 and CD105 with absence of CD34 and amelogenin expressions. In conclusion, HERS cells have been successfully isolated using a selective digestion method, thus enabling future studies on the roles of these cells in the formation of cementum-like tissue in vitro.

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui perlindungan hukum konsumen listrik di Bandar Lampung dan untuk mengetahui upaya hukum yang dapat dilakukan konsumen sehubungan dengan tegangan listrik tinggi di Bandar Lampung. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlindungan hukum konsumen listrik akibat teganggan tinggi yang ada di Bandar lampung telah sesuai dengan UUPK dimana PT PLN selaku pelaku usaha bersedia mengganti kerugian yang dialami warga di tanjung Karang. Upaya hukum yang dapat dilakukan konsumen listrik akibat teganggan tinggi yang ada di Bandar lampung yaitu dengan meminta bantuan pihak YLKI. Ada tiga hal yang telah disepakati bersama antara pihak PT PLN, YLKI dan warga yaitu Pihak PT PLN Cabang Tanjung Karang bersedia memperbaiki seluruh barang-barang elektronik warga, terutama warga yang tercantum dalam daftar pengaduan, mengganti semua lampu bohlam yang pecah dengan lampu yang baru dan akan ditanam grounded di rumah-rumah warga untuk mengantisipasi tegangan listrik tinggi.Kata Kunci : Perlindungan Hukum Konsumen, Tegangan tinggi, Listrik
