Machining is one of the widely used methods in today's technology and there are many parameters that affect the machinability of the produced product. In the machining process, the machinability of the product depends on parameters such as feed rate, depth of cut, cutting speed and cutting fluid. The use of cutting fluid during the process has advantages such as improving surface quality, but also disadvantages such as increased cost and environmental damage. Due to these disadvantages of cutting fluid in manufacturing processes, alternative methods have been developed. The method called minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) not only reduces cost but also improves machinability. In this study, the machinability of titanium turning was evaluated with main cutting force, surface roughness and temperature measured in the primary cutting zone data. MQL method was used in the study and Taguchi L9 model was applied. The results were compared between dry cutting and MQL atmospheres. The reliability of the data and the degree of influence of the parameters were analyzed by ANOVA. In this study, the shear force data obtained in the dry shear atmosphere were higher than the data obtained in the MQL method. In addition, the surface roughness values obtained in dry cutting atmosphere were also relatively high. The optimum cutting speed, feed rate and depth of cut values for the process were determined as 60 m/min, 0.05 mm/rev and 0.5 mm, respectively. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

With the developing technology, additive manufacturing technique has become one of the manufacturing areas whose importance is increasing day by day in different fields. Additive manufacturing is a method based on the principle of producing/laying the object to be produced layer by layer. The additive manufacturing method is widely used in different industries such as aviation, automotive and biomedical due to its advantageous features such as easy production of complex shaped parts, cost and production speed. Due to these advantages, it has started to replace subtractive manufacturing methods in the near future. The production of wearable technology and biomaterials, which are among the additive manufacturing application areas, has been the focus of attention of researchers with an increasing momentum in recent years. This compilation study, which was carried out due to the successful applications of the additive manufacturing technique in these areas, is important in order to follow the current progress of the title and the course of future studies. For this purpose, it is aimed to convey the current developments in the field of wearable technology, especially on the production of sensors and biomaterials by additive manufacturing method. YÖK Tez ID: 476590 Bu çalışmada Alüminyum matrisli SiC ve B4Ctakviyeli kompozit malzemelerin tornalama işleminde, takviye oranlarının işlenebilirliğe etkileri veen uygun kesme parametreleri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Yüksek dayanım, aşınma direnci kompozit malzemelerin sahip oldukları en temel özelliklerdendir. Deneysel çalışmalarda farklı takviye hacim oranlarında takviye malzemesi kullanılmıştır. Deneysel çalışmalar CVD kaplamalı kesici takım kullanılarak, farklı kesme hızı ve ilerleme verilerinde sabit kesme derinliğinde soğutma sıvısı kullanılmadan gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılan deneylerle işleme parametrelerinin (kesme hızı, ilerleme ve takviye oranının) kesme kuvvetleri, yüzey pürüzlülüğü ve takım aşınmasına olan etkileri araştırılmıştır. Yapılan bu çalışma ile metal matrisli hibrit takviyeli kompozit malzemelerin işlenebilirliği konusunda referans olabilecek bir çalışma gerçekleştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. In this study, it was tried to determine the most suitable cutting parameters in the turning process of aluminum matrix SiC and B4C hybrid reinforced composite materials. High strengthan dabrasion resistance are the mos timportant properties that the composite material shave. Reinforcement materials were used in different volume ratios in experimental studies. Experimental work was carried out using a CVD coated cutting tool at different cutting speeds and feedrates without the use of cutting fluid at constant cutting depth. The relationship between machinability, surface roughness, cutting forces, cutting speed, and tool wear progress was investigated with these experiments. With this study, it is aimed to make a study which can be a reference about the machinability of reinforced hybridmetal matrix compositematerials.

06.03.2018 tarihli ve 30352 sayılı Resmi Gazetede yayımlanan “Yükseköğretim Kanunu İle Bazı Kanun Ve Kanun Hükmünde Kararnamelerde Değişiklik Yapılması Hakkında Kanun” ile 18.06.2018 tarihli “Lisansüstü Tezlerin Elektronik Ortamda Toplanması, Düzenlenmesi ve Erişime Açılmasına İlişkin Yönerge” gereğince tam metin erişime açılmıştır. Sağlıkta Dönüşüm Projesinin en önemli ayaklarından birisi de Merkezi Hekim Randevu Sistemi (MHRS)'dir. MHRS, Sağlık Bakanlığına bağlı 2. ve 3. basamak hastaneler ile ağız ve diş sağlığı merkezleri için 182 No'lu telefonu arayarak canlı operatörlerden veya web üzerinden istenilen hastane ve hekimden randevu alınabilecek bir uygulamadır. Bu uygulama; hastanelerde kuyrukların azaltılması, daha etkin kaynak planlanması, sağlık hizmetleri sunumunda kalite ve verimliliği artırma ve sağlık politikaları geliştirme amacıyla düzenlenmiştir. Bu çalışma, MHRS'nin diş hekimleri tarafından nasıl algılandığını ve geliştirilmesi için hangi tavsiyelerde bulunacaklarını ortaya koymak amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen bir anket formu kullanılmıştır. Hazırlanan anket 10 ilde görev yapan 183 kamu çalışanı diş hekimine uygulanmış olup; elde edilen verilerin geçerlilik ve güvenilirlik analizi yapılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistiksel yöntemlerin yanı sıra ki-kare analizi, bağımsız örneklerde t testi ve tek yönlü varyans analizi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın bulgularına göre, MHRS sebebiyle diş hekimleri acil hastalara hizmet verememekte ve bundan dolayı rahatsızlık duymaktalar. Ayrıca sistemle ilgili aynı saatte iki hastaya randevu verme, iletişim kesintileri ve randevu süresinin yetersizliği gibi sebeplerle sorunlar yaşamaktadırlar. Yarıdan daha fazlası ortalama günlük 30'dan daha fazla hastaya hizmet veren diş hekimlerine göre MHRS aracılığı ile erişen hasta sayısı çoğunlukla 6-15 arasında değişmektedir. Ortalama katılım düzeylerine göre MHRS'nin sakıncaları (3,95±0,729) yararından (2,71±0,943) daha fazladır. Katılımcıların sosyo-demografik özellikleri MHRS'nin sakıncaları, yararları ve eksikliklerini değerlendirme bakımından diş hekimleri arasında bir farklılığa sebep olmamaktadır. Sonuç olarak diş hekimlerine göre MHRS bazı hususlarda yarar sağlamakla birlikte, oldukça fazla eksik ve sakıncalı yönü bulunmaktadır. Bu sebeple hizmet sunumunda çeşitli problemlere sebep olmaktadır. Bu problemlerin ortadan kaldırılması için MHRS'nin birçok açıdan tekrar gözden geçirilmesi ve yeniden düzenlenmesi önerilmektedir. Anahtar Kelimeler: MHRS, Diş Hekimi, Hasta The Central Physician Appointment System (CPAS) is one of the most important pillars of the Health Transformation Project. CPAS is an application that enables making appointment from hospitals and physicians online or via operators by calling 182 for primary and secondary hospitals and dental health centers affiliated to the Ministry of Health. This application is aimed at reducing queues, ensuring more efficient resource planning, increasing the quality and efficiency of health services, and developing health policies. The purpose of this study to reveal dentists' perception of the CPAS and their suggestions for improvements. The study utilized a questionnaire as the data collection instrument that was developed by the researcher. The questionnaire was administrated to 183 dentists in 10 cities. Validity and reliability of the data obtained was analyzed. In the data analysis, descriptive statistical methods, chi-square test, independent samples t test and one-way analysis of variance was used. The findings of the study indicate that dentists cannot provide emergency services for their patients because of the CPAS and this makes them feel uncomfortable. In addition, there are some problems stemming from the system such as scheduling two or more patients at the same time, communication failures, and insufficient duration of appointments. According to the dentists majority of whom serve more than 30 patients per day, the number of patients who access health services via the CPAS mostly ranges between 6 and 15. According to the average level of participation, the drawbacks of the system (3.95±0.729) are found to be more than its benefits (2.71±0.943). The socio-demographic characteristics of the participants do not lead to a difference in terms of the evaluation of drawbacks, benefits and shortcomings of the CPAS. As a result, dentists find the CPAS useful in some terms, but they also believe that the system has considerable shortcomings and drawbacks. That is why the system causes various problems in the service provision. In order to eliminate the problems, it is suggested that the CPAS is revised and adjusted.
