Under uppvärmda byggnader med grundkonstruktionen betongplatta på mark sker ett värmeflöde ner i marken. Flödet kan liknas med bågformade pilar som strömmar från plattans mitt ut mot kanterna. Vid ökande plattstorlekar kommer värmeflödet från de centrala delarna att hindras på grund av markens ökande värmemotstånd. Värmen lagras då och en temperaturökning sker i marken. Om plattan är tillräckligt stor kommer temperaturen i marken stiga till den grad att risk för skadlig fuktdiffusion uppstår. Drivkraften för fuktflödet är skillnaden i ånghalter mellan den fuktiga marken och den torrare inomhusluften. Om en tät golvbeläggning appliceras på betongen finns det risk att fukten stängs in och leder till problem. De flesta golvbeläggningar har en kritisk relativ ånghalt att förhålla sig till innan golvet tar skada och beror på temperaturskillnaden över konstruktionen. En högsta tillåten relativ ånghalt på 85% under golvbeläggningen motsvarar med förenklingar en temperaturskillnad på 3°C. Avståndet från ytterkanten av plattan där marken uppnår en temperatur som skiljer sig 3°C eller mindre från inomhustemperaturen benämns som kritiska gränsen där skadlig fuktdiffusion kan uppstå. Genom att undvika en hög marktemperatur går det att skydda konstruktionen från fuktproblem. Hur temperaturfördelningen i marken under plattan påverkas vid succesivt ökande plattstorlekar undersöktes både stationärt och dynamiskt med handberäkningar och simuleringar. Plattorna simulerades för Malmö, Gävle och Kiruna. Resultaten visar hur isoleringsmängden tycks ha störst betydelse för temperaturfördelningen. Exempelvis för en plattkonstruktion med 300 mm underliggande isolering i Malmö visade det sig att risken för fuktproblem uppkommer först vid plattbredder på 90 meter, medan det med 100 mm isolering uppstår problem redan vid 40 meter eller större. En större mängd isolering kan alltså fungera som fullgott fuktskydd äv, Underneath heated buildings with the foundation structure of a concrete slab on the ground, heat flows into the ground. The flow can be visualized as arc-shaped arrows that move from the center of the slab out towards the edges. With increasing slab sizes, the heat flow from the central parts will be reduced due to the increasing heat resistance of the soil. This will lead to a thermal build up in the ground under the slab with increasing temperature as a result. If the slab is large enough, the temperature in the ground will rise to the point where there is a risk of harmful moisture diffusion. The moisture flow is driven by the difference in the vapour content between the moist soil and the drier indoor air. If a non-permeable floor covering is applied to the concrete, there is a risk that the moisture will be trapped and lead to problems. Most floor coverings have a critical relative humidity that will lead to damage. It depends on the temperature difference through the structure. A maximum permissible relative humidity content of 85% under the floor covering corresponds to a temperature difference of 3°C. The distance from the outer edge of the slab where the ground reaches a temperature that differs 3°C or less from the indoor temperature is referred to as the critical limit at which harmful moisture diffusion can occur. By avoiding a high ground temperature, it is possible to protect the structure from moisture problems. How the temperature distribution in the ground under the slab is affected by successively increasing slab sizes is investigated both stationarily and dynamically with hand calculations and simulations. The slabs were simulated for Malmö, Gävle and Kiruna. The results show how the amount of insulation seems to have the greatest impact on the temperature distribution. For example, a slab structure with 300 mm underlying insulation in Malmö shows that the risk of moisture problems arises at slab widths over 90 meters, while with 100 mm insulat

As the adoption of Fifth Generation (5G) systems increases, efforts towards Sixth Generation (6G) systems have already started across research, standardization, and stakeholder fora. 6G is expected to support applications with immersive capabilities, with specific use case requirements from different verticals playing a critical role in solution development. Unlike current solutions in the education vertical that uses immersive technologies such as Augmented/Virtual/eXtended Reality (AR/VR/XR), which rely on pre-recorded content and lack engagement, 6G can enhance remote education by enabling real-time, AR/VR/XR-enriched interactions among students and instructors. This paper presents ongoing activities within the 6G-PATH EU project, towards the design, implementation, and testing of a 6G use case for healthcare personnel remote education/training, which aims to facilitate real-time, AR/VR/XR-enhanced interactions among healthcare trainees and instructors., 6G Pilots and Trials Through Europe (6G-PATH)

The deployment of 5G networks, including 5G Non-Public Networks (5G-NPNs) for private use in several verticals, is rapidly taking place worldwide. However, deploying these networks in under-served areas, where there may be limited Internet access or wired backhauling capabilities, presents challenges. To address these challenges, there is a growing interest in using Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites, such as SpaceX's Starlink, which can provide high-throughput and low-latency Internet access via dense satellite constellations. In this paper, we present CARL-W, the Wireless module of the Communications Advanced Research Laboratory (CARL) at Karlstad University, which combines a 5G-NPN and a Starlink deployment. CARL-W serves as a platform for empirical analyses on both systems, thus contributing to the study of their possible integration. In particular, we outline the CARL-W experimentation framework and provide access to the CARL-W visualization and data exporting platform. We also open-source a 1-month Starlink dataset, facilitating further analyses of this relatively new technology.

Bakgrund Behovet av organ fortsätter att öka och donationsfrågan är ständigt aktuell. Vårdandet av organdonatorer kan ses som komplext. Idag saknas en samlad beskrivning kring upplevelser av vårdandet utifrån intensivvårdssjuksköterskans perspektiv. Syftet med studien var därför att belysa intensivvårdssjuksköterskans upplevelse av vårdandet i samband med donationsprocessen. Material och metod Studien är genomförd som en systematisk integrativ litteraturöversikt bestående av 14 artiklar, 13 med kvalitativ ansats och 1 med kvantitativ ansats. Litteratursökningen genomfördes mellan januari och februari 2022 i databaserna Cinahl och Medline samt kompletterades med manuella sökningar, och genererade slutligen tillsammans 366 träffar. Efter en systematisk urvalsprocess och kvalitetsgranskning ingick 14 artiklar i datamaterialet. Dataanalysen genomfördes med tematisk analys. Resultat Resultatet visar att vårdandet kan innebära upplevelser av emotionell påfrestning. Intensivvårdssjuksköterskans professionella roll innebär känslor av ansvar och att vara oförberedd där också interprofessionellt samarbete upplevs betydelsefullt. Vårdandet präglas av övergångar, där det upplevs centralt och meningsfullt att stödja familjen. Vårdandet genomsyras av respekt och värdighet för såväl donatorn som familjen. Därtill kan donationsprocessen innebära existentiella utmaningar och ofrivillig avhumanisering. Känslor av otillräcklighet liksom bristande interprofessionellt samarbete upplevs leda till moralisk stress som ökar lidandet för familjen. Slutsats Trots ett vårdande präglat av ansvar och emotionella utmaningar kan intensivvårdssjuksköterskan uppleva känslor av mening. Intensivvårdssjuksköterskan innehar en central roll i att stödja familjen genom olika övergångar i vårdandet under donationsprocessen. För en god caritativ vård förutsätts ett fungerande interprofessionellt samarbete mellan involverade vårdare under donationsprocessen.

This deliverable presents the third and final cycle of trials and experimentation activities executed over 5GENESIS facilities. The document is the continuation of deliverables D6.1 and D6.2, in the sense that it captures tests carried out over the evolved infrastructures hosting 5GENESIS facilities following the methodology defined in the previous editions of this deliverable. The tests reported in this document focus on i) the final 5G infrastructure deployments that includes radio and core elements mostly in Stand-Alone (SA) deployment configurations based on commercial and open implementations, and ii) the various use cases/applications, some of them also involving field trials. Most of the tests described herein, especially the generic/lab ones are performed using the Open5GENESIS experimentation suite., 5th Generation End-to-end Network, Experimentation, System Integration, and Showcasing (5GENESIS)

This study examines the state of research concerning the ideology of New atheism and interactions and implications in relation to religious studies in Swedish upper secondary school. The text primarily aims to examine which the core values of New atheism are, and to what extent these core values are expressed in religious studies in Swedish upper secondary schools. The study also attempts to position new atheism in a wider socio-political context, in order to establish why it might be problematic in relation to the anti-discriminatory aspects of the Swedish school curriculum. The study concludes that there are few works specifically investigating new atheism in the context of Swedish schools. In response to this, the study has primarily focused on two themes: defining core values of New atheism and discourses on religiosity in Swedish upper secondary religious studies classrooms. The results on the former are primarily based on literature by Dr. Stephen LeDrew, and the latter from observational studies by Dr. Karin Kittelman Flensner. These results are compared, resulting in a short analysis of the prevalence of New atheism in the Swedish religious studies classroom. The results show correlations between classroom discourses and new atheist values but present no evidence of causality. Further research that examines the transmission of values through social media are suggested.
