This paper summarized the nursing management for a patient with intertrochanteric fracture combined with pressure injuries in the left buttocks. Effective treatment plan was made based on the nursing evaluation of stage of pressure injuries. Wound dressing material and dressing change methods were carefully considered according to the different phases of wound healing. Targeted nursing interventions were carried out to improve the wound healing of the patient with pressure injuries. Objective To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) bamboo cupping therapy combined with hot compress in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation (LDH). Methods Totally 50 LDH patients were recruited as research subjects . TCM bamboo cupping therapy combined with hot compress was carried out 2 times per day, 5 days per treatment course. The efficacy of treatment was measured after a two-course treatment. Results The total effective rate was 96. 00%(48/50). Conclusion The TCM bamboo cupping therapy combined with hot compress is effective in the treatment of LDH. (目的 观察中药竹罐联合中药热敷治疗腰痹症的临床疗效。方法 选取腰痹症患者50例为研究对象, 采用中药竹罐联合中药热敷疗法治疗, 2次/d, 5 d为1个疗程, 治疗2个疗程之后评估疗效。结果 痊愈32例, 显效10例, 有效6例, 无效2例, 有效治愈率为96. 00%(48/50)。结论 中药竹罐联合中药热敷治疗腰痹症疗效明确。)

Agrocybe cylindracea dietary fiber (ADF) contains 95% water-insoluble dietary fiber, resulting in poor application performance. To address this issue, ADF was modified by four methods (cellulase, sodium hydroxide, high-temperature, and Lactobacillus fermentation) in this paper. By comparing the physicochemical properties, microstructures, monosaccharide compositions, and functional characteristics (antioxidant and α-glucosidase inhibitory activities in vitro) of all modified ADF samples, the optimal modification method was selected. Results showed that sodium hydroxide treatment was deemed the most effective modification method for ADF, as alkali-treated ADF (ADF-A) revealed a higher oil-holding capacity (2.02 g/g), swelling capacity (8.38 mL/g), cholesterol adsorption (6.79 mg/g), and α-glucosidase inhibitory activity (more than 70% at 0.4–0.6 mg/mL) than the other modified samples. The looser microstructure in ADF-A might be attributed to molecular rearrangement and spatial structure disruption, which resulted in smaller molecular sizes and decreased viscosity, hence improving ADF's physicochemical and functional qualities. All these findings indicate the greater application potential of modified ADF products in food and weight-loss industries, providing a comprehensive reference for the industrial application of ADF. Objective To observe the effect of Chinese herbal tea in the treatment of throat pain and swelling after anterior cervical spine surgery. Methods Totally 80 patients undergoing anterior cervical spine surgery were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 40 cases in each group. Both the groups received routine treatment and nursing after surgery, and the observation group was given additional treatment of Chinese herbal tea. The degree of throat pain and swelling was evaluated at 24 h, 3 days and 7 days after surgery. Results The Numerical Rating Scale on throat pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 24 h, 3 days and 7 days after surgery respectively(P＜0. 01). The degree of throat swelling in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 24 h, 3 days and 7 days after surgery respectively(P＜0. 01). Conclusion The Chinese herbal tea is effect in relief of throat pain and swelling after anterior cervical spine surgery. The biological activity of an oil not only depends on its fatty acid composition but also the lipid composition and trace components. In this paper, to select the optimal mushroom oil, the component compositions (fatty acids, lipids, polyphenols, flavones, tocopherols, and unsaponifiable matters) and antioxidant activities in vitro of four mushroom oils (Agrocybe cylindracea, two Lentinula edodes, and Volvariella volvacea) were investigated and compared. The results showed that the four tested oils had the same fatty acid composition in different amounts, but the lipid component, minor components, and free radical scavenging activity in the tested oils varied widely depending on the type of mushroom. Overall, Volvariella volvacea oil was considered superior to the other three tested oils, as it had the largest contents of polar lipids, diglycerides, polyunsaturated fatty acids (74.38%), unsaponifiable matter (319.09 mg/kg), total phenols (124.08 mg/100 g), tocopherols (139.86 mg/100 g), as well as the highest ABTS and FRAP values (349.45 and 3801.70 μmol Trolox/100 g). The mainstay therapy for locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer is concurrent chemoradiotherapy. Loco-regional recurrence constitutes the predominant failure patterns. Previous studies confirmed the relationship between increased biological equivalent doses and improved overall survival. However, the large randomized phase III study, RTOG 0617, failed to demonstrate the benefit of dose-escalation to 74 Gy compared with 60 Gy by simply increasing fraction numbers.

The information development affects the Enterprise Management Defense, and then affects the enterprise innovation. This paper takes the non-financial listed companies in China’s A-share market from 2013 to 2017 as samples to empirically study the impact of management defense on enterprise innovation. It is found that managerial defense inhibits enterprise innovation; compared with non-state-owned enterprises, managerial defense of state-owned enterprises has a more significant inhibitory effect on enterprise innovation. The results of this paper provide a basis for improving corporate governance structure, weakening management defense, promoting enterprise innovation, and help government departments deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises.

Background: For patients with ypN2 non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) after neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by surgery (NCS), the role of postoperative radiotherapy (PORT) is unclear. The aim of our study was to evaluate the effect of PORT on survival of ypN2 NSCLC patients after NCS. Methods: Between 2004 and 2015, patients with ypN2 NSCLC after NCS were filtrated from the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) database. Propensity score matching (PSM) was used to balance the baseline characteristics of the PORT and non‐PORT groups. Kaplan–Meier method and Cox proportional hazards models were adopted to estimate overall survival (OS) and cancer‐specific survival (CSS). Results: A total of 257 patients who met the criteria were included in the study. After PSM, 115 patients remained in each group. The survival of patients in the PORT group was significantly better than those in the non‐PORT group. Median OS was 36 months vs. 26 months, and 5‐year OS rate was 40.5% vs. 21.0% (p = 0.002). The median CSS was 38 months vs. 27 months, and the 5‐year CSS rate was 43.7% vs. 22.1% (p < 0.001). Multivariable analysis showed that PORT was an independent prognostic factor for OS (HR = 0.59, 95% CI: 0.43–0.82, p = 0.001) and CSS (HR = 0.56, 95% CI: 0.41–0.78, p = 0.001). Subgroup analysis showed that patients in the following subgroups could benefit from PORT: age ≤ 70, diagnosed in the later period (2010–2015), white race, squamous cell carcinoma, grade III–IV, lobectomy, stage T3‐4, or with positive regional nodes ≤3 or > 3. Conclusions: For patients with ypN2 NSCLC after NCS, PORT significantly improves OS and CSS. These results need to be confirmed by further randomized studies. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
