Methionine adenosyltransferase 2 A (MAT2A) and MAT2B are essential for hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) activation. Forkhead box M1 (FOXM1) transgenic mice develop liver inflammation and fibrosis. Here we examine if they crosstalk in male mice. We found FOXM1/MAT2A/2B are upregulated after bile duct ligation (BDL) and carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) treatment in hepatocytes, HSCs and Kupffer cells (KCs). FDI-6, a FOXM1 inhibitor, attenuates the development and reverses the progression of CCl4-induced fibrosis while lowering the expression of FOXM1/MAT2A/2B, which exert reciprocal positive regulation on each other transcriptionally. Knocking down any of them lowers HSCs and KCs activation. Deletion of FOXM1 in hepatocytes, HSCs, and KCs protects from BDL-mediated inflammation and fibrosis comparably. Interestingly, HSCs from Foxm1Hep-/-, hepatocytes from Foxm1HSC-/-, and HSCs and hepatocytes from Foxm1KC-/- have lower FOXM1/MAT2A/2B after BDL. This may be partly due to transfer of extracellular vesicles between different cell types. Altogether, FOXM1/MAT2A/MAT2B axis drives liver inflammation and fibrosis.

The inequality of women in various areas of life still holds on, despite all efforts, in many countries, including work, politics and everyday life. However, there is still a great deal of controversy and debate about gender equality in different countries. A comparative analysis of ideas about male and female roles among young representatives of three Slavic peoples, Russians (1043 pers.), Belarusians (373), and Bulgarians (346), is conducted in this study. The replies of the respondents from all studied samples overwhelmingly accept the norms of gender equality, since the majority of respondents absolutely agreed with the statements of the questionnaire regarding the gender equality and disagreed with those items in which those norms were denied. At the same time results showed significant cultural differences: respondents from Bulgaria often expressed traditional views on norms of behavior for women. Belonging to particular religion also affected attitudes towards gender equality. Due to the country’s socialist history, Belarus’ showed itself to be the most gender-equal country among all the societies studied. The traditional view of female behavior and women’s place in the family has been preserved in Bulgaria, probably because of the greater religiosity of modern Bulgarian society.

Objective. When designing complex objects, as well as when it is necessary to perform export-import operations between various computer-aided design systems, the task of automatic correction of drawings becomes quite relevant. Development of a software module for automatic correction of drawings in the AutoCAD system, the need for which is due to reasons such as: the use of different file formats for storing drawings by different CAD systems, the complexity of the drawings. Method. As part of the study, methods of geometric modeling, analytical geometry and graphical presentation of results were used. Result. Algorithms for automatic correction of parameters of position and outline of drawing fragments in the AutoCAD system have been developed, with complexity of O(n) and O(n2 ). Conclusion. Analysis of the functionality of the developed module allows us to assert that its use will reduce the time spent when correcting drawings obtained as a result of import from other CAD systems in the AutoCAD system, and improve the quality of design documentation.

On September 19, 2024, in Moscow (Russian Federation), the V annual scientific-practical conference with international participation "RWD/RWE. Possible and Real" were organized and held. The theme of the conference brings together leading experts in RWD and RWE fields. The participants of the conference discussed the research tools of RWD/RWE, the confirmed value of RWE in modern medicine, legislation, and global perspectives worldwide, including the Russian Federation and the EAEU. A total of 28 reports were heard at the conference. Based on the results of the conference, a Resolution was developed, the text of which we offer you to familiarize yourself with.

The Banff classification is useful for diagnosing renal transplant rejection. However, it has limitations due to subjectivity and varying concordance in physicians' assessments. Artificial intelligence (AI) can help standardize research, increase objectivity and accurately quantify morphological characteristics, improving reproducibility in clinical practice. This study aims to develop an AI-based solutions for diagnosing acute kidney transplant rejection by introducing automated evaluation of prognostic morphological patterns. The proposed approach aims to help accurately distinguish borderline changes from rejection. We trained a deep-learning model utilizing a fine-tuned Mask R-CNN architecture which achieved a mean Average Precision value of 0.74 for the segmentation of renal tissue structures. A strong positive nonlinear correlation was found between the measured infiltration areas and fibrosis, indicating the model's potential for assessing these parameters in kidney biopsies. The ROC analysis showed a high predictive ability for distinguishing between ci and i scores based on infiltration area and fibrosis area measurements. The AI model demonstrated high precision in predicting clinical scores which makes it a promising AI assisting tool for pathologists. The application of AI in nephropathology has a potential for advancements, including automated morphometric evaluation, 3D histological models and faster processing to enhance diagnostic accuracy and efficiency.

The mortality rate associated with postoperative eventration remains quite high at the moment. At the same time, recurrent eventrations are common. Despite the improvement of surgical techniques and suture materials, the incidence of eventrations does not decrease. The presence of previous oncological diseases in the patient significantly worsens the course of the wound process due to changes in the immune status and prevailing catabolic processes. One of the reasons that causes eventration in a high percentage of cases is suppuration of the postoperative wound. Given the polyetiology of this pathology, for the prevention of eventrations and for their effective treatment, a comprehensive approach is needed, including both an impact on the general somatic status of the patient (elimination of hypoproteinemia, normalization of bowel function, etc.), and an impact on the wound process in order to form high-quality scar tissue. This article presents a clinical case of a patient with wound eventration that developed in the postoperative period. The complexity of the case is due to previous oncological pathology and impaired reparative processes that developed as a result of hypoproteinemia. This clinical observation demonstrates the relevance of searching for new methods of influencing the course of the wound process, the possibility of using cellular concentrates of autologous blood to stimulate regeneration. The possibilities of stimulating the wound process by using platelet autoplasma are considered, in order to accelerate wound healing, it can be used in outpatient practice, both for the management of postoperative patients admitted for follow-up care after the inpatient stage, and as an independent treatment for chronic wounds.

Significant advancements have been made in the treatment of psychotic disorders, yet current pharmacotherapy remains inadequate. Symptoms related to the misinterpretation of reality are crucial for diagnosis but pose challenges for preclinical research. In humans, a Mirror-Gazing test is used to examine abnormal self-experience and to predict the risk of schizophrenia. To address this, we developed a task to evaluate anomalous subjective experiences in rats using a Mirror-Preference test. Here we demonstrate that naive rats show a preference for a mirror chamber, which was followed by significant habituation over a series of trials. In subsequent tests, we utilized dimmed lighting and net-covered mirrors to induce incomplete mirror images. Acute stimulation with amphetamine (AMPH, 3 mg/kg, i.p.) further increased the preference for the mirror. In a model of psychosis induced by chronic AMPH administration, rats showed fewer and shorter interactions with the mirror but maintained their preference for the chamber where psychotic-like animals were given additional AMPH stimulation (1.5 mg/kg, i.p.) before testing. Here, a surprising reversal in chamber preference was observed, along with decreased frequency and duration of mirror contact, suggesting mirror avoidance. The AMPH-presensitized rats also exhibited hyperlocomotion and elevated anxiety, indicative of psychotic-like behaviour. Although self-recognition in rodents is debatable, recent studies suggest they can discriminate mirror images. We propose that limited visual perception that meets brain monoamine sensitization may trigger visual illusions as part of a psychotic-like state in rats. This novel approach can be utilized to test intervention strategies for psychosis in rats.

Addiction is a chronic and severe mental disorder with high gender- and sex-specificity. However, the pathogenesis of this disorder is not fully elucidated, and no targeted pharmacotherapy is available. A growing body of evidence points out the potential involvement of the ceramide system in the pathophysiology of addiction. A pathogenic pathway for several mental disorders based on the overexpression of an enzyme involved in ceramide formation, acid sphingomyelinase (ASM), was recently proposed. Here we show a crucial role of ASM specifically overexpressing in the forebrain for various types of addiction-related behaviours in a drug- and sex-specific way. In male mice, a forebrain ASM overexpression led to enhanced alcohol consumption in a free-choice paradigm. It also diminished the reinforcing properties of alcohol and cocaine, but not that of amphetamine, ketamine, or a natural reinforcer fat/carbohydrate-rich food in the conditioned place preference (CPP) test in males. In female mice, a forebrain ASM overexpression enhanced alcohol binge-like drinking, while moderate alcohol consumption was preserved. ASM overexpression in females contributed to CPP establishment for amphetamine, but not for other psychoactive substances. Altogether, this study shows a specific involvement of forebrain ASM in the development of conditioned reinforcing effects of different types of substances with addictive properties in a sex-specific way. Our data enlarge the current knowledge on the specific molecular mechanisms of dependence from various drugs of abuse and might serve as a basis for the development of drug- and sex-specific targeted therapy.

The rise of local and global challenges (such as COVID-19, wars, natural disasters, etc.) requires advanced communication and information technologies to support economic development. The study aims to form a theoretical basis and practical tools for creating and functioning of wiki communities. Wiki communities are a new form of social association based on Internet communications of socio-economic subjects (individuals and organizations), in which each participant has equal rights to receive information, exchange opinions, and generate solutions. The theoretical basis involves substantiating the key principles on which wiki communities are formed, e.g., decentralization, openness, peering, sharing, and mass nature of activity. Wiki communities are represented by a set of specific types, such as professional, academic and research, custom, creative, public and non-commercial communities. The specific managing activities of wiki communities are described by several classification levels, such as operational activities, ensuring security, quality assurance, and motivation. The wiki community management toolkit includes a goal-setting algorithm, decision-making procedures, communications, rules of operation, typical tasks, areas of application, the operation and development cycle, and functional capabilities. It allows effective transfer of information, communication in real-time, and mutually enriching each other in forming knowledge and innovation. It is substantiated that the slow pace of modernisation and reconstruction of the waste management industry in Ukraine is largely due to excessive unification of the set of fiscal, budgetary, credit, customs and compensation instruments of regulatory influence on the processes of generation, disposal, recycling and burial of industrial and household waste. It is established that the fiscal and budgetary dimensions of waste management regulation in Ukraine should be based on a set of regulatory approaches. This will stimulate the processes of intensifying resource conservation in secondary resource flows and ensure efficient use of the resource value of secondary natural raw materials. It has been found that accelerating the processes of using the resource value of household waste for energy purposes requires the use of financial incentives, primarily in terms of intensifying innovation, in particular, in the technology of producing gaseous and solid biological fuels. It is substantiated that the advanced foreign experience of using the tool of preferential taxation and financial and budgetary support for the implementation of resource conservation projects based on the utilization of the resource value of various types of waste has proven its value and can be fully used in the domestic practice of fiscal and budgetary regulation of the field of waste management. It was found that the differentiation of environmental tax rates for the generation and disposal of waste will increase the volume of waste use for the production of thermal and electrical energy by an order of magnitude, since lower tax rates for burning waste for energy production are a significant incentive for subjects of secondary resource use. It was established that the environmental tax for the placement of waste in specially designated places or facilities and for the generation of radioactive waste should be concentrated in special funds of public budgets of different taxonomic levels. These funds should be used for the development of the infrastructure for handling radioactive waste, for providing subsidies to consumers of energy from renewable sources and subsidies to subjects of industrial and economic activity, which implement projects of utilization of secondary natural raw materials for the purpose of production of various types of solid and gaseous biofuels. Foundry production is a versatile industry that allows the production of products of almost any configuration and geometric dimensions. These products can be made from materials based on various metals and alloys, bimetallics, and composite materials. The obtained products can have uniform or gradient properties. However, to obtain a product with significantly different properties on the surface and in the volume from the casting, it is expedient to apply coatings with desired properties on the castings that complement the properties, allowing the improvement of coating performance. The paper focuses on the production of cast composite materials with improved surface properties. Various types of coatings based on high‑entropy alloys, cermets, polymers, carbon nanotubes, capable of enhancing the properties of cast composite materials, are considered. The classification and peculiarities of applying these coatings on the surface of composite materials are presented. The prospects of using these coatings to improve the properties of cast composite materials are shown.

Modern casting model kits, often created using adhesive technologies, can experience deformations leading to warping and even destruction. This can occur due to differences in thermal expansion and moisture absorption rates between the material and the adhesive. The study evaluated the behavior of the adhesive joint in model kit elements under operational conditions in liquid and humid environments, assessing the hardness and strength of the joint. The analysis revealed a correlation between the density of the plastic and the quality of the adhesive joint.

The quality of obtained castings directly depends on the model equipment and the materials used for its production. The properties of elements of model kits, made of plastic and joined using glue technology, are examined. The properties of these joints were evaluated through natural aging under atmospheric conditions. Works were carried out to analyze the influence of abrasive properties of the molding mixture and its components on the quality of glued model kits. Hardness and plasticity tests of the molding mixture were conducted using G. M. Orlov’s sample with both standard and plastic inserts, both integral and glued.

The relevance of the study is due to the growing need to use chatbots to optimize business processes. The purpose is to form a theoretical basis and practical tools for increasing the efficiency of using chatbots in business processes. The theoretical basis involves substantiating the theoretical foundations of forming a conditional chatbot profile for an optimization system. The practical toolkit includes chatbot components that depend on the complexity of tasks, the type of services, the specifics of customers, financial conditions, and other features of business processes. The result is the formation of a system profile of the chatbot, which would allow increasing the efficiency of its use in business processes. The key system components of the chatbot are substantiated: the technologies used, types of users, optimal areas of application, application algorithms, basic tools, and limitations in application. By varying the parameters of system components, one can choose their optimal values to increase the efficiency of using chatbots in business processes. It is advisable to use the specified system in business processes when determining the demand for products and their sales. The use of chatbots allows to reduce the time to complete business processes, personnel costs, and resources related to their implementation. Abstract We study the regularization scheme dependence of Kähler (N = 2) supersymmetric sigma models. At the one-loop order the metric β function is the same as in the non-supersymmetric case and it coincides with the Ricci tensor. The first correction in the MS scheme is known to appear in the fourth loop [1, 2]. We show that for certain integrable Kähler backgrounds, such as the complete T-dual of η-deformed CP n $$ \mathbbm{CP}(n) $$ sigma models, there is a scheme in which the fourth loop contribution vanishes.

The article presents the study results of the of noise-like acoustic signals attenuation nature during propagation in urban environments. One of the Murom city territories representing a combination of a residential area, the location of educational institutions, and a machine-building enterprise was chosen for the study. A simulated complex noise-like signal and a sound amplification system with an audio signal power of 500 W were used as signal sources. The noise source was considered as a point source. The noise level values were recorded using a Class I ASSISTENT noise meter. For a more detailed analysis of the obtained results, data visualization using the QGIS geographic information system was provided. It was shown that, in general, the change in the acoustic signal attenuation is characteristic of quiet zones and tends to decrease fairly uniformly. At the same time, at 63 and 125 Hz frequencies, a deviation from the linearity of attenuation was detected, which may be associated with the influence of territorial factors or the an unaccounted short-term noise source existence.

Psoriasis is a frequently occurring inflammatory skin disease. Fundamental research into the pathogenesis of psoriasis has significantly expanded our understanding of skin immunology, which has enabled the introduction of innovative and highly effective therapies. Psoriasis is a largely T-lymphocyte-mediated disease in which activation of innate immune cells and pathogenic T cells leads to inflammation and hyperproliferation of keratinocytes. Langerhans cells like dendritic cells (DCs), which play an important role in the immune system, are mainly distributed in the epidermis. Since human and mouse skin DC subpopulations share common ontogenetic characteristics, we can further investigate the role of DCs in psoriatic inflammation in mice. γδT cells are an unconventional population of T-lymphocytes that play an indispensable role in host defense, immune surveillance, and immune system homeostasis. Although γδT cells constitute only a small fraction of the total T cell pool, emerging evidence suggests that aberrantly activated γδT cells may play a role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis. Dermal γδT cells are the major IL-17-producing cells in the skin that respond to IL-23 stimulation. In addition, γδT cells have characteristics of memory cells that mediate repeated episodes of psoriatic inflammation. This review discusses the mechanisms by which Langerhans cells and γδT cells participate in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.

The article aimed to study the efficiency of rearing and fattening pigs with constant drying throughout life and variable during fattening feeding systems. It was established that changing the feeding system from dry to liquid led to an acceleration of the intensity of the piglets and, as a result, a 7.8 % increase in their weight at the end of fattening did not worsen feed conversion in pigs, but on the contrary, led to its improvement by 2.9 % on fattening and by 1.8 % during the period of rearing and fattening. Feed consumption per head and kilogram of growth during the rearing period did not differ significantly between groups of animals, which, accordingly, did not differ in cost. Meanwhile, during fattening, pigs that were switched to liquid feeding consumed 6.8 % more feed, resulting in 6.8 % more feed per head during the fattening period and a correspondingly higher cost. However, due to the higher intensity of growth, feed conversion in them turned out to be 2.9 % better, contributing to a 2.9 % reduction in the feed cost for 1 kg of growth compared to animals that consumed dry feed at this stage. No difference was found in the efficiency of rearing piglets under constant feeding during the weaning period and the growing period, while during the fattening period, the operational cost of fattening one head was found to be higher by 6.8 %, by 5.0 % the cost price and by 7.8 % of its cost completion of fattening, 8.8% income from fattening one animal and 1.9 % better profitability of this process in a group of animals with a variable feeding system. At the same time, due to better growth indicators, the animals of this group showed a 1.0 % lower cost of 1 kg of gain during fattening and a 2.6 % lower cost of 1 kg of live weight at its completion. It is also established that the cost of 1 kg of growth for growing and fattening is lower by 2.3 %. The cost of one head is higher by 5.0 %, its market value by 7.8 %, income from sales by 13.2 %, and by 7.8 % profitability of the entire production cycle of obtaining, growing, and fattening pigs. Changing the feeding system from dry to liquid after the growing-out period increased the efficiency of the whole process of acquiring, growing, and fattening pigs.

Endothelial cell dysfunction occurs in a variety of acute and chronic pulmonary diseases including pulmonary hypertension, viral and bacterial pneumonia, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, and congenital lung diseases such as alveolar capillary dysplasia with misalignment of pulmonary veins (ACDMPV). To correct endothelial dysfunction, there is a critical need for the development of nanoparticle systems that can deliver drugs and nucleic acids to endothelial cells with high efficiency and precision. While several nanoparticle delivery systems targeting endothelial cells have been recently developed, none of them are specific to lung endothelial cells without targeting other organs in the body. In the present study, we successfully solved this problem by developing non-toxic poly(β-amino) ester (PBAE) nanoparticles with specific structure design and fluorinated modification for high efficiency and specific delivery of nucleic acids to the pulmonary endothelial cells. After intravenous administration, the PBAE nanoparticles were capable of delivering non-integrating DNA plasmids to lung microvascular endothelial cells but not to other lung cell types. IVIS whole body imaging and flow cytometry demonstrated that DNA plasmid were functional in the lung endothelial cells but not in endothelial cells of other organs. Fluorination of PBAE was required for lung endothelial cell-specific targeting. Hematologic analysis and liver and kidney metabolic panels demonstrated the lack of toxicity in experimental mice. Thus, fluorinated PBAE nanoparticles can be an ideal vehicle for gene therapy targeting lung microvascular endothelium in pulmonary vascular disorders.

Introduction. The relevance of studying the development of underground multi-level structures of public and trade complexes (PTC) is determined by the need for active development of underground space in large and major cities in accordance with the Strategy of Spatial Development of Russia until 2025. The formation of immersive environment in the complexes based on VR/AR technologies was facilitated by socio-economic conditions associated with the implementation of the federal project “Digital Technologies” until 2024. Active integration of landscape elements into the structure of the centres is caused by the need for environmental rehabilitation of urban areas in accordance with the Environmental Safety Strategy of the Russian Federation until 2025. The aim of the research is to identify the peculiarities of the development in the 2020s of the architectural environment of multi-level underground structures of public and trade complexes in the context of reconstruction of the central districts of large and major cities in areas that include a large urban square, using the example of the “Paveletskaya Plaza” underground multifunctional centre. The task of the analysis is to determine new trends in the development of the architectural environment of the PTC in the modern socio-economic, urban planning, environmental conditions of large and major cities that meet their requirements.Materials and methods. The study of literary sources, scientific publications, Internet resources, as well as field surveys of the complexes. Development of schematic spatial models of the complexes based on the identified modern trends of their architectural and planning organization.Results. The necessity to refine the existing PTC classification in the sites that include a large urban area has been identified.Conclusions. The omnichannel behavior of buyers requires development of architectural environment of the centres based on the expansion of volume and composition of public function, development of techniques of immersive environment creation, as well as the formation of a landscape at above-platform levels.

This study aims to present computational technology that can be used to evaluate numerically the harmful environmental consequences caused by an accidental hydrogen release from failed high-pressure dispensing cylinders and its explosion at a vehicle hydrogen filling station. A coupled problem of a hydrogen explosion products expansion in the atmospheric ground layer and a harmful explosion pressure wave shock impact on service personnel and infrastructure buildings at an accident site is solved by means of computer experiment simulation series. A spatial time-dependent model of compressible hydrogen-air mixture flow is used to obtain pressure history in calculation area in order to assess maximum overpressure in control points of human possible locations and on building surfaces exposed to hydrogen blast wave impact. A deterministic impact consequences model is based on comparing maximum overpressure values extracted from the mathematical model with threshold ranges corresponding to certain degrees of human damage and infrastructure destruction. The presented computer technology allows safety experts to identify potentially dangerous zones by means of mathematical modelling and recommend effective protection measures to mitigate negative consequences of explosions.

Perinatal inflammatory stress is associated with early life morbidity and lifelong consequences for pulmonary health. Chorioamnionitis, an inflammatory condition affecting the placenta and fluid surrounding the developing fetus, affects 25 to 40% of preterm births. Severe chorioamnionitis with preterm birth is associated with significantly increased risk of pulmonary disease and secondary infections in childhood, suggesting that fetal inflammation may markedly alter the development of the lung. Here, we used intra-amniotic lipopolysaccharide (LPS) challenge to induce experimental chorioamnionitis in a prenatal rhesus macaque (Macaca mulatta) model that mirrors structural and temporal aspects of human lung development. Inflammatory injury directly disrupted the developing gas exchange surface of the primate lung, with extensive damage to alveolar structure, particularly the close association and coordinated differentiation of alveolar type 1 pneumocytes and specialized alveolar capillary endothelium. Single-cell RNA sequencing analysis defined a multicellular alveolar signaling niche driving alveologenesis that was extensively disrupted by perinatal inflammation, leading to a loss of gas exchange surface and alveolar simplification, with notable resemblance to chronic lung disease in newborns. Blockade of the inflammatory cytokines interleukin-1β and tumor necrosis factor-α ameliorated LPS-induced inflammatory lung injury by blunting stromal responses to inflammation and modulating innate immune activation in myeloid cells, restoring structural integrity and key signaling networks in the developing alveolus. These data provide new insight into the pathophysiology of developmental lung injury and suggest that modulating inflammation is a promising therapeutic approach to prevent fetal consequences of chorioamnionitis.

The human lung plays vital roles in respiration, host defense, and basic physiology. Recent technological advancements such as single-cell RNA sequencing and genetic lineage tracing have revealed novel cell types and enriched functional properties of existing cell types in lung. The time has come to take a new census. Initiated by members of the NHLBI-funded LungMAP Consortium and aided by experts in the lung biology community, we synthesized current data into a comprehensive and practical cellular census of the lung. Identities of cell types in the normal lung are captured in individual cell cards with delineation of function, markers, developmental lineages, heterogeneity, regenerative potential, disease links, and key experimental tools. This publication will serve as the starting point of a live, up-to-date guide for lung research at https://www.lungmap.net/cell-cards/. We hope that Lung CellCards will promote the community-wide effort to establish, maintain, and restore respiratory health.

The main features of the XXI century Russian society have been formed due to social and psychological changes, which led to a global transformation of the state system. Modern world faces the problem of developing a new policy of state power that will be based on the principles of consensus (reconciliation of all contentious and conflicting issues in the process of developing a solution that is reached through discussion and consultation), society and open partnership. The reason for this global upheaval is that the pace of change in the relationship between the state (government) and society itself depends on the open-ended policy that is now key. The image of a civil servant is similar to a construction that can be replaced, strengthened, re-mounted, modified, etc., and most importantly, that it needs serious work. The perception of the image exists and changes not only in the consciousness of people, but also in the unconscious sphere (emotional). In order to create a positive image of a civil servant, they need to be governed. To manage it, one needs to know the basic idea of what and in what sequence should occur, and at what stage intermediate results should appear. According to the authors, the solution to the problem of studying the acting factors that make the positive image of civil servants of modern Russia, the identification of the most effective ways, forms and principles of its positive transformation, as well as the analysis of the constituents of the employee of state structures are relevant. The most important in the work of representatives of public authorities is the nature of their public relations. If public servants do not evoke citizens' feelings of trust, justice and other positive psychological and social reactions, then feedback (from the population to state bodies) will be ineffective. Since the operation of the system of state power is the result of the functioning of the whole state as a whole, it is important that the work of state bodies used the maximum opportunities with the least cost. This scheme ensures effective management and positive results. But such a situation will not be achievable if the level of public trust in government is low.
