The quantification of a plant, which is vital in medication bearing antioxidant activity of the North West area of the province Balochistan Ebenus Stellata family Fabaceae is explained in this paper. The plant composition was determined chemically through well-known four analytical tests and sensitive EMR operating techniques. The crude extract was obtained from the plant by using methanol, and the antioxidant activity of that extract was measured. Additionally, with the help of spectrophotometer, antioxidant potentials were determined through the DPPH (2, 2-Diphenyl-1-Picrylhydrazyl) assay, Ferric ion (Fe+3) reducing antioxidant power assay, Ferric (Fe+3) reducing antioxidant potential (FRAP) assay, and total antioxidant capacity (TAC) of the phosphomolybdenum assay. The potency of the DPPH assay of Ebenus Stellata was 179 mg/g of ascorbic acid concentration. Moreover, the FRAP and TAC values were 9.2 mg and 35 mg of ascorbic acid/g of Ebenus stellate extract, respectively. Furthermore, RP denotes 2.6 mg/g of ascorbic acid concentration. Determination of antioxidants and antibacterial activities of an important medicinal plant like Platytaenia multicaule has been accomplished for the first time in this contest. Regarding antioxidants and antibacterial activities, the plant was analyzed chemically by means of four well known methods as well as by UV/VIS spectroscopic techniques. The crude extract was obtained from the plant by the utilization of methanol (MeOH) and the antioxidants activities of the crude extract tested. Furthermore, using spectrophotometer the antioxidants capacities were examined via 2,2-Diphenyl-1-Picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) Assay, Total Antioxidant Capacity (TAC), Ferric Reducing Antioxidant Power (FRAP) Assay and Reducing Power (RP) Assays. The capacity of DPPH Assay of P. multicaule was 190 mg/g of ascorbic acid concentration. Additionally, for the TAC and FRAP the values of extracts were 10.85 mg and 40 mg of ascorbic acid/g of P. multicaule extract respectively. In addition, the RP shows 3.29 mg/g of ascorbic acid concentration. The P. multicaule have shown the high antioxidant activity. On the other hand, the antibacterial activity of this plant was investigated by the agar well diffusion method. In this, the plant extracts were examined against two bacteria namely Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus which exhibited 14 mm and 16 mm zones of inhibition respectively. In recent years, the Quetta Valley and surrounding areas have experienced unprecedented levels of subsidence, which has been attributed mainly to groundwater withdrawal. However, this region is also tectonically active and is home to several regional strike-slip faults, including the north-south striking left-lateral Chaman Fault System. Several large earthquakes have occurred recently in this area, including one deadly Mw 6.4 earthquake that struck on 28 October 2008. This study integrated Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (InSAR) results with GPS, gravity, seismic reflection profiles, and earthquake centroid-moment-tensor (CMT) data to identify the impact of tectonic and anthropogenic processes on subsidence and earthquake patterns in this region. To detect and map the spatial-temporal features of the processes that led to the surface deformation, this study used two Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) time series, i.e., 15 Phased Array L-band Synthetic Aperture Radar (PALSAR) images acquired by an Advanced Land Observing Satellite (ALOS) from 2006-2011 and 40 Environmental Satellite (ENVISAT) Advanced Synthetic Aperture Radar (ASAR) images spanning 2003-2010. A Small Baseline Subset (SBAS) technique was used to investigate surface deformation. Five seismic lines totaling ~60 km, acquired in 2003, were used to map the blind thrust faults beneath a Quaternary alluvium layer. The median filtered SBAS-InSAR average velocity profile supports groundwater withdrawal as the dominant source of subsidence, with some contribution from tectonic subsidence in the Quetta Valley. Results of SBAS-InSAR multi-temporal analysis provide a better explanation for the pre-, co-, and post-seismic displacement pattern caused by the 2008 earthquake swarms across two strike-slip faults.
