Idealnya sebuah perguruan tinggi harus bisa beradaptasi untuk tetap membuat bisnisnya bertahan dan berkelanjutan dalam situasi apapun, seperti pandemi saat ini yang berdampak pada berbagai sektor termasuk sektor pendidikan seperti perguruan tinggi X di Denpasar, Bali. Berdasarkan data pada bagian pemasaran di perguruan tinggi X, terdapat penurunan jumlah penerimaan mahasiswa baru jika dibandingkan saat kondisi normal dengan saat pandemi berlangsung serta belum teridentifikasinya profil kelompok pelanggan potensial di perguruan tinggi tersebut. Solusi yang dapat dilakukan adalah melakukan identifikasi karakteristik pelanggan potensial / customer profiling pada perguruan tinggi X sehingga dapat diketahui kelompok pelanggan potensial pada perguruan tinggi X. Customer profiling dilakukan dengan Model RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) dan metode data mining, yaitu K-Means terhadap data transaksi mahasiswa selama tahun 2019 - 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi profil karakteristik pelanggan yang ada pada perguruan tinggi X dan mendapatkan rekomendasi strategi pemasaran di masa mendatang berdasarkan hasil profiling tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan karakteristik dari empat (4) kelompok profil pelanggan pada Perguruan Tinggi X, yaitu “Sangat Potensial”, “Potensial”, “Netral” dan “Tidak Potensial”. Kemudian didapatkan juga rekomendasi strategi pemasaran yaitu strategi retensi untuk kelompok “Sangat Potensial” dan “Potensial”, strategi Up Sell untuk kelompok “Sangat Potensial”, “Potensial” dan “Netral”, strategi Cross Sell untuk kelompok “Sangat Potensial”, “Potensial” dan “Netral” serta strategi promosi untuk seluruh kelompok pelanggan di Perguruan Tinggi X.

Selama pandemi COVID-19, wisatawan lebih memilih ekowisata daripada wisata massal. Kawasan ekowisata di Bali belum memiliki kriteria baku untuk dijadikan acuan pengembangan ekowisata pedesaan. Diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk membantu memberikan rekomendasi pemilihan pengembangan ekowisata pedesaan, agar pengembagan ekowisata lebih efektif dan efesien. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan SPK pada ekowisata pedesaan. Teknik pengambilan keputusan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini FUCOM-MOORA dan FUCOM-VIKOR. Kriteria yang digunakan adalah kondisi alam, lingkungan, budaya, infrastruktur, kelembagaan, SDM, sikap masyarakat dan aksesbilitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah CRISP-DM Pengujian model melibatkan 171 alternatif ekowisata pedesaan. Model diuji oleh 5 orang narasumber. Dari hasil uji signifikansi, kondisi telah teruji signifikansi memberikan rata-rata akurasi sebesar 74,9% dibandingkan dengan ketika belum diuji signifikansi yang hanya mencapai 70,5%. Hasil analisis konsistensi menunjukkan ekowisata pedesaan di Besakih, Penglipuran dan Tenganan merupakan peringkat 3 teratas. FUCOM-MOORA lebih unggul dibandingkan dengan FUCOM-VIKOR, karena peringkat pertama pada FUCOM-MOORA pada kondisi paling diunggulkan memiliki nilai sebaran rata-rata pemeringkatan sebesar 2,0501 sedangkan pada FUCOM-VIKOR memiliki nilai 2,3016.

Student development cannot be separated from the influence of the surrounding environment, be it physical, psychological, and social. The inherent nature of the environment is change, if change is difficult to predict, it will create behavioral gaps from students. For example, problems that are often experienced by students are difficulties in increasing grades so that the scores are relatively low, the level of class attendance is minimal, the learning environment in the classroom whether it supports students to be able to participate in learning activities or not, violations of school rules, and so on. The purpose of this study is to help provide decision recommendations for students who will be given priority in counseling guidance and counseling services. The method used for calculations on the SPK is a combination of AHP-TOPSIS and Naïve Bayes Classifier. AHP is used to find the weight value of each criterion, TOPSIS is used in the ranking process while Naïve Bayes is used to determine counseling services. The results of this study are in the form of a decision support system, which can facilitate the decision-making process, and can provide recommendations for students who are prioritized for counseling and counseling services

Pariwisata merupakan suatu kegiatan dilakukan oleh manusia secara kelompok maupun perorangan untuk mengunjungi tempat yang menarik didalam wilayah suatu negara sendiri atau negara lain. Kabupaten Karangasem merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Bali yang memiliki cukup banyak tempat wisata menjadi daerah yang cukup sering dikunjungi wisatawan. Peningkatan fasilitas dan infrastruktur pendukung terus diupayakan sehingga mampu memberikan kenyamanan bagi wisatawan. Namun pendataan tempat wisata oleh Dinas Pariwisata masih dilakukan secara konvensional sehingga diperlukan tenaga dan waktu yang cukup banyak. Untuk itu dilakukan pengembangan “Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Pariwisata Terintegrasi E-Ticket Mobile Dengan Metode Extreme Programming”. Pengembangan aplikasi E-Ticket yang teringrasi dengan system pariwisata dapat memudahakan petugas dalam melaporkan hasil penjualan tiket serta dapat mengurangi pengeluaran tiket yang tidak terjual Metode Extreme Programming adalah salah satu metode dalam pengembangan aplikasi yang menerapkan sistem ‘agile’ sebagai inti dalam pengembangan aplikasi. Metode Extreme Programming memiliki 4 tahapan. Tahap pertama yang dilakukan adalah perencanaan system, dari tahap ini menghasilkan analisis kebutuhan. Pada tahap desain system, analisis kebutuhan diproses menjadi desain sistem. Desain sistem diwujudkan menjadi prototipe sistem pada tahap penulisan. Dalam tahap pengujian, prototipe sistem diuji menggunakan metode black box, respon pengguna dan running time. Pada pengujian black box, output yang dihasilkan sistem sudah sesuai dengan harapan. Dari pengujian running time menunjukan rata-rata waktu yang dibutuhkan oleh prototipe sistem untuk menyelesaikan setiap proses adalah 479 ms. Pada pengujian respon pengguna menunjukan prototipe sistem sudah berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan proses penjualan tiket untuk tempat wisata di Kabupaten Karangasem.

To produce competent and professional lecturers, of course, requires various efforts so that these goals are achieved, one of the efforts that can be made is through lecturer performance appraisal. At Tabanan University, lecturer performance assessment is carried out at the end of each semester, but in its implementation there are obstacles, namely: the results of the assessment are still not appropriate because they only assess education and learning criteria and and does not include any other defining criteria, besides that in Tabanan University, does not yet have a benchmark for determining lecturer performance. This has an impact on the decision-making process in evaluating and ranking lecturer performance. Therefore, to overcome these obstacles, a decision support system (DSS) is needed. The DSS was built using a combination of the Profile Matching and TOPSIS methods. The Profile Matching method is used in the weighting process and the calculation of the level of suitability of each alternative, while the TOPSIS method is for ranking calculations. The decision support system is built using four criteria that are taken from the employee performance targets.. These criteria are: Education and Teaching, Research, Community Service and Work Behavior.

Balinese dance is the intangible cultural heritage which has become one of the main tourism draws in Indonesia, and worldwide that offers various cultural wealth with its unique qualities. It has strong characteristics, shown through the movements, music, and costumes. The richness of Balinese dance has attracted people, both scholars and tourists, to learn it. Unfortunately, it also presents a challenge for people who have just begun to learn it, due to their unfamiliarity with its terms taken from the local Balinese language. An Android-based application aimed at remedying this problem has been developed and has been evaluated for its main features and functionality. Several suggestions from initial users have been obtained and utilized for further development of the dictionary. By maintaining the multimedia features, the dictionary has become not only a reference for terms but also a practical reference for the dance movement itself. The results of the user survey suggested that further development using advanced technology could deliver more appealing experiences in learning Balinese dance. Furthermore, most of the respondents stated that the current development is appropriate as an early step in the efforts to preserve the record of Balinese dance.

The development of immersive technology allows users to interact more realistically with the virtual world and immersive technology can also be used as a medium for introducing culture based on information communication technology. Currently, there are many immersive applications, so an evaluation is needed to measure the usability of immersive storytelling applications, especially in the interface design. Usability measurements are carried out to find out whether the interface design is good, because there are still complaints about the immersive story telling application, especially the interface design. This paper will evaluate the usability of the application immersive story telling satua I Belog using the usability heuristic method by adapting the twelve heuristic rules proposed by Sutcliffe. Heuristic evaluation is a combination of usability aspects and user presence aspects in a virtual environment. This evaluation process involves 3 assessors. The evaluation results show that the Immersive Story Telling Satua I Belog application has quite good 3D quality and the application performance is quite good. However, there are several features that need to be improved, namely 3D graphics and player controls to get maximum performance. In the application there are also objects that can be penetrated. During the evaluation process it was also found that motion sickness symptoms can occur in every user. This Motion Sickness event is influenced by aspects of the user's position when running the Immersive Story Telling Satua I Belog application. motion sickness will feel fast when using the application by looking up and shaking your head within eight minutes of using the application.

The purpose of this work was to provide an integration scheme of healthcare systems, connecting the public health centres to the general hospital and provide the required data aggregation to entitled government institutions. A middle-ware-based system has been developed using a rapid application development model and tested using several scenarios. The results have shown that the developed system could deliver the expected process while the newly provided executive dashboard system provided insight into the processed data. The developed web services are ready to be used in further data exchanges, but several steps must be ascertained beforehand. Problems, challenges, and opportunities regarding the future of data sharing among institutions in Indonesia were also discussed. The services that have been developed in this work shows a promising implementation of an integrated system, especially in healthcare, as part of the implementation of the broader e-Gov-ernance enactment. The emphasis on the role of patients in the built system becomes an essential key for further development.

Segmentasi mata katarak pada citra medis bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode operasi morfologi dalam melakukan proses segmentasi pada mata katarak dan mengetahui tingkat perbandingan hasil terhadap penerapan operasi morfologi dalam segmentasi mata katarak. Secara teoritis, hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi atau masukan bagi perkembangan ilmu komputer dan menambah kajian ilmu komputer khususnya dalam bidang pengolahan citra digital dengan pemanfaatan sebuah metode operasi morfologi. Pengujian operasi morfologi yang diimplementasikan pada kasus segmentasi citra ini memerlukan suatu data uji untuk mengetahui hasil dan kinerja dari metode operasi morfologi. Data uji yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 50 data uji terdiri dari 25 data uji citra mata katarak dan 25 data uji citra mata normal. Data uji tersebut selanjutnya akan diproses ke dalam sistem menggunakan metode operasi morfologi. Rancangan metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini melalui beberapa tahapan yang dimulai dari akuisisi citra yang dibantu oleh dokter yang bertugas di rumah sakit mata bali mandara menggunakan alat lensometer. Setelah diperoleh citra, tahap selanjutnya adalah pra pengolahan citra dengan melakukan beberapa proses yaitu cropping, thresholding. Dari hasil pra pengolahan selanjutnya dilakukan proses segmentasi menggunakan metode operasi morfologi dengan menerapkan operasi closing dan operasi opening. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, penerapan segmentasi dengan menggunakan operasi morfologi pata mata katarak sangat efektif dalam membantu pada proses segmentasi. Dari hasil uji coba keseluruhan citra dan di nilai berdasarkan persepsi oleh 4 orang pakar terhadap tingkat ketepatan hasil segmentasi mengunakan operasi morfologi pada mata katarak yang dibandingkan dengan citra asli, diperoleh hasil segmentasi mencapai 88,3%.

Sistem remunerasi yang dikembangkan Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha) ditunjang oleh beberapa sistem pendukung untuk merekap data kinerja pegawai BLU, diantaranya Sistem Pangkalan Data Dosen (PDD), Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAk), Sistem Aplikasi Hukum dan Tata Laksana (Shakuntala), E-Kinerja, Sistem Penelitian dan Pengabdian (SILIDIA) dan Sistem Absensi Wajah Pegawai BLU (SIWALU). Kondisi saat ini data pendukung untuk sistem remunerasi diambil melalui pusat data namun ada juga yang diambil langsung dari masing-masing sistem pendukung. Hal ini menyebabkan jika terjadi perubahan data pada satu sistem, akan timbul ketidakkonsistenan dan duplikasi data, sehingga diperlukan suatu integrasi data dari sistem pendukung remunerasi. Selain itu sistem di UPT TIK belum terdokumentasi dengan baik. Agar dapat tercipta data yang akurat, tidak tumpang tindih, dan konsisten, diperlukan sistem yang terintegrasi. Dalam membangun sebuah sistem informasi yang terintegrasi, perencanaan arsitektur adalah langkah awal yang harus dilakukan. Perencanaan pengembangan sebuah sistem informasi sangat diperlukan agar sistem yang dikembangkan dapat berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan Zachman Framework, yang merupakan salah satu metode EAP dalam perancangan sistem. Perencanaan dilakukan dengan menganalisis data dan informasi dari enam perspektif berbeda yang berhubungan dengan Sistem Remunerasi di Undiksha. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah gambar arsitektur aplikasi, arsitektur teknologi dan rancangan integrasi data sistem penunjang remunerasi yang diterjemahkan dari hasil pemetaan matrik Zachman yang berjumlah 36 sel yang terdiri dari 6 kolom dan 6 baris.

This study is aimed at analyzing the handling of mathematical expression on the Latin-to-Balinese Script transliteration method since there has not been studied yet. It is one of the ways to preserve the endangered local culture knowledge through the collaboration between Computer Science and Language discipline. Moreover, this study was conducted on mobile computing that supports ubiquitous learning. There are three aspects related, i.e.; 1) Balinese Language uses verbal mathematical expression rather than mathematical expression using the notation in its Balinese writing; 2) In transliteration case, the Latin text of mathematical expression using notation should be preserved to avoid complexity related to various verbal mathematical expressions (which they have the same meaning); and 3) The second aspect was limitedly handled by the supporting computer font, which in this case is Bali Simbar Dwijendra (SD) font, and special algorithm needed to be applied on them. This research added a certain perspective and strengthened the transliteration knowledge, as part of Balinese Language ubiquitous learning that supports Balinese Language education, which is a mandatory local subject from basic to high school in Bali Province. This analysis was conducted on pioneering Aksara Bali SD mobile application that receives Latin text input and outputs Balinese Script based on Bali SD font. Through the experiment, it's handling of mathematical expression gave good transliteration results since a special rule-based algorithm was applied.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesetabilan kendaraan dengan melakukan pengamatan terhadap batas kecepatan kendaraan yang diijinkan saat berbelok dengan sudut tertentu. Parameter tersebut diukur untuk dapat mengetahui kecepatan kritis dimana kendaraan akan skid dan mengalami rolling speed. Dengan mengetahui kecepatan kritis kendaraan akan membantu pengemudi untuk mengendalikan kecepatan kendaraan pada saat berbelok pada radius belok tertentu. Hasil dari penelitian Analisis Stabilitas Belok Rancangan Kendaraan Ganesha Electric Vehicles 1.0 Generasi 1 Bertransmisi Continous Variable Transmision (CVT) Dengan Menggunakan Metode Quasi Statis Berbasis Microsoft Visual Studio Dengan Bahasa Pemrograman C# yaitu kendaraan cendrung mempunyai prilaku responsif pada saat berbelok yaitu oversteer pada saat kecepatan konstan dan terjadi skid pada kecepatan 20 km/jam dan rolling speed baru akan terjadi pada kecepatan 30 km/jam dimana; skid depan terjadi pada sudut belok depan (αf) = 420 dengan kecepatan skid depan (Vsf)= 10,9 km/jam,dan kendaraan mengalami rolling speed pada sudut belok depan (af)= 390 dengan kecepatan rolling speed (Vg)= 22,4 km/jam. Kata Kunci : Kata kunci : rolling speed , skid, stabilitas, sudut belok. This study aimed to determine the vehicle stability by observing the speed limit allowable vehicle when turning at an angle . These parameters were measured in order to determine critical speed where the vehicle will skid and experience rolling speed.By knowing the critical speed of the vehicle will help the driver to control the vehicle's speed at the time to turn at certain turning radius. Agriculture has been a relevant field that attracted attention in recent years caused by the growing population, which has raised the problem of food sufficiency. Therefore, one of the solutions that this study offered is to improve production results through innovations by performing an automatic plantation’s watering process that can be monitored remotely. The purpose of this study is to help farmers to be able to control the condition of the soil moisture, together with the automatic watering process. The hardware used in this research is the NodeMCU Board with Wi-Fi ESP-32, Relay, and Moisture Sensors. This research applied the concept of the Internet of Things (IoT), where each sensor module was assembled to be an object that has been programmed to carry out its tasks. A fuzzy-based module was developed to regulate the pump control, measure soil moisture, and control the water pump machine. Furthermore, each object was given its own identity to facilitate the communication process of every object. This process was connecting each object through the internet network by applying a lightweight communication protocol, the MQTT protocol. The data from sensors that represented the condition of each object were displayed on a graph in real-time. There were also tables of data that can be printed into a document file. This research was able to assist farmers in the process of watering their plants. Therefore, the harvesting process had increased, with only a little maintenance cost.

Bali is one of the provinces with profitable tourism opportunities. It has led to many businesses related to tourism, which is a travel agent. Travel agents in Bali usually offer variety of tour packages with different prices and specifications. The problem experienced by tourists in determining tour packages is that the price of tour packages is quite high and does not match the tourist budget. In addition, the schedule of visits from tour packages is also inflexible. This problem can be overcome by making a decision support system for forming tour packages. This study uses the BWM method to determine each criterion’s optimal weight and the MARCOS to rank alternative tourism objects that will form a tour package. Testing results using confusion matrix get an accuracy value of 74.19%, precision of 81.25%, recall / sensitivity of 72.22% and specificity of 76.92%.

The aim purposed of this research is to evaluate clinical management information system called (E-CLINIC) which is integrated with the Primary Care (Pcare) application provided by Indonesia sosial healt insurance organization called BPJS Kesehatan to first level of health cares facility called as FKTP. This evaluation is intended to measure the maturity level on used of two integrated applications using COBIT 4.1 framework. The integration of the Clinic’s management information system with PCare is considered to be the main resource that has strategic value to be able to manage information effectively and efficiently for the achievement of organizational goals. The results achieved have been running in accordance with the organization’s business objectives, this can be seen from the level of maturity that reaches level 3 (Defined), which is a condition in which the organization has formal and written standard procedures that have been socialized to all levels of management and employees to be obeyed and run in daily activities.

The importance of data to help the management of educational institutions in decision making is recognized by all parties to improve the quality and competitiveness of their alumnus in society. However, to process aBig Data, facilities and resource capabilities are needed to convert the data into information that can be easily visualized and consumed by various interested parties. As the inefficiency of the old technology use in helping the businesses’ needs, the infrastructure of the big data is important. Big data presents various challenges in infrastructure provision and resource constraints as well as privacy and security concerns. This paper provides an initial development of how to build Big Data infrastructure in an educational institution that is adaptable to existing conditions which provide considerable performance and capabilities to perform information mining to assist in decision making. The scenarios, in this case, provide valuable additional insights for organizations to apply to their environment and can be leveraged to reach critical decision making through data visualization.

This work focused on testing the Raspberry Pi device’s performance with the MIRC CTP application, developed by RSNA. The application could de-identify medical image data. The medical images tested in this research were using the DICOM standard. The results have shown that the average data processing time for 100 DICOM files in CT modality was roughly 0.5 seconds per images. Meanwhile, the tests obtained an average of three images per seconds when more extensive data with average size of 132 KB were transferred, using 1000, 5000, and 10000 files, respectively. It was shown that the installation of the RSNA CTP in the Raspberry Pi device is not complicated. Furthermore, the transfer results demonstrated that the device could be used in the medical image data de-identification, specifically in image data sharing

Denpasar City Government is one of the government agencies that hav implemented the Regional Financial Management Information System (SIPKD). SIPKD is an integrated application that is used as a tool for regional governments for improving the effectiveness of the implementation of various regulations in the field of regional financial management based on the principles of efficiency, economic, effective, transparent, accountable and auditable. Research Evaluation of SIPKD governance in Denpasar City Government was conducted based on the framework of the COBIT 5 (Control Objective for Information & Related Technology) framework of ISACA 2012, which was modified according to the conditions at the study site. The research method used was descriptive-quantitative evaluation and cascading evaluation method at the COBIT 5 stage, by distributing questionnaires to each admin as many as 40 respondents, to get scores in the form of numbers and conducting structured interviews with BPKAD leaders to obtain the expected capability level conditions. Evaluation of SIPKD governance with COBIT 5 uses the PAM (Process Assessment Model) analysis as a reference in determining its attributes, with the results of the capability level currently at the level 3 established process in the APO01 process of 77% achieved, APO012 of 78% achiaved, DSS04 by 77% mostly achiaved, EDM03 by 78% largely achieved, and MEA03 by 77% largely achieved, which means that in the management of SIPKD the Denpasar City Government has been well established in managing SIPKD conducted by all SIPKD administrators and operators along with BPKAD leaders in Denpasar. And the results of the interview the desired results are at level 4 predictable process.

It is highly important to protect the society’s sensitive personal data. The reason is that many personal data are published by the government institution without paying attention to the prevailing regulations. In this current study, the search for the data in the form of hyperlink with its contents in the legitimate site of the General Election Committees was conducted with the assistance of Crawling Web. The obtained contents were preprocessed using the Preprocessing Text, which were then weighted using the TF-IDF method before they were classified using the Naїve Bayes method. After that, an analysis on the types of the published sensitive personal and the extent of the publication based on the area groups was conducted. Out of 6,700 instances of the personal data which were analyzed, 6.430 were published. The personal data which were published were full name, place and date of birth, religion, marital status, ID Number of the government civil servants, identity card number, number of the tax payer, account number, mobile number, e-mail, address, position, and face photo. The level of publication based on the total data found was as follows: 11.45% in the Central General Election Committee, 21.60% in the eastern area, 17.01% in the central area and 49.94% in the eastern area. The accuracy of the Naїve Bayes method averaged 96.99%. Prior to publication, the General Election Committee is recommended to respect someone’s personal data as privacy and the data which would be published should obtain approval and an easily-contacted contact person.

Shakuntala is a system that manages official documents and letters at UniversitasPendidikanGanesha. The system stores various documents in PDF format which are categorized by type of document. But Shakuntala can only receive scanned documents, and document categorization were done manually by the operator. Documents uploaded to Shakuntalaalso generally contain information about people who were manually tagged by the operator. This causes inefficiencies that should be carried out automatically by machine. This study aimed at finding the best classification model for determining document categories. In addition, this research also intent to figure out the best method for tagging the people listed on the document. The results of the study showed that the Decision Tree classification model was the best model with an accuracy of 83.06% compared to KNN and Naive Bayes. As for the annotation of the person’s name, the Levenshtein distance method with a similarity threshold of 95% obtained an accuracy of 68.20%.

Interoperability is an important property for different systems to be integrated. It provides interfaces from multiple data sources to support data and information integrity between various information systems. This study was aimed to: 1) designed an interoperable component to integrate several sub-systems into a centralised data centre; 2) developed a prototype based on the design to be used within an existing data centre system. Both purposes were done to support data integration as required by implementing ETL process, crypto-post, and REST service. This work has provided the solution of data integration model between information systems running on HTTP protocol. The integration model used both synchronous and asynchronous schemes. The methodology that was used in this research was research and development with agile SCRUM framework. The SCRUM framework was used to manage all processes of the development workflow before the production release. The result of the SCRUM framework implementation was burn down process chart and the retrospective logs. It shown the effectiveness of teamwork during the development and the release phases. There were three stages of testing that had been conducted consisted of white box and black box testing, followed by the performance verification.

This study aims to assess navigation and obstacle avoidance by autonomous mobile robots in plant environments using Fuzzy-PID behavior selection algorithms and visual odometry. The research variables are height, width, and distance. The PID set point is 80, the proportional constant value is 0.5, the integral constant value is 0.45, and the derivative constant value is 0.6. Mobile robots were tested using model 1 and model 2 designs on different patterns with as many as 9 obstacles. The result of the ultrasonic sensor testing is that the overall accuracy was 99.71%. For each of the category, the Pixy camera testing results in block 1 having an accuracy of 77.44%, block 2 97.88%, and block 3 85.88%. Mobile robot testing on the same model shows an increase in accuracy after the distance input value on the fuzzy is enlarged. Future research can use machine learning methods.

this article discusses about an effort toward open data implementation in Indonesia by using semantic web technology. This proposed open data are classified based on administrative region in Indonesia by integrating various data sources that linked to their administrative region. Data was discovered by implementing web scraper with a certain rule, and the result was mapped into the graph database by utilizing ontology structure that we built. The data can be used by client using SPARQL endpoint that linked to the graph database. The data also can be integrated with other data source by utilizing semantic web technology that has been done by two case studies which are discussed by the end of this article.

Bali is a world tourism destination for its cultural riches. Balinese culture is a legacy of the world’s riches that must be preserved. In the development of the education world and technology today, there have been many efforts done to preserve Balinese culture such as researches used to document Balinese cultures. One study for the preservation of Balinese culture in the field of technology is the Balinese script transliteration application. Balinese script is one of the traditional Indonesian archipelago that created in Bali. Because its use is limited to a narrow scope in everyday use, most Balinese script has been replaced with Latin letters. Therefore this research is focused on preserving Balinese script using robot technology. The robot that developed in this research is a robot that can write Balinese script using a design resembles a human arm. Its connected to the computer using USB and mDraw a graphics program developed based on open source python. mDraw will give input to the robot in .svg format that generated by the Pasang Aksara transliteration application. This .svg or vector as input mDraw will give command to the robot to write the transliteration result on a piece of paper. In this paper a new idea has been proposed to implement the robot on cultural preservation and Balinese script education. This robotic arm was successfully tested and the result are 60% (21 glyph) categorized as very good, 37.14% (13 glyph) categorized as good, and 2.86% (1 glyph) enough. And for the Pasang Aksara transliteration aplication obtained the result of accuracy 75,73 % (of 861 words) for the correct test count and 24,7 % (of 276 words) for wrong test, count from 1137 word on thirteen kinds of special word in transliteration rules. For future development, replacement servo motors are located on the pen to make the process on the ups and downs of the pen smoother for more accurate Balinese script writing by the robot. The FSA method used is still constrained by some special words that failed to be transliterated correctly, so it is necessary to develop a certain algorithm so the accuracy of transliteration can reach 100%.

We proposed a new approach of automatic image annotation (AIA) using salient object detection. Salient objects which are used for AIA are generated applying Minimum Barrier Salient Object Detection (MB) method. To improve the quality of AIA, we combined the features from salient objects and entire images by doing a weighted average. The combinations of the features were used to build a random forest (RF) classifier. The classifier was used to produce labels for the testing images. We used Corel 5K as the dataset in this work consisting of 50 categories of images. However, since the saliency approach seeks the dominant object in an image, only 25 groups of images (2500 images) with explicit objects in the image were tested in this study. The result shown that the highest accuracy was obtained when the feature was averaged, using the weight of 2/17 for the salient-object feature and 15/17 for the overall-image feature. Image labeling accuracy reached 79.89% with 95%-CI ranging between 76 to 83%. This proves our proposed approach, with the RF generated using training data in the form of a combined feature, can perform better classification than RF which uses the whole image features or RF that only uses the features of salient object.

SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis is one of the common tabulation technique to evaluate internal and external environments for strategic planning and successfulness of an organization. Educational institution requires SWOT analysis to make strategic planning in order to meet accreditation requirements or well accredited and also to increase the number of raw input. There is still no particular method that related to SWOT analysis, especially in vocational school accreditation report. Furthermore, many steps have to be conducted, multiple resources involved, and time consuming processes have given impact on the accuracy of SWOT analysis report. We have developed a Fuzzy Analytic Network Process-based automatized SWOT analysis to improve the accuracy of vocational school accreditation report. The fuzzy system processed the respondent's questionnaire answers as the input, generating the SWOT quadrant, and then generated the priority of strategies based on the SWOT quadrant as the output using the FANP method. It used 8 variables as the input and 8 variables as its outputs. The data was collected through accreditation instruments issued by National School/Madrasah Accreditation Board which is used to evaluate the management system for vocational school that implements the Indonesian curriculum of 2013. The system output is compared to the data collected through the experts (certified accreditation assessor). The results showed that there was 84.78% accuracy of the system compare with expert opinion using the likert-scale on 2 sets of data test.

To compare non-commercial DICOM toolkits for their de-identification ability in removing a patient's personal health information (PHI) from a DICOM header.Ten DICOM toolkits were selected for de-identification tests. Tests were performed by using the system's default de-identification profile and, subsequently, the tools' best adjusted settings. We aimed to eliminate fifty elements considered to contain identifying patient information. The tools were also examined for their respective methods of customization.Only one tool was able to de-identify all required elements with the default setting. Not all of the toolkits provide a customizable de-identification profile. Six tools allowed changes by selecting the provided profiles, giving input through a graphical user interface (GUI) or configuration text file, or providing the appropriate command-line arguments. Using adjusted settings, four of those six toolkits were able to perform full de-identification.Only five tools could properly de-identify the defined DICOM elements, and in four cases, only after careful customization. Therefore, free DICOM toolkits should be used with extreme care to prevent the risk of disclosing PHI, especially when using the default configuration. A good and robust integration system cannot be separated from how the initial design of the system is selected and implemented. Therefore, integrating existing systems to become a large system that meets the needs of other connected systems requires full assessment and verification so that when the system is implemented, the necessary changes required in the future will be able to be accommodated seamlessly. This paper demonstrates an evaluation of a prototype of a data center system using a scenario-based architectural evaluation method called ATAM (Architecture Tradeoff Analysis Method), by analyzing the behavior exhibited by the developed system. The results of the analysis shows that some improvements are needed especially in terms of security, reliability and compliance in order to meet the relevant requirements of the robustness and the ease of doing system enhancement and maintenance.

Implementasi Web service  pada sistem pengindeksan dan pencarian dokumen merupakan sistem yang dikembangkan dengan tujuan untuk menyempurnakan kekurangan yang ada pada sistem pengindeksan dan pencarian dokumen yang telah dikembangkan sebelumnya. Adapun kekurangan yang dimaksud meliputi sistem pengindeksan dan pencarian dokumen tersebut bersifat standalone dimana data yang digunakan masih disediakan dan dikelola pada sistem itu sendiri, hal tersebut tentu membutuhkan waktu yang lama bagi pengembang dalam hal manajemen datanya. Selain itu dalam proses pengindeksan, hasil index yang telah dibuat belum bisa diperbaharui atau dilakukan update index apabila terjadi perubahan maupun penambahan dokumen. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dikembangkan sistem pengindeksan dan pencarian dokumen dengan memanfaatkan layanan  penyedia data yang disediakan oleh Web service  pada sistem yang berbeda sebagai sumber data yang digunakan dalam proses pengindeksan dan pencarian dokumen, dimana pada proses pengindeksan, hasil index yang telah dibuat dapat dilakukan proses update yang meliputi proses tambah dan hapus dokumen pada file index. Selain tujuan tersebut diatas, pada sistem ini juga diimplementasikan teknologi Web service  sebagai penyedia layanan  yang dapat digunakan oleh pengembang maupun sistem yang berbeda. Transition from one Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) to the other is costly and disruptive. Especially the migration of the DICOM data from the legacy to the new PACS is a very challenging task, and although such a migration will happen in every hospital, literature on methodologies to follow and possible problems and pitfalls is scarce. The objective of this work is to provide insight in the prerequisites for the legacy PACS before starting the migration with respect to vendor and DICOM considerations.The steps involved in migration, possible methodologies, and areas of specific interest when planning migration are given. Possible challenges and problems are defined as well as issues that are often overlooked.A step-wise approach should be implemented for data migration. Careful planning and testing, continuous observation of the process, and involvement of all stakeholders including the old and new vendors are crucial for a successful transition from one PACS to the other.A proper test migration is a crucial step in the PACS transition process, which can eliminate many of the problems in the actual migration. However, with any migration, there has to be a willingness to take a limited amount of risk since not all problems can nor will be identified in the test migration.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang kotak kontak pintar pada rumah cerdas berbasis teknologi internet of things (IoT) guna untuk memonitor jumlah konsumsi daya perangkat elektronik pada rumah tangga. Sensor yang digunakan adalah 3 buah sensor arus AC N25 dan 1 buah sensor tegangan ZMPT101B, arduino nano dan Raspberry Pi yang digunakan dalam pemrosesan data, display 2x16 serta web server sebagai tampilan hasil dari konsumsi daya. Adapun pengujian dilakukan menggunakan 3 perangkat elektronik rumah tangga yaitu setrika, kipas Angin dan Satu buah televisi. Terdapat penurunan kemampuan pada sensor arus AC N25 dengan perubahan nilai berkisar 0.7-1 A sehingga harus dilakukan kalibrasi ulang. Perbedaan hasil pengukuran tegangan AC (220 VAC) yang dihasilkan sensor tegangan ZMPT101B, alat ukur Multimeter UT dan alat ukur digital multimeter kyoritsu. Namun perbedaan yang terjadi hanya pada rentang 5 vac, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa alat yang dirancang sudah sesuai dengan tegangan yang ada. Jumlah konsumsi daya kotak-kontak pintar pada rumah cerdas ini sendiri adalah pada sensor arus 0.125 Watt, sensor tegangan 0.001 Watt dan arduino nano 0.2 Watt.

Video lecture can be used as open content by recording any lecture in the classroom and share them through the learning management system. However, video lectures have some disadvantages, such as (a) the focus of the video cannot cover all objects in the class. (b) one lecture video has a lot of frames so that it is difficult for the students to find the desired sub-topics in the video. This article discusses how to overcome both these problems by combining video and slide into one learning content so that it can cover the weaknesses of learning videos as the main medium of learning. In addition, the developed system also allows users to use them offline so that it can be distributed to anyone who do not have internet access.

To present an adapted Clinical Trial Processor (CTP) test set-up for receiving, anonymising and saving Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) data using external input from the original database of an existing clinical study information system to guide the anonymisation process.Two methods are presented for an adapted CTP test set-up. In the first method, images are pushed from the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) using the DICOM protocol through a local network. In the second method, images are transferred through the internet using the HTTPS protocol.In total 25,000 images from 50 patients were moved from the PACS, anonymised and stored within roughly 2 h using the first method. In the second method, an average of 10 images per minute were transferred and processed over a residential connection. In both methods, no duplicated images were stored when previous images were retransferred. The anonymised images are stored in appropriate directories.The CTP can transfer and process DICOM images correctly in a very easy set-up providing a fast, secure and stable environment. Object detection is a topic widely studied by the scientists as a special study in image processing. Although applications of this topic have been implemented, but basically this technology is not yet mature, futher research is needed to developed to obtain the desired result. The aim of the present study is to detect cigarette objects on video by using the Viola Jones method (Haar Cascade Classifier). This method known to have speed and high accuracy because of combining some concept (Haar features, integral image, Adaboost, and Cascade Classifier) to be a main method to detect objects. In this research, detection testing of cigarettes object is in samples of video with the resolution 160x120 pixels, 320x240 pixels, 640x480 pixels under condition of on 1 cigarette object and condition 2 cigarettes object. The result of this research indicated that percentage of average accuracy highest 93.3% at condition 1 cigarette object and 86,7% in the condition 2 cigarette object that was detected on the video with resolution 640x480 pixels, while the percentage of accuracy lowest 90% at condition 1cigarette object, and 81,7% at the condition 2 cigarette objects, detected on the video with the lowest resolution 160x120 pixels. The percentage of average errors at detection cigarettes object was inversely with percentage of accuracy. So that the detection system is able to better recognize the object of the cigarette, then the number of samples in the database needs to be improved and able to represent various types of cigarettes under various conditions and can be added new parameters related to cigarette object

To develop and test a fast and easy rule-based web-environment with optional de-identification of imaging data to facilitate data distribution within a hospital environment. A web interface was built using Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), an open source scripting language for web development, and Java with SQL Server to handle the database. The system allows for the selection of patient data and for de-identifying these when necessary. Using the services provided by the RSNA Clinical Trial Processor (CTP), the selected images were pushed to the appropriate services using a protocol based on the module created for the associated task. Five pipelines, each performing a different task, were set up in the server. In a 75 month period, more than 2,000,000 images are transferred and de-identified in a proper manner while 20,000,000 images are moved from one node to another without de-identification. While maintaining a high level of security and stability, the proposed system is easy to setup, it integrate well with our clinical and research practice and it provides a fast and accurate vendor-neutral process of transferring, de-identifying, and storing DICOM images. Its ability to run different deidentification processes in parallel pipelines is a major advantage in both clinical and research setting.

At PT. BPR XYZ credit problems is a very vital issue, where if many debtors are delinquent in payment it will increase the NPL value of the bank itself. Increasing the NPL value above 5% indicates that the bank is not healthy. From the above problems, then in this study aims to perform the implementation process of data mining methods to determine the accuracy level of prediction of creditworthiness at PT. BPR XYZ, so that the future of credit problems can be overcome. Data mining methods used in the prediction process are C4.5 and Naïve Bayes methods, where both methods are implemented and the accuracy level comparison process is used to see which method is more accurate in predicting creditworthiness. Both methods are also embedded AdaBoost method with the aim of increasing the accuracy in the process of prediction of creditworthiness feasibility. The result obtained from the comparison of method accuracy level, stated that the better accuracy is C4.5 method that is 90.00% with the precision level of 86.67%. As for the accuracy of Naïve Bayes method that is equal to 70.00% with the precision level of 79.71%. Then with the addition of AdaBoost method in predicting creditworthiness proved to increase the higher accuracy value of 91.54% in method C4.5 and by 78.13% in Naïve Bayes method. From the description above, with the implementation of AdaBoost method on the method of C4.5 and Naïve Bayes can improve the accuracy of the prediction of creditworthiness of PT. BPR XYZ. In addition, the implementation of the AdaBoost-based C4.5 method can be a recommendation for PT. BPR XYZ in conducting predictive process of credit worthiness in the future.

This study aims to heat mapping the consumer’s movement using background subtraction techniques. The mapping is built using the coordinate information obtained from the consumer location that detected from the video where the separation of the consumer object and the background is done by background subtraction technique. Tests were performed on eleven video of consumer data activity that have different activity characteristics that were created using Microsoft PowerPoint application. Simulated activities include walking straight, staying, walking back to the path that had been passed, pacing, disturbance from another object, the influence of color, the consumer walks meet and coincide with other consumers. From the test of video discovery is obtained accuracy of 96.07% for the detection process of consumer movement, where the lack of detection process occurs due to the absence of techniques used to perform the introduction of characteristics of consumer objects. The mapping process is very much in line with the number of coordinates generated in the motion detection process, but the inaccurate detection of movement in the entrance and exit areas makes the coordinates high. By filtering with Region of Interes (ROI) in the survey area, creating disturbances in the area of doors and areas with objects that produce movements other than consumers can be eliminated.

This research is aimed to determine the results of the usability analysis from the website Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata (STIPAR) Triatma Jaya viewed from the user side as well as knowing the recommendation of website improvement of Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata (STIPAR) Triatma Jaya from usability aspect. The methods used are Usability Testing of Performance Measurement and Retrospective Think Aloud (RTA) techniques and the dissemination of SUS questionnaires. The results showed that the Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata (STIPAR) Triatma Jaya still not effective, it is seen from the error or mistake made by users of lecturers and students while doing the task. Statistically website Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata (STIPAR) Triatma Jaya has been efficient for lecture but not efficient for college students users. For lecturers there are 6 out of 10 tasks that do not have significant time difference, while for college students there are 4 out of 10 tasks that do not have significant time difference. From the aspect of user satisfaction, both lecturers and college students feel still less satisfied using the website of Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata (STIPAR) Triatma Jaya, this can be seen from the SUS questionnaire scores of lecturers of 63.28 and college students users of 58.44. Based on the analysis result, it can be concluded that the Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata (STIPAR) Triatma Jaya has not fulfilled the criteria of products that have good usability, because the three aspects (effectiveness, efficiency and user satisfaction) have not been met. OBJECTIVES: To evaluate portable media utilisation for image data sharing between enterprises. To predict the costs required to keep up with the trend. To identify related problems.METHODS: A software package was developed to include patient image data from CD into our normal workflow. The trend in the workload of CDs that were uploaded into a Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) over 89 months was analysed. The average number of images per month (and per investigation) was calculated to provide the estimation of storage and cost required in the whole process.RESULTS: All Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) files can be read from compact disc (CD) on any workstation in the hospital, processed quickly to the central server and checked after storage using the software tool. A total of 33,982,404 images from 88,952 CDs have been stored into the PACS system. In recent years, the stored images have reached an average of 4.2 terabytes (TB) uncompressed annually.CONCLUSION: Integrated information about patients is clearly needed to provide easy and timely access to these data. The steadily growing storage can be solved by a more automated approach to portable media handling or the installation and acceptance of network-based transfer using cross-enterprise document sharing (XDS).KEY POINTS: • Rapid assimilation of external imaging into a PACS system is essential. • But data distribution using portable media also carries some disadvantages. • A DICOM data uploader incorporates studies from portable media to hospital workflow. • Automated media handling or XDS should solve the steadily growing storage problem. • Software improvements will facilitate the steady increase in the amount of CDs processed.

Retinal blood vessels can give information about an abnormality or disease by examining its pathological changes. One of the abnormalities is diabetic retinopathy that is signed by a disorder of retinal blood vessels resulting from diabetes mellitus. Currently, diabetic retinopathy is one of major cause of human vision abnormalities or even blindness. Hence, early detection of such an abnormality can provide early and proper treatment, and segmentation of the abnormality provides a map of retinal vessels that can ease the assessment of the characteristics of the vessels. We propose a new method to segment blood vessels in a retinal image. In the method, Max-Tree is used to represent the image based on its gray level. Afterwards, the filtering process is done using branches filtering approach in which the tree branches is selected based on the elongation attribute of the nodes. The selection is started from the leaf nodes. This experiment was done to 40 retinal images, and utilized its manual segmentation by experts to validate the results. We obtain the accuracy of 93.95% and 94.21%, respectively to 40 images and 20 images.

Objectives Reproducibility of myocardial contour determination in cardiac magnetic resonance imaging is important, especially when determining T2* values per myocardial segment as a prognostic factor of heart failure or thalassemia. A method creating a composite image with contrasts optimized for drawing myocardial contours is introduced and compared with the standard method on a single image. Materials and methods A total of 36 short-axis slices from bright-blood multigradient echo (MGE) T2* scans of 21 patients were acquired at eight echo times. Four observers drew free-hand myocardial contours on one manually selected T2* image (method 1) and on one image composed by blending three images acquired at TEs providing optimum contrast-to-noise ratio between the myocardium and its surrounding regions (method 2). To investigate possible de-identification methodologies within the Cross-Enterprise Document Sharing for imaging (XDS-I) environment in order to provide strengthened support for image data exchange as part of clinical research projects. De-identification, using anonymization or pseudonymization, is the most common method to perform information removal within DICOM data. However, it is not a standard part of the XDS-I profiles. Different methodologies were observed to define how and where de-identification should take place within an XDS environment used for scientific research. De-identification service can be placed in three locations within the XDS-I framework: 1) within the Document Source, 2) between the Document Source and Document Consumer, and 3) within the Document Consumer. First method has a potential advantage with respect to the exposure of the images to outside systems but has drawbacks with respect to additional hardware and configuration requirements. Second and third method have big concern in exposing original documents with all identifiable data being intact after leaving the Document Source. De-identification within the Document Source has more advantages compared to the other methods. On the contrary, it is less recommended to perform de-identification within the Document Consumer since it has the highest risk of the exposure of patients identity due to the fact that images are exposed without de-identification during the transfers.
