Rozvoj družicové techniky v oblasti přesného určování polohy a dostupnost mobilních zařízení s vestavěným přijímačem multi-GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) nám umožňuje určovat polohy s větší přesností než před několika lety. Zároveň ze strany uživatelů roste poptávka po stále přesnějším určování polohy při snižování nákladů na finální zařízení (např. navigační systém pro autonomní sekačky na trávu). Tato práce představuje koncept řešení, které integruje různé techniky určování polohy: gyroskopy, počítadla kilometrů a GNSS pomocí volně vázaného Kalmanova filtru. Model integrace senzoru byl vyvinut pro horizontální komponenty (2D) se současným určením azimutu a přesné polohy. Integrační filtr navíc využívá dynamickou matici vah, jejíž hodnoty se volí v závislosti na typu řešení GNSS (FIX, FLOAT atd.). Zkoušky měřící plošiny byly prováděny za ideálních podmínek a v místech zastřeného horizontu (průjezdy podél vysoké zdi, pod prolamovanými ocelovými vazníky apod.). Přesnosti získané během testů pomocí EKF a dynamické hmotnostní matice jsou RMS 0,019 m pro severní a východní komponenty. Přesnost určení azimutu však byla 0,59°. Prezentace navíc představí koncept platformy, která integruje levné senzory v reálném čase. N110/0002/22)., The development of satellite techniques in the field of precise positioning and the availability of mobile devices with a built-in multi-GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) receiver allow us to determine positions with better accuracy than a dozen or so years ago. At the same time, there is a growing demand from users for more and more accurate positioning while reducing the costs of the final device (e.g., a navigation system for autonomous lawn mowers). This work presents the concept of a solution that integrates different positioning techniques: gyroscopes, odometers, and GNSS using a loosely coupled Kalman filter. The sensor integration model was developed for horizontal components (2D) with simultaneous determination of azimuth and precise position. Additionally, the integration filter uses a dynamic weight matrix, the values of which are selected depending on the type of GNSS solution (FIX, FLOAT, etc.). Tests of the measurement platform were carried out under ideal conditions and in places where the horizon is obscured (passes along a high wall, under openwork steel trusses, etc.). The accuracies obtained during tests using EKF and the dynamic weight matrix are RMS 0.019 m for the North and East components. However, the accuracy of the azimuth determination was 0.59°. In addition, the presentation will present a platform concept that integrates low-cost sensors in real time. The European instrument for judicial cooperation in criminal matters, the European Supervision Order, represents an unexploited potential of application that could provide an alternative to the leading cooperation instrument, the European arrest warrant. The use of non-custodial measures may not only strengthen cooperation between Member States, but also increase the dynamics of the whole procedure. Current judicial cooperation is assessed in this Article in the light of the principle of proportionality of the use of preventive measures in general. An important interpretative guide in this respect is the rule tightening the criteria for recognising the possibility of enforcing a custodial measure developed by the Court of Justice of the European Union in the Aranyosi & Căldăraru case. This judgment is of great importance for the principle of mutual recognition, the application of which seems to be strengthened in the judgments of the Tribunal issued in the dispute over the reform of the Polish judiciary system. Therefore, non-custodial measures that form the core of the European Supervision Order, according to the authors, can be a remedy for the challenges that have arisen. The instrument will also be discussed from the point of view of the criterion of efficiency, interpreted, inter alia, as ensuring equal implementation of the objectives of the procedure.

Jorden befinner sig under stress till följd av mänskliga aktiviteter. För att uppnå en hållbar utveckling inom alla sektorer, och minska påfrestningen på planeten, har världen gjort framsteg inom internationella politiken för att skydda miljön. Ett stort mål är att minska utsläppet av växthusgaser till atmosfären för att begränsa den globala uppvärmningen. Den svenska industrisektorn använder stora mängder av fossila bränslen, bland annat naturgas, för att producera olika produkter. Då naturgas släpper ut växthusgasen koldioxid vid förbränning, är det lämpligt för dessa industrier att omställa från naturgas till biogas. Dock finns det idag hinder som gör att omställningen inte är genomförbar. Å andra sidan finns det drivkrafter som visar att industrierna vill vara med om en omställning för att värna för miljön. Denna studie utgår från en kvalitativ ansats där djupintervjuer utförs med lämpliga industrier som vill genomgå en omställning från naturgas till biogas. Utifrån djupintervjuer med tillverkande industrier i sydvästra Sverige samt Länsstyrelsen i Halland, identifierades drivkrafter och hinder för en omställning från naturgas till biogas. Primära och sekundära drivkrafter och hinder kategoriseras utifrån hur ofta de nämnts under intervjuerna. Viktigaste drivkrafterna som identifierats är att industrin vill bevara miljön och klimatet samt att det är tekniskt enkelt att byta från naturgas till biogas. Viktigaste hindren är tillgången samt det höga priset på biogas, vilket påverkas av transportsektorn användning av biogas. Biogasens användning inom transportsektorn förklaras som en kortsiktig lösning för en övergång från fossila bränslen till el och vätgas. För att Sverige ska kunna nå upp till Sveriges klimatmål om noll nettoutsläpp av växthusgaser, målen i Agenda 2030 samt Parisavtalet, är det essentiellt att industrin får tillgång till mer biogas genom en ökad biogasproduktion, samt att merparten av biogasen går till industrier istället för transportsektorn.

Recent geodynamic activity of the Sudeten in the area of Poland and the Czech Republic has been confirmed by the results of geodynamic, seismic, geodetic and other tests. This is especially the case for the periodical (the last 25 years) satellite GPS/GNSS and gravimetric measurements in the regional research network GEOSUD, SILESIA, SUDETY and the local geodynamic polygons ("Snieznik", "Stolowe Mts."), as well as observation of crack-gauges on several tectonic faults. Vertical movements are indicated in the maps of recent movements of the Earth’s crust. Two adjacent countries in the area of the Sudeten achieved results from +0.5 mm/year to -2 mm/year with reference to the tide gauge on the coast of the Baltic Sea. They present absolute value received on the basis of a comparison of the results of repeated (in intervals of 20–30 years) measurements of 1st order levelling lines. The characteristics of this data do not allow for an assessment of recent tectonic activity in the Sudety Mts. because the isolines of absolute velocities of vertical movements of the Earth’s crust surface on the maps (Wyrzykowski, 1985; Kowalczyk, 2006; Vyskočil, 2002) present "smoothed" large-area changes without a proof of dynamic changes in the Sudeten tectonic zones. This paper presents results of analysis archival data on repeated measurement precise levelling networks. The results of analysis were used to produce maps of vertical movements of the Earth’s crust surface. Analysis is focused on the part of levelling lines which intersect Sudeten main tectonic faults. This paper included methodology of data processing. In research period relative vertical movements of tectonic zones are referencing to the relative stable benchmark. The values of these velocities between -0.8 ÷ +0.8 mm/year confirm recent geodynamic mobility in this Central European area., Nedávné geodynamické ativity v oblasti polsko-českých Sudet byly potvrzeny výsledky geodynamických, seismických, geodetických a další měření. Tento článek prezentuje výsledky analýzy archivních dat z opakovaných měření přesných nivelačních sítí. Výsledky analýzy byly použity k prezentaci map svislých pohybů povrchu zemské kůry. Analýza se zaměřuje na nivelační tahy, které protínají hlavní tektonické poruchy v oblasti Sudet.
