In this study a chaotic motion is modelled using artificial neural networks can be created again. Chaotic signals can occur many fields like natural affairs, communication, encryption, finance, health. Artificial neural networks, fuzzy models, hammerstein model can be used to predict these types of signals as well as to provide a mathematical form to be modelled. As an example of the motion that will be modelled in this study, there may be movement of an second order inverted pendulum, movements of balls on a billiard table, or phase diagrams of such systems. However, the phase diagram of the most basic Lorenz chaotic motion is preferred. The image position of the point or object that is followed in sequential images are determined by image processing techniques. By using the position information obtained from these images, they are trained with backpropagation algorithm to artificial neural networks, which is NAR structure. NAR structures is constructed with two inputs, two outputs. Its first layer contains 20 neurons, second structure contains 10 neurons and third structure contains 2 neurons. Subsequently, NAR artificial neural networks were tested to try to get chaotic motion videos again. As a result, some chaotic signals, sequential images, or videos can be modelled with artificial neural networks instead of being mathematically modelled and reproduced., Bu çalışmada kaotik bir hareketin modellenerek tekrardan oluşturulabilmesi için yapay sinir ağları kullanılmıştır. Kaotik sinyaller, doğal ilişkiler, iletişim, şifreleme, finans, sağlık gibi birçok alanda ortaya çıkabilir. Yapay sinir ağları, bulanık model, hammerstein gibi modeller bu tip sinyalleri öngörmek ve form halinde matematiksel olarak hareketi modellemek için kullanılabilir. Bu hareket ikinci dereceden bir ters sarkacın hareketi, bilardo masasındaki topların hareketleri veya bu tip sistemlerin faz diyagramları da olabilir. Burada ise en temel olan Lorenz kaotik hareketinin faz diyagramı tercih edilmiştir. Ardışık görüntülerde izlenen nokta veya nesnenin görüntü pozisyonu görüntü işleme teknikleri ile belirlenmiştir. Bu görüntülerden elde edilen konum bilgisini kullanarak, NAR yapısı olan yapay sinir ağları geri yayılım algoritması ile eğitilmiştir. Bu NAR yapısı iki giriş ile iki çıkış olarak oluşturulmuş ve ilk katmanı 20, ikinci katmanı 10 ve üçüncü katmanı da 2 nöron içermektedir. Ardından bu yapay sinir ağları test edilerek tekrardan kaotik hareket videosu elde edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, bazı kaotik işaretlerin, ardışıl görüntülerin veya videoların matematiksel olarak modellemek yerine yapay sinir ağları ile modellenip tekrardan üretilebilmesi sağlanmıştır.

Bu çalışmada, bilgisayar ağ trafiğinde tehlike oluşturabilecek zararlı trafiğin tespit edilmesi için kullanılan veri madenciliğialgoritmalarının performans değerlendirilmesi gerçekleştirilmiştir. İlk olarak, farklı özellik çıkarım algoritmaları ile NSL-KDDveri setinden nitelik çıkarım işlemi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu işlem sonucunda farklı niteliklerden oluşan yeni veri setlerioluşturulmuştur. Bu veri setleri üzerinde farklı veri madenciliği algoritmaları kullanılarak anormal trafik tespiti için testleryapılmıştır. Yapılan testler sonucunda, farklı veri madenciliği ve özellik çıkarım algoritmalarının performans değerlendirmesisunulmuştur., In this study, performance evaluation of data mining algorithms used to detect harmful computer network traffic isrealized. Firstly, feature selection process is performed from the NSL-KDD dataset with different feature selection algorithms.As a result of this process, different datasets are created by combining different attributes. Performans tests are conducted forthe detection of anormal traffic using different data mining algorithms on these data sets. As a result of the tests, performanceevaluation of different data mining and feature selection algorithms is presented.

— In this article, a study on increasing security of audio data encryption with single and double dimension discrete-time chaotic systems was carried out and application and security analyses were executed. Audio data samples of both mono and stereo types were encrypted. In the application here, single and double dimension discrete-time chaotic systems were used. In order to enhance security during encryption, a different method was applied by also using a non-linear function. In the chaos based application realized with the method developed, analyses results were achieved with common security analyses such as key space, key sensitivity, chaos effect and histogram. Several examinations on the safety of chaotic systems in the application were carried out with these analyses results

In this study, weighted chaotic PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization) algorithm is used to determine the parameters to provide a minimum cost in turning. The objective of the problem defined by Shin and Joo is to determine the minimum cost of the multi-pass turning mathematical formula. Chaotic weighted PSO has achieved a lower cost compared to results in the literature., Bu çalışmada, kaotik ağırlıklı PSO (Parçacık Sürü Optimizasyonu) algoritması, tornalama işlemlerinde minimum maliyeti sağlayacak parametreleri belirlemede kullanılmıştır. Problemin amacı, Shin ve Joo tarafından tanımlanan çok geçişli tornalama işlemlerine ait matematiksel formülün minimum maliyet değerini belirlemektir. Kaotik ağırlıklı PSO, literatürdeki sonuçlara göre daha düşük maliyet elde etmiştir.

Bu çalışmada Genetik Algoritmalar (GA) temel alınarak MATLAB ve.NET platformlarının bir arada kullanıldığı bir Windows uygulaması geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Uygulama konusu olarak da otomatik kontrol sistemleri için kontrolör tasarımı konusu seçilmiştir. Bu uygulama için MATLAB programının GA ve Builder NE araç kutularından yararlanılmış, arayüz ise Visual Studio programında tasarlanmıştır. Sonuçta P, PI, PID tipindeki kontrolörlerin katsayılarının GA ile optimize edilerek belirlendiği bir yazılım geliştirilmiştir., In this study, it is purposed that a windows application based on Genetic Algorithms (GA) is developed by using MATLAB and.NET platforms together. Controller design for automatic control systems has been choosen as the implementation field. For realizing the application, the GA and Builder NE tools of MATLAB programme have been utilized and the interface has been designed by Visual Studio. As the result, a software for determining the coefficients of P, PI and PID controllers by GA optimization has been developed.

Doğrusal olmayan sistemlerin analizinde kullanılan en yaygın yöntemlerden birisi Volterra Serileri metodudur. Volterra Serileri yöntemini temel alan Frekans Cevabı Fonksiyonları (FCF) doğrusal olmayan sistemlerin frekans boyutunda analizinin gerçekleştirilmesi için kullanılan analitik yöntemlerin başında gelmektedir. Bu tez çalışmasında FCF'ye ait sayısal sonuçların hesaplanmasında yeni bir algoritma ortaya konmuştur. Ayrıca günümüzde yaygın olarak kullanılan çok çekirdekli işlemciler ile CUDA programlamaya uygun grafik işlemcilerin daha etkin kullanılabilmesi için MATLAB paralel hesaplama araç kutusu kullanılarak sunulan yeni algoritmanın paralel hesaplama ile gerçeklenmesi sağlanmıştır. Tez çalışmasında geniş bir literatür özeti sunulduktan sonra Volterra Serileri ve FCF ile ilgili teorik bilgiler verilmiştir. FCF ile sayısal sonuçların elde edilmesi işlemine ait işlem yükleri ve harcanan süreler incelenerek problemi oluşturan işlem parçası belirlenmiştir. Sonrasında paralel hesaplama algoritmalarının geliştirilmesi ile ilgili yöntemler açıklanmıştır. Sayısal sonuçların daha çabuk elde edilmesi için yeni bir algoritma geliştirilmiş ve klasik hesaplama algoritması ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Ardından klasik ve yeni algoritmalar çok çekirdekli işlemci için MATLAB paralel hesaplama araç kutusu kullanılarak paralel hesaplama ile gerçekleştirilmiş ve sonuçlar karşılaştırılmıştır. Son olarak grafik işlemci ile sonuçlar elde edilerek yorumlanmıştır. Volterra series method is one of the most common methods which are used for analysis of nonlinear systems. Volterra series based Frequency Response Functions (FRFs) lead analytic methods for frequency analyses of nonlinear systems. In this thesis, a new approach for computing numerical results of FRFs is given. In addition, for effective using of multicore processors and CUDA programmable graphic processors which are commonly used nowadays, parallel computing of new approach is performed by using MATLAB parallel computing toolbox. In the thesis, theoretical information about Volterra series and FRFs is given after presentation of related literature survey. Computation load and spent time of performed processes for computation of the numerical results using FRFs in frequency domain are investigated and the problematic process is determined. After that, the methods for design of parallel computation algorithms are explained. A new approach is developed for faster computation of the numerical results and the new method is compared with the classical computation method. And then, classical and new methods are performed with parallel computation using MATLAB parallel computing toolbox for multicore processors and the results are compared. Finally, the computations results are obtained using graphic processor. 127
