The purpose of this article is to examine the pass-through of exchange rate fluctuations on the domestic price level in Turkey. To this effect, the interaction between exchange rate fluctuations, producer price index, and the consumer price index was analyzed using the SVAR model. The degree of exchange rate pass-through was examined with the help of cumulative ERPT elasticities based on impulse response functions. Besides, the monetary policy interest rate variable is also included in the model to make inferences about the CBRT's policy stance against the exchange rate and price fluctuations. Study findings reveal that exchange rate pass-through is incomplete in Turkey, however, there is a high degree of pass-through of exchange rate fluctuations to producer prices than there is to consumer prices. Study results also point that the CBRT’s policy interest rate is not an important determinant of the exchange rate and price levels. However, Central bank policies with stable and reliable commitments are recommended.

Pek çok toplumda ekonomik problemlerin başında yer alan işsizlik sorunu günümüzde yükseköğretim mezunu gençler arasında artış göstermiştir. Artan işsizlik oranları içerisinde genç nüfusun yüksek bir paya sahip olması, eğitim süreci devam eden gençler üzerinde mezun olduktan sonraki döneme ilişkin kaygıya sebep olmaktadır. Özellikle alandayetişen eğitimli birey sayısı ile iş olanaklarının paralel seyretmediği İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi öğrencileri, yüksek işsizlik sorunu ile karşı karşıya olan gruplar arasında yer almaktadır. Bundan hareketle bu çalışmanın amacı, Bandırma Onyedi Eylül Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi son sınıf öğrencilerinin işsizlik kaygısınabakış açısını tespit etmektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda 205 son sınıf öğrencisine kolayda örnekleme yöntemiyle anket uygulanmıştır. Çalışmadan elde edilen sonuca göre, Bandırma Onyedi Eylül Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi öğrencilerinin işsizlik kaygısı taşıdıkları, örneklemi oluşturan erkek ve kadın öğrenciler arasında işsizlikkaygısı ortalamaları açısından anlamlı bir fark olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca fakülte bünyesinde bulunan bölümlere göre işsizlik kaygısı puan ortalamaları istatistiki olarakanlamlı bulunmamıştır. İşsizlik kaygısı ortalamasının not ortalamalarına göre farklılık gösterdiği ve okul ortalaması arttıkça kaygı düzeyinin arttığı sonucuna varılmıştır.

Bu çalışmada, sosyal ve ekonomik bir olgu olarak değerlendirilen ve ekonomik refah arayışlarının artmasıyla daha sık bir biçimde araştırmalara konu olan gelir dağılımı incelenmiş ve TRA1 (Erzurum-Erzincan-Bayburt) alt bölgesinde gelir dağılımın belirleyicileri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Gelir, gelir dağılımı, gelir dağılımı teorileri ve ölçütleri, çalışmanın kavramsal altyapısını oluşturmaktadır. Ayrıca çalışmada Türkiye'de gelir dağılımının seyri ve mevcut durumu detaylı bir şekilde ele alınmıştır.Gelir dağılımının belirleyicilerinin tespiti hususunda, bireysel gelir dağılımı teorilerinden hareketle, dağılımı belirleyen bireysel faktörler üzerinde durulmuştur. TRA1 alt bölgesinde gelir dağılımının belirleyicilerinin incelemesinde, TÜİK tarafından yapılmış, 2016 yılı Hanehalkı Gelir ve Yaşam Koşulları Araştırması'nın yatay kesit mikro veri seti kullanılmıştır. Kuramsal altyapı ve iktisadi öngörüyle ortaya konan değişkenler, genelleştirilmiş sıralı logit model ile tahmin edilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonuçlarına göre; TRA1 alt bölgesinde kişilerin yıllık geliri ile meslek, eğitim düzeyi, yaş, cinsiyet ve medeni durum değişkenleri arasında istatistiki olarak anlamlı ilişkiler bulunmuştur. In this study, the income distribution which is assessed as a social and economic phenomenon and has been discussed as topic more frequently in researches together with increasing economic welfare seeking was examined, and the income distribution determinants of TRA1 sub-region (Erzurum-Erzincan-Bayburt) was tried to be identified. The income, income distribution and income distribution theories and their criteria constitute the conceptual infrastructure of the study. Additionally, the course of income distribution in Turkey and its current state were addressed in detail.It was focused on the individual factors determining the distribution with reference to the theory of individual income distribution in defining the determinants of income distribution. The cross-section micro data set of the Household Income and Living Conditions Survey made by TURKSTAT in 2016 was used in the analysis of the income distribution determinants of the TRA1 sub-region. The variables which were put forth with the theoretical basis and economic prediction were estimated by the generalized ordered logit model. According to the results of the study; it was found statistically significant relationships between the annual income of the people living in TRA1 sub-region and the variables of occupation, education level, age, gender and marital status. 136
